I have been doing your “barely away” routine for at least 5 yrs. I do it 4 to 5 times a week and it really makes me ready to attack the day. I’m never overly stressed or tired throughout the routine. When even I try to advance to a longer routine I can’t do all the moves, I get tired and have to stop. I generally continue to watch just so I can learn the routine and evaluate whether I think I will ever be able to do it. Today I tried the “20 min full body yoga workout, toned core, body definition, & increased energy”. I can do all the positions except the side positions. Balance and strength limit me there and by the time we get to those, I’m already tired. I’m 61, am I stuck at the “barely awake” routine or do you have some suggestions as to a path forward?
Every time I do one of your videos which is every morning. I’m wondering where you get your leggings bc the fit is amazing!!! Can you list some of your favorites?

I stopped doing yoga and started to go to the gym for about a year now. This is my first video coming back and I’m pretty fit, I thought I would just be able to do it. I only got through half of it.😂

Maybe that is because, weight training is focused on strength and yoga challenges not your strength only but your flexibility and balance as well 😜
