ok so i have been doing these exercises for two weeks now and i just measured my thighs and calves and i've lost 1 cm on both!! i know it's not a huge amount but seriously i did not think it would work this fast! i'm really motivated to continue doing these.

I also do yoga daily, 10 min abs, healthy food + gel and tablets to get faster results, but for some reason my lower area is always a big trouble to reduce so I am crossing my fingers 🤞 and I'll be constant with this challenge hopping for results 😼

I've tried one set on Saturday, but I didn't do it on Sunday, so I will count yesterday (Monday) as day one! Before doing this workout, for 5 days, I was doing a workout from another channel, but I'm searching a workout that is much more intense.
Week 1 [thigh circumference: 45.4 cm, calves: 32 cm]
Day 1 V Done a set, my legs were shaking while doing the workout, especially the squats one.
Day 2 V I was really tired today, I did a set (but didn't do the donkey kicks (both sides) because my legs were so sore).
Day 3 V Done a set + 20 reps of jumping squats (for no reason i did this)

@@lordvoldemort3843 I'm probably too late, but I'm pretty sure it means to exhale slowly as you lift up your leg. When your muscles are contracting you need to exhale.

Day 3: ❌( busy schedule)
Day 4: ✅ with ( 5min lower belly + 20min standing hitt) a bit lazy at first , but force myself to workout
Day 5: ✅ wanted to see my results so i must workout (+ 5min lower belly + 20 min standing hitt) 52.74kg
Day 6: ✅ my BF joined me to workout together (+ 5min lower belly + 20 min standing hitt)
Day 7: ✅ did our 2nd work out together (+ 5min lower belly + 20 min standing hitt)
Day 8 : ❌ Busy schedule

day1 : it was a little hard but i sweat a lot and im very proud of my self i did this in the later day so on day 2 ill be doing it (or trying) 2 times a day for a better outcome maybe
day2 : i saw a difference from yesterdays workout and it gave me a lot of motivation to do today and it was still hard to do but i made it threw and i feel pretty good
day3 : i didnt do a second work out yesterday and i was thinking not to i dont wanna over work my self bc its a bit hard for me but i did it today and it was way more easier then yesterday im very happy with how ive seen my body change already

Day 1 ! the first exercises were difficult but I really enjoyed this. I sweated a lot ! I will update tomorrow :)
Day 2 ! it was easier than yesterday ! my legs look already more straight and my gluteus look more plump and lifted
Day 3 ! my legs hurt :') The squads were so difficult :')))) I would recommend to do some frog sits after this.
Day 4 ! it was the easiest day. I had no probleem following the routine. btw my legs are starting to look thinner :)
Day 5! btw I take a break every 2 days :)
Day 6 ! it was hard my legs look smaller
Day 7 ! it went smooth
Day 8 ! my calves are a little wider I'm adding a stretch routine
Day 9 ! my legs look longer !
I will not be able to finish this I started a new job and don't have time left but this really works !! you can see a difference but please add a stretch routine good luck !!
I did this for a week and my feet muscles started getting very bulcky :/
I recommend doing stretching exercises along with this workout to prevent that
