    ♥ And always remember one last thing, if you want the best results you have to apply 2 rules and stick to them: You have to work hard AND eat clean.     I just completed this. I found a lot of angry emotions coming up for me. I got so frustrated with my body because I felt like I couldn't do the exercises. But I'd hit pause. Ground myself, let the ish pass, press play and continue. I know I will get stronger each time I do this. All the more reason to come back. Thank you for showing up, Boho Beautiful.

    On day 1 I had trouble holding the positions or finishing the exercises and today was day 7 and I could do the whole video without taking a break or flopping onto my stomach lol
    It's a tough challenge but if you just keep on trying it ll get easier! Whoever's reading this: you can do this!! :))

    I just finished the 21 day challenge and I can physically see the changes in my body. My abs are more defined, thighs are more toned and smaller, and I have so much arm strength! The 1st time I watched this video I could barely get through all 25 minutes and now I am more motivated and have done ALL of your pilates videos. Thank you so much!!!

I'm 56 years old and my old body is responding well (but slowly as I have creaky bones) to your yoga and PIlates routines. You are inspiring and you keep me challenged. Juliana is an awesome instructor and whomever strives to look exactly like her (unrealisticly) has serious body image issues and it's their problem . Just read the thousands of comments on this or any other of their many videos and you'll see thousands of women of every age and fitness level who are very happy and grateful for these workouts . get over yourself

    I'm in my 8th day. I am looking forward to my workout every morning. I love the infill of yoga on rest days. I am amazed that someone so young like you and Mark can get your lives together in this lovely way. You are so peaceful because you are doing all the good things.You are my roll model, although I am already 64. I want to learn how to live a life in harmony within and with all around me.     I have always had a good relationship with food and working out but lately i have been losing track. I have been binge eating without knowing why, working out became something boring and i didn't enjoy working out anymore. So i decided to do this challenge and i have been waking up 1 hour earlier to do this in the morning and i LOVE it. It took me 2 weeks and now i am addicted to it. It also toned up my body so i feel so confident and happy about myself. I don't binge eat anymore. I don't know if it has something to do with it but i think that this workout made me happier so i don't seek comfort in food anymore. I can't thank you enought for this. This is life changing for me!

    Soo I've fust finished day 5 and it's getting easier! First day I could hardly do corkscrews and probably all the side plank exercises. But today I did them! Still lots to improve but I love seeing the progress and feeling stronger.
    P.S. my hip bone was really hurting when lying on my side and doing scissor snips, airwalk etc therefore I couldn't keep my body straight at all. So I decided to put a small pillow under my hip and it helped lots! A tip to anyone who's experiencing the same problem :) or maybe it's just me and my bony hips...

      Yay this gives me such good encouragement, I am on a fitness journey and today was Day 1 of this challenge and I felt so despondent when I couldn't do the side plank exercises but then I reminded myself that this is a challenge and a journey and I know that by Day 21 I am going to be so much stronger. It's all about the journey really!

      Stick to it! You'll feel so proud, trust me! This was the first Boho challenge I've done and my body looked incredible afterwards. Since then, I've done I think 3 more of hers and the results are great. Clear abs definition, no more arm flabs, glutes are much bigger and stronger, I love it and my boyfriend loves it even more haha.

    wow! this video is a bit more advanced. I definitely need the modifications for now. I love the other 21 day pilates challenge but felt I didnt get the best arm/back work out. This video definitely gives it all! my whole body feels awake :)

    I've recently started improving my health by cutting out refined sugar and wanted a really cool way to improve my physique.
    I feel so so lucky to have found your channel Boho Beautiful!
    I do the Abs and Booty 21 day challenge and on alternate days I do the full body workout- plus as a warm down I use the Yoga Beginner Full Body Gentle Flow after both of the work outs which feels AMAZING, I'm finding it helps to decrease some DOMS.
    I'm about 10 days in and can already see differences in strength and I feel I'm happier in myself too.
    You have completely changed the way I exercise, I've never enjoyed it as much as this. It's helping me so much!

    Morning! So I'm on the last day of this challenge and I have just weighed myself and I've lost 2kg! Been trying to get rid of that pesky 2 kg for over a year now and it's gone... Woohoo! I did the challenge alongside a healthy 3 meals a day, no snacks or sugar & I do strength training too most days a week but for over a week of this challenge I was unable to get to the gym so it was perfect! Did it in my kitchen. Loved it & I have really shaped up. The hard to shift fat around my middle has actually started shifting.. Only 2 kg to go and I'm back to my younger weight! Woohoo again!
    Sorry for going on, I'm just really chuffed as I've been trying to trim up round the waist and thighs for years! Highly recommend this. Stick to it and with sensible eating you'll see results. Thank you 😘
    I'm gonna start the other Pilates one next week and get rid of the other 2kg..💪🏻

    Loved this so much! am trying to help my body after finding that my brain is smaller on the right side . and Im learning how to talk , and glad to be out of the Military of 36 years.I have a lot of Doctors helping me. I had the Bradly tank program.I really needed this workout! I feel like I'm me again! I have a long time before I' will be fixed! I am blessed to have the wonderful Doctors as they are kind!     I have been doing this routine intermittently for 7 years! It's the best please don't ever remove it. And even though I am quite fit and work out regularly this kicks my butt! I also love your Pilates routine you filmed in Banff national Park.

    Just finished day 4, loving it. I have done weights and running my whole life until my 6 children came along. Running with extra weight was hard, but I am feeling stronger in just 4 days with this. it is the core work - amazing - and no joint or heal pain! Thank you!

    I'm so happy to have completed the 21 days. I loved seeing the strength that I've gained from day one. Ive been fruitarian for a year so wasn't sure on how much muscle would build. I feel great and it was super nice to try out the other videos you have to offer. I think I may take on another one of your challenges ;) thanks for providing these much love.

    I retired from construction last October. My body was a mess. Just doing Yoga was difficult. I am happy to say, I was able to do this whole practice without stopping. After doing the Fire Alarm video. I am feeling healthier and stronger than I have in the last ten years. And I'm 37 this month. Thank you, Juliana.

      But this one is way harder for me. I think it's because my hips are big and my body stores fat in my thighs. I will do it eitherway because I had results in my legs the last time :3

    MODIFICATION: I'm not sure I agree that dropping to the knee is the best modification as I feel virtually no burn. I think it works much better to keep your legs as they are in the side-plank position and then just bend your arm so that you are resting on your forearm (Angled 90 degrees, like a t in reference to your body) and it doesn't hurt your wrists.

      Nice suggestion... If the Modification did nothing for you your fitness level is simply stronger then the Modification. Plenty of people holding more weight or at lower levels will appreciate the leg drop 🤣 speaking of experience. Will try yours later 🙃

    Hi! Let me tell u one thing : OUCH!!!! lol...u know i do your pilates challenge from thailand almost everyday.and i find it quite easy now. so when i saw this new vid i said to myself "wonderful i love pilates"!.Gosh this one is way much harder especially for my abs!!! and i also feel like i've added wheights on my legs!that's crazy.Thank u a millions of times!I hope i'll do it "better" in 21 days!!big hugs to boths of u.Marie from Reunion island

    I haven't done this pilates session for a long time (lost motivation for working out for a fair while) but this workout has always been the one I go to to check my progress and I actually completed it without any modifications! Yay! Only started working out again around 6 weeks ago and I've clearly become stronger again. Thank you so much for such an awesome pilates sesh!

I'm on day 90 of this 100 day yoga challenge I decided to do with Adrienne. 30 days of yoga was what started it then I did home and now the April one. The 30 days of yoga is still my favorite 🖤 I'm thinking about doing another with Julianas yoga next and sticking to it for a year.

    I m Jasmine from Malaysia. I tried to complete all the moves that you taught and pointed my feet for more strength. I've experienced cramp in the first two days and today was day 5, I felt absolutely incredible and I can complete most of the move with increasing level of strength. Cant wait to complete the entire challenge! Really love that you focus the video with many breathing reminder and it has strengthen my poses every time I breathe properly.       I had cramping too, by day 4 it really lessened. Sounds like it will go away the stronger I get.

    I have a foot injury and cannot bear weight on it for several months. With a few modifications, this video (and some of the other ones) have been a godsend! It is just as challenging as my gym workouts that I currently can’t do. I am absolutely maintaining my fitness and probably even getting stronger! Thank you so much!
