      Losing X amount of weight shouldn't be your goal. Doing X amounts of workouts per month is far better. It's all about making high intensity exercise a regular and consistent part of your life. Losing weight just happens along the way!

    I'm literally so out of shape.. but I'm working on it and trying to hold myself accountable to change the things I want. I'm currently 260 pounds. Doing this was pretty difficult but manageable for my body. The lunges are the hardest for me. With me being so heavy I cant really bend my knees as far as I would like to get that complete lunge form. But I will stay consistent with working on it and not let that discourage me. I know that I just get better with time, so thank you for this video. This is where I'm beginning 😊

    I cried at the end of this video, because I finally found an exercise that pushes me and that I can do even with my injuries I’ve had for years. They were tears of joy and accomplishment. This video is SO GOOD!!

    Been doing this workout for a week and a half and I definitely noticed some weight loss on my body especially my belly area. It also gets easier and easier the more you do it. I can do it without taking breaks!

    I remember exercising with this video 15 months ago, this was a day or two after my doctor told me that she was going to put me on cholesterol and diabetes RX. I told her not to prescribe me any RX and that i knew what to do to get my health back on track. I watched this video and felt great. I’ve been working out now for 15 months and wanted to watch this video again because this reminds me of the first day that I started working out. This video will always be special to me. ❤

    This workout works!!! I've lost 14 lbs with doing this 2-3 times a week. Never more than 3. Even if you don't lose weight, this workout changes how your body looks. It has been a game changer for me! I do use the modified versions for the plank moves and it's still effective. This is a keeper ❤❤❤

    I like the fact that they talk to each other, and that they are voicing the fact that they are getting tired and winded. Makes me feel better about doing the workout that is for sure.I’ve been doing this workout for awhile now, as I was doing DVD’s before. This workout is so good. Seems to work almost every part of my body. Never heard of Batina before, she’s great

    This was wonderful! Low-impact strength training that got me dripping sweat like a HIIT workout! Not to mention, that cool-down was ahhhh-mazing! Love this trainer, love this workout, love this cool down- I am coming back for more!

    This was a GREAT workout. Thanks ladies.
    And to those of you out there don't give up! I started almost 2 months ago with a 20 belly dancing video that I can barely get through. And then started on 10 minute strength training because I heard it was important for health in these times. I was able to complete this whole video because of determination and stress relief.     I keep coming back to this routine time and again and have definitely seen improvements in my strength. I remember when I first did this (maybe back in summer or fall 2019) I said WHAT, NO to round 3 of circuit 2 but today I was feelin those endorphins but not dying, I love tracking progress like this. At this point, I can use 15-20’s the full first circuit, 15 for second circuit squat, 10-15 for the plank rows, and usually get exhausted by the lunge jumps so move to 10-15 free weights instead. Definitely still challenging me and keeping me clammy! Keep coming up with more weight+cardio they’re my fav!

      Sophie M For me that was over 200 during the actual exercise. Of course, One of the great things about strength training is the extra calories you burn post workout, Great work out, I will definitely do this again, perhaps with heavier weights. (I used 8s for this round)

    A year ago, I could barely finish the 2 circuits without taking a break every other minute, and without feeling completely drained. I clearly was not ready to go at that kind of pace and that was okay. Now, I can finish this whole workout and really push myself to get stronger. I feel great and am so proud of how far I have come.     Popsugar exercises actually changed my daily routine! My body, mind...the whole existence. It was a hard first year in the medical university. I’m a beginner so cardio for beginners and core exercises were the best for my body. I did them for 8-9 days I think (every day). My body became stronger and I feel my muscles. It helped me with the pain due to scoliosis. Thanks for bringing great trainers and posting videos!

    One of my favorite workouts to do because I know I will sweat and feel good afterwards. I love Betina's positive attitude and encouragement. She's really great. The three circuits are deceptive; they sneak up on you! I used 5lb weights and it was perfectly challenging for me. I keep this workout in my weekly rotation!

      Wow, that is just amazing! I am a man, I saw this video because my grandma does these lessons regularly! I tried this lesson with her but I could manage with only 1 lb dumbbells stopped at the 11 minute mark when my body just gave up😟 My grandma did the full lesson with 15 dumbbells. I feel very low and unconfident and don't know what to do 😔

    When I first did this workout I had to do the step lunges that was almost a month ago... Now I'm jump lunging ALLL THE WAAAAY. Also now I like to do a 10minute jump rope drill before I do this workout to start with my heart rate increased. Killer🔥🔥🔥🔥

      Same! I do it 3 times a week and I've started losing weight again. I had been in stalled for months and my body is changing! I'm getting that hourglass shape back and My clothes are fitting so loose on me.

    This workout was amazing!! I absolutely got sweaty and worked hard, but Betina's guidance coupled with hers, Anna's and Kristel's enthuasiasm and support of one another and the viewer was refreshing, fun and took away some of the focus of how damn hard I was working. I want more Betina workouts!!

    This was perfectly timed! Just last night I was thinking about cardio with some strength training and then when I logged onto my laptop this morning, this video popped up so I did it as part of my workout today. Loved the energy and the repetitions of the circuits because you can use different size weights and build strength. Look forward to more similar videos. Thanks Popsugar! :-)

    Love the energy and nice banter!! Haven't been able to go to fitness classes still with COVID-19 in my country so this is really nice to have instead of just one training explaining what to do then not talking at all! Thanks!!

    This was a great full body strength training video! Great instructor and good combo moves.
    I used 15 lb. weights and added in a few more cardio movies and abs at the end, and then some more stretching. So a total of 43 minutes, avg HR 130, approx calories burned 285.

      Wow Brianna, such amazing strength! I am a man, I saw this video because my grandma does these lessons regularly! I tried this lesson with her but I could manage with only 1 lb dumbbells stopped at the 11 minute mark when my body just gave up😟 My grandma did the full lesson with 15 dumbbells. I feel very low and unconfident and don't know what to do 😔

    Thanks for being real people who do a real work out with real weights and real sweat! I feel so inspired and motivated to keep going when I know you're breathing heavily and pushing through the burn just like I am. I can't stand watching people do it with little 5-pound weights and the excuse that they have to talk. Thanks for being such good shape that you can use real weights and talk to me!

    I worked out with a personal trainer for years doing interval strength training and this was exactly what she had me doing. I haven’t consistently worked out since having my 3rd child in 2017 and while this was hard I did it! Got a great sweat on and feel great!

    This gave me everything strenth and cardio did it for the first time and yes will be back and my favorite part is being able to control the weight speed it provided a great addition for faster results 👍🏾🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

    I seriously just tried this today and honestly at the start I was like this workout might be too light for me but by the end I felt it. Great workout I love how it eases you into it and the slam it gets going!!Love it my new daily routine!!
