Losing X amount of weight shouldn't be your goal. Doing X amounts of workouts per month is far better. It's all about making high intensity exercise a regular and consistent part of your life. Losing weight just happens along the way!

I'm literally so out of shape.. but I'm working on it and trying to hold myself accountable to change the things I want. I'm currently 260 pounds. Doing this was pretty difficult but manageable for my body. The lunges are the hardest for me. With me being so heavy I cant really bend my knees as far as I would like to get that complete lunge form. But I will stay consistent with working on it and not let that discourage me. I know that I just get better with time, so thank you for this video. This is where I'm beginning 😊

I remember exercising with this video 15 months ago, this was a day or two after my doctor told me that she was going to put me on cholesterol and diabetes RX. I told her not to prescribe me any RX and that i knew what to do to get my health back on track. I watched this video and felt great. I’ve been working out now for 15 months and wanted to watch this video again because this reminds me of the first day that I started working out. This video will always be special to me. ❤
I did this 3 years after Covid. This had helped me reduce from a hefty 93 kg to 77 kg. Now I am again out of shape but staying optimistic by restarting where I had begun. Wish me luck! ❤😊

This workout works!!! I've lost 14 lbs with doing this 2-3 times a week. Never more than 3. Even if you don't lose weight, this workout changes how your body looks. It has been a game changer for me! I do use the modified versions for the plank moves and it's still effective. This is a keeper ❤❤❤

A year ago, I could barely finish the 2 circuits without taking a break every other minute, and without feeling completely drained. I clearly was not ready to go at that kind of pace and that was okay. Now, I can finish this whole workout and really push myself to get stronger. I feel great and am so proud of how far I have come. Popsugar exercises actually changed my daily routine! My body, mind...the whole existence. It was a hard first year in the medical university. I’m a beginner so cardio for beginners and core exercises were the best for my body. I did them for 8-9 days I think (every day). My body became stronger and I feel my muscles. It helped me with the pain due to scoliosis. Thanks for bringing great trainers and posting videos!

I worked out with a personal trainer for years doing interval strength training and this was exactly what she had me doing. I haven’t consistently worked out since having my 3rd child in 2017 and while this was hard I did it! Got a great sweat on and feel great!

Love this. Coming back from rehabbing elbow. Don’t be afraid to start with 5 lbs first to make sure nothing hurts before graduating up. For knee problems, keep a wide stance for jump lunges. My kneecap slips on lunges, but with a brace and gentler stance, it is doable. Go longer if needed. Form over speed. Otherwise do the mod.

This was a great full body strength training video! Great instructor and good combo moves. I used 15 lb. weights and added in a few more cardio movies and abs at the end, and then some more stretching. So a total of 43 minutes, avg HR 130, approx calories burned 285.

Great workout! I am definitely not a beginner to strength training but I am near the end of my 1st trimester of pregnancy and this has been a great workout to have in my arsenal. Not too intense and easy to modify if I get tired without needing to stop. Keep these kinds of videos coming.

This workout literally gave me muscle in my arms after using 15 pound weights and doing it for like 2 or 3 months. I haven’t workout and Ive gained weight since I last did this but I can still flex and I have some muscle I’m tryna get my muscle back and my arms nice.

Great workout! I am definitely not a beginner to strength training but I am near the end of my 1st trimester of pregnancy and this has been a great workout to have in my arsenal. Not too intense and easy to modify if I get tired without needing to stop. Keep these kinds of videos coming.
That's amazing, Melissa! I am a man, I saw this video because my grandma does these lessons regularly! I tried this lesson with her but I could manage with only 1 lb dumbbells stopped at the 11 minute mark when my body just gave up😟 My grandma did the full lesson with 15 dumbbells. I feel very low and unconfident and don't know what to do 😔

First time I tried this I did it with 5lbs dumbbells (around 2021). Returning to it with 10lbs!! Love this workout! 💪🏼💪🏼
This workout literally gave me muscle in my arms after using 15 pound weights and doing it for like 2 or 3 months. I haven’t workout and Ive gained weight since I last did this but I can still flex and I have some muscle I’m tryna get my muscle back and my arms nice.
