    Who else came here because...
    -your insecure of your thys
    -you want to be slim for school starting
    -your thys are like this ( ) but when you sit they are like this ( )
    -everyday in lockdown you have been laying on your bed eating
    -the rest of your body is slim but your thys are big
    -all your friends have slim thys but yours are big
    -it’s hard for you to find Jeans that fit your thys
    Just know your not alone and that I am also in my room with the door closed doing the exercises because I don’t want my family to know that I am doing exercises to loose weight in my thys because they will make fun of me
    -so if you need to talk to someone write it in the comment and we can all help each other

      If you wanna do it the calm way just once a day is enough but you have to be consistent and patient if you want the results I'm not even 2 weeks in following this but I can feel the change. Personally I'd like to say to start slow and then add things into your workout once your body gets used to it. All the best and importantly have faith in yourself.

    BTW: i wont dissappear without updating

    I've been doing this for the last two weeks, once a day with every third day twice (morning and night) and every fourth day a rest day. Have dropped 1 pant size in the two weeks and can see a notable difference. It really does work but be warned, the first 3 days will feel like death. Even the smallest actions like sitting down absolutely killed but stick with it, it's the best exercise routine I've found for my legs!

      @@kitkatkaboodle597 Sure! Sorry should be keeping up with this. I've been continuing with this set plus adding cycling (30 mins) and walking (40 mins) everyday and have dropped another pant size plus a bit more! The exercises don't hurt anymore and I've added using dumbbells while doing the lunges and squats (this really sped up the process) and I've noticed a massive difference. As long as you stick to doing this daily it really does make a huge difference!

    Lock down is over. Today is
    May 2,2023. I’m watching this video to see how it will help to improve my exercise routine. It’s my plan to workout every day. And use this as my daily routine. Any exercises that are find are challenging, I’ll keep at it. As practice makes perfect. And eventually it will pay off. Thank you for sharing this with all of us here.

    I’m going to be doing this exercise every day and updating each week to show my progress. (I am also doing another 3 minute Bright Side exercise with this)
    Before:
    Waist- 39”
    Thigh- 26”
    Calf- 15” (I have no idea if this will works on my calf’s but I will still measure!)
    Week 1:
    Waist: 38.5”
    Thigh: 25”
    Calf: 15”
    The first 3 days were hard but it got a lot easier. I noticed my legs looking slightly slimmer and I can feel the burning in my stomach. I think this is starting to work!
    Week 2
    Waist:39”
    Thighs:24.5”
    Calf: 15”
    Haven’t noticed much change this week and I think I need to start doing the exercises twice to get the results in a month
    Week 3
    Waist: 38.5”
    Thigh: 24”
    Calf: 14.75”
    This week I started doing exercises 1,3, and 5 two times to get better results. I still haven’t noticed much change and I think this will need at least 5 weeks.
    Update:
    I wanted to take 2 weeks off from this to do a different workout and I just didn’t feel like this one was working ver well. Don’t worry, I’ll be back next week to continue this workout. 😊
    Update:
    I have decided to stop doing this workout because I found a different one. But I would totally recommend this. I lost 2” of my thighs in just 3 weeks and if I did it for all 4 weeks I would probably lose even more. This is overall a great simple workout!!!

    7 day challenge
    Day 1: everything painful and tiring; no difference ofc xd
    day 2: my legs hurt but still did these exercices, i started to look a bit more nice and i have muscels. also everything is EASIER and i did my work harder aka doing harder things while doing these
    Day 3: everything was easy to do, and my muscles didnt hurt. also i look a bit slimmer
    Day 4: ok everything was easy but yesterday i ate unhealthy cause i was hungry and had nothing else to eat so my muscles kinda disappeared. Well, everything was still more eazy to do. Also I did double exercices.
    Day 5: everything was easy and had no dificulties
    Day 6: I look slim! My legs are absolutely slimmer! I have also pretty big muscles
    Day 7: Final day.. I can do anything very fast without pain. Also my thighs look very very slim

    Once you're used to these exercises, I recommend doubling it up to two minutes per position. Got some results showing after two months and doing it every other day.

    I already did this for two days so I’m gonna update. I updated this on the 3rd day
    1st day: All the exercises were
    hard but I managed to
    do it
    2nd day: I had muscle pain but
    I still did it and all the
    exercises were easier
    my thighs has a little
    between so yeah
    3rd day: I did it and the
    exercises were alot
    easier and I dont
    care what I eat and
    just add a little more
    exercise or stretch
    4th day: All the exercises were
    not hard and I did all
    them and went for a
    walk in the evening.
    5th day: Same as yesterday
    6th day: I added some other
    exercises for my
    tummy and a little
    more for my legs
    I didnt have a diet
    just exercises
    Like for an update👍🏻
