    Can you upload an evening yoga flow too? Like an after workout cool down and stretch vibe. I’ve only found a couple on your channel and would really love one to use consistently at night! Thank you for all of your beautiful videos 😊

      This seems to be Chandra Namasker which is an evening flow. It is supposed to cool one down

    Dear Boho Beautiful, please make a video about neck and shoulders stretching. Especially neck. They say if your neck muscles are relaxed your face looks younger, more lifted. Also, it helps to get rid of the morning face puffiness (neck muscles help lymph movement). We spend so much time at the computer that neck muscles are under constant load. Thank you so much!!! :) Love you, guys! I do yoga with you every morning! Namaste!❤❤❤

    I just want to thank you both for your amazing gift of love and light to the world 🌎. I use your app and youtube daily. I'm a nurse in a level 1 trauma hospital in the states. My practice is sometimes vigorous and physical, other times gentle and sensitive. I always dedicate my practice to someone (including my 2 fur babies) or something. You have inspired me to breathe through difficult days, to show compassion when I feel dead inside, and to treat my body as a vessel that carries my spirit. Thank you for being brave. Thank you for being courageous and for following your path. I am a so incredibly grateful for you. I know that if we don't meet in this lifetime, my spirit will seek you out in eternity. I'm sending you love, light, health, and prayers that all of your beautiful dreams come true. ✨️

      I’m a nurse as well on a med Surg floor and the long hours standing/walking/running/lifting really take a toll on your body! I’m turning 30 soon and feel all these joint aches/pains! I love these to help me release tension and get moving again!

    This was an amazing flow! I loved the intertwinement of a more subtle execution of strength coupled with flowy movements to enhance mobility. This will certainly be one of my new daily flows.

    Thanks. We are from Mexico. We have used your videos in the past enjoying the asanas and flow. We left because the talking is distracting. Now we retuned for a quick 20 min session to find verbaged increased. We find a simple explaination on body poise and breathe will intice self awareness naturally. Thank you for your work and grace.

    This was such an amazing practice! Really EXCELLENT release, especially for the legs! :) I love it! I work as a nurse and in the past 2.5 years since starting I've noticed a lot of loss of mobility, stiffness, and soreness especially in my joints! This was so nice, thank you :)

    Wow this place is stunning. I am looking forward to booking a vacation for next year (from eastern Canada). I need a quiet retreat style sanctuary to give myself healthy rest and space...From your travel experience, what place would you suggest for someone seeking utmost relaxation? I Googled this of course, but looking for personal experiences too. My work is physical and I am also studying...When I go somewhere to unwind I mean to completely let go of everything lol. I'd like to bring a yoga mat now too! So inspiring. Thank you for all your hard work

    I love following your videos in the am! I am getting my gall bladder removed next week and won’t be able to workout my core or out stress on it for 5 weeks. I was wondering if you could make a yoga video about yoga exercises one could do for after surgery.
