    The most requested workouts are quick and effective fitness classes to define your core, abs, and midsection, so this 10 minute abs class and challenge is the perfect solution.
    This Boho Beautiful Core Challenge is the day by day guidance that you need to make sure you are including effective and challenging core exercises into your daily workouts in order to achieve your physical fitness goals. Through the 10 day calendar provided in the link, your challenge will be to include and complete our new 10 minute abs workout class but then to also combine it with the second suggested yoga workout, pilates, or fitness class provided in the calendar. This will make sure that for the next 10 days you are challenging your core like never before and seeing beautiful results in your abs and waisteline that you never expected. It takes hard work, but it is actually easier than you think!
    Remember, it's always important to pair a healthy diet with your intense work on the mat as diet contributes to 80% of your physical results. So as you embark on this 10 day abs challenge journey, make sure you are mindful of the fuel that you put into your body.
    We always recommend sticking to a healthy whole plant-based diet and avoiding fast and processed food.     The classes are a huge help to us in isolation. I'm 61 years old male and after only a month of doing the beginner classes, I notice a change in my flexibility. Today was the first day of trying the 10-day ab challenge. Please understand that you are helping with both my physical and mental health.

      Congratulations on 5 mins! I made loads of modifications, but made it to the end, albeit with a couple of small rests. I'm determined to get better at it!

    Thank you for making my days less hard during this quarantine time in Italy because of Coronavirus. It is very difficult for us to stay at home all the time without breathing nature, seeing the sun and mostly without seeing the ones we love, you two really changed my life for better

      @@mariumriaz5 Not exactly a curfews. It is not exctremely prohibited but highly recommended to stay at home. You can go out just for job and health reasons and obviusly for necessary things like foods. You must have a self-declaration with you everytime you take a step from home. A very sad situation, i recommend to everyone not to understimate the problem, we did the same mistake months ago and now we are facing this disaster. Health system in Italy as you know is free but is now collapsing! Yoga is making me feel more connect to my life, a life that doesn't seem to exist anymore. Wish everyone could understand, please be careful ❤

    I’m a man closing in on 49 this year. In my family line, the first thing that goes body wise is our abdomen, resulting in “dad bod” gut. I’m here to tell you that Boho’s yoga and Pilates excercises for your core WORK!     I have been doing abs workouts by following other popular workouts but felt like my lower abs are barely worked out. This workout is perfect for me to get rid of that lower belly pouch. Was sweating all over in just 10 minutes. That "almost there" from Juliana just when I am about to give up is super helpful and makes me continue. Thank you so much for making these videos. Have been following this channel for years, and always felt great after a workout.

    The reason I love this so much, is because it’s super fast, super effective, and actually a lot more fun than any other ab workout I’ve done. She also encourages you to keep going and to not stop consistently throughout the video. The first time I did this I started crying because it was so hard for me but I’ve kept at it and it was actually a lot easier this time around. If you’re not willing to get uncomfortable, then you’re not ready to get abs. That’s all I have to say (:

      Well, it depends. With "Yoga with Adriene", you can also do ab exercises, and they are a lot more comfortable (and yet challenging!). I like Boho Beautiful too, though, *because* it's different :)

    This is an amazing workout!!
    Thanks to your workouts I lost 10 Kg three years ago. My body also became very flexible. But after pregnancy my body lost muscles and I got fat again. Now I am determined to gain my body shape as before my pregnancy.

    Hi Juliana, I wanted to say thank you for sharing this 10 challenge, I am at day 10 now and can make it to the end of this workout without a break. I literally saw improvement in my core strength every day and I have visible changes to my physique, in 10 days which is amazing. I am now going to work through some of your other workout challenges instead of randomly selecting workouts from your feed each day as this is clearly a more effective way to exercise! xxx

    Just finished day 4 of the 10 day abs challenge. I must say that I'm glad that day 5 is a rest day, because my abs getting a little sore. Will definitely do an ab challenge every other month, because it's an great addition to my regular ab workouts. I'm excited to see what my improved core stability does to my bouldering

    What a rewarding 10 minute exercise! 1st day, I couldn't do most of it, I just have done for 5 days (although I had 1 day off), I still struggle but I managed to complete it with modified versions and with more ease.
    I am slim but I haven't got much core strengths. I feel like I am toning my body nicely. Thank you!

    I just completed the 10 day challenge and my god I feel empower. I didn't saw any physical changes because I ate everything I always eat but I feel a lot stronger and good with myself . Thanks Boho you're amazing love you. Namaste

    Best thing that has happened to me during this quarantine season! I’m at day 4 of the 10 days ab challenge and I can already see my four packs (not kidding) Need to work on my lower abs more. But I also completely moved into clean eating which I believed helped me achieve this faster. I love you guys so much! Love from Canada

    I had a half hour break between piano students so I did this in combo with your new 10 minute Switzerland cardio. I’m a bucket of sweat but it was so needed! Thank you! Luckily my next student’s mom does a lot of beach body and won’t question the sweat 😂 can’t wait to add this challenge to my next round of daily fitness!

    Love this and love how fast it is! Just when I feel like giving up I’m almost done and it pushes me to finish! Side note my dog laid under me during the plank, talk about a workout buddy who pushes you 😂

    3rd round of this challenge and have visible oblique muscles. The excersises get easier, I don't have to modify as much now only when I'm tired from other workouts. Keep it up
