Loved this no repeat HIIT workout! At a friends condo & have less equipment available to me today - used lower weights and a band to add resistance on the lower body moves. Just what I needed to get my day going!

But I’m at a hotel with a good assortment of hand weights in its gym, so thought I’d give this routine a try. I’m glad I did. 😊

Depends on my mood. If I am unusually lazy, I’d do No Repeats so it’s not boring & repetitive. For serious Strength Training, 3 rounds is my favorite. When I am in the mood, I like to mix things up. That would be Cardio & Strength.

Hi Heather long time follower here. I would like to see separate mobility finisher workouts such as the hip, shoulder, or back mobility moves that were imbedded into a few of the HR3.0 workouts, except as their own workout so they are easy to search and add on to another workout. Thanks!

That was a good one! 20 sec rest is enough to change weights or what-not and get ready. The commercials during the longer rest sucks.
