    This has been my favourite lower body workout for a while now. It sculpts my butt and legs like nothing before. Absolutely love Pilates and love love love and always recommend Boho Beautiful!

    On day 1: I died trying to finish this and by the time I reached the frogger, I could barely lift my knees, just then juliana said " don't worry, you'll be able to lift your thighs as u build up strength"

    .
    Cut to day 10:
    I finished the entire challenge smoothly and frogger became one of my favourite exercise because everyday I could lift my thighs more.

    wow this is the first time ever that I like a pilates class! All these years, I thought only heavy weight lifting could make me stronger but after 4-5 years of weight training and now having to train at home, I realize that weight lifting is not necessary to get stronger and I actually enjoy training at home even more. Thank you for that!

    Oh my god. I almost died trying to finish this. But I’m gonna keep going. I’m excited to seen the results after I’m done.
    Day 1: ✔️
    Day 2: ✔️ this workout may not be the easiest at the start and I almost gave up on continuing it on the very first day but for any change that we may want to see, dedication and patience is really important. So I pushed my self back and I’m gonna try my best to do this every day for the next 10 days. And I hope I can pull through. 💪🏻
    Day 3: ✔️
    Day 4: ✔️ I finished the entire routine without stopping or falling once! I feel so much stronger 😃

    This has been such a challenging and beautiful journey!! I definitely noticed my legs and glutes getting stronger and stronger with each day. Maybe my legs aren't as toned as they could be, but that's not what this challenge is about. It's about growth, perseverance, and strengthening your body, not achieving a certain physical appearance. Thank you for these videos!!💛

    It was So hard to keep bridge with one leg up 🤦‍♂️ I was So frustrated that I want to turn off that video but I told myself that if I wouldnt start to improve my strenght I have never be able to do it, So I was doing my Best till the end! Thank for your videos 💪💪💪

      imène bouragbi I can definitely see the definition in my thighs and lower stomach. But I think the biggest thing is I actively feel stronger throughput my entire body!

    I always come back to you. Your are just the best. I've been your keen follower for many years, but sometimes I try to find some other online instructors to variegate my daily workout routine.. and I always find my way back to your videos. I've spent soo much time on the mat with you, that even thought there are other great instructors, they just don't work so well for me. Like this pilates workout. I tried like dozen different routines recently, but none of them hurts/works form me like this on. Thank you for being so progressive and still a step ahead.

First I did 14 days pilates challenge and 5minutes arms,after I finished the 14 days I started the 21 days pilates challenge and doing some yoga videos from this channel too! I did also some butt workouts and now I started doing this video! Its amazing how much these workouts can change your body. Just dont give up and push yourself. Good luck ♡

    Currently I am working on 14 days splits challenge as it is working great for me. I am almost 50% there. This will be my next challenge for sure. Thank you for sharing another challenge. It helps me to get motivated and stay on mat daily.

    I very much appreciate having several outlets to continually test my strengths and areas of improvement... getting strong and still struggling for an exercise can be almost jading when you workout for a long time, but working on a difference in routine - testing endurance and strength over power and reps is worth it and teaches a whole other side of the self. This is another excellent combination of body conditioning for anyone's exercise routine, including the most advanced. *Thank you both for everything!!*

    Day 1: feeling all the muscles of my lower body burning, wow! I will update here every day.
    Day 2: I did this one plus Nama'stay in bed, it felt so pleasant during the frog excercise! And my butt feels very toned!
    Day 3: Did this complex and the Gentle Yoga Flow, feeling relaxed and calm, though I struggled through this complex tonight.

    Such an intense workout. My butt and thighs muscles was burning during the bridge and side plank exercises. 😂 This really works! I'm sure this sequence will bring awesome results the more I practice.

    spread this over 2 weeks - i.e. every other day. some days were better than others! but by the end i could go without stopping. great workout first thing in the morning.

    Whew I was STRUGGLING with this one let me tell ya lol. But that's when I know it's the perfect video for me to do. So much to improve on! Definitely felt the burn w/this one and will be doing this again

    Starting 12/31 ten full days. Great workout. Now with small 1.5 leg weights. Hope to add on by then end. Age. 69.75. Not quite at the seventh decade.
