Right!!!! Whenever I start doing workout and dieting and all kinds of weight loss stuffs my mother always make something delicious and we all know we can't just ignore it 😭😭😭😭😭😭
I've been doing this for the last two weeks, once a day with every third day twice (morning and night) and every fourth day a rest day. Have dropped 1 pant size in the two weeks and can see a notable difference. It really does work but be warned, the first 3 days will feel like death. Even the smallest actions like sitting down absolutely killed but stick with it, it's the best exercise routine I've found for my legs!
@@kitkatkaboodle597 Sure! Sorry should be keeping up with this. I've been continuing with this set plus adding cycling (30 mins) and walking (40 mins) everyday and have dropped another pant size plus a bit more! The exercises don't hurt anymore and I've added using dumbbells while doing the lunges and squats (this really sped up the process) and I've noticed a massive difference. As long as you stick to doing this daily it really does make a huge difference!
Is anyone else doing this in their room with the door locked / alone at home so your family doesn't think you're self-conscious/makes fun of you for doing these exercises?
If you wanna do it the calm way just once a day is enough but you have to be consistent and patient if you want the results I'm not even 2 weeks in following this but I can feel the change. Personally I'd like to say to start slow and then add things into your workout once your body gets used to it. All the best and importantly have faith in yourself.

Wow! This workout is great! It only takes around 5 minuets and just after 5 days I started to see a difference. It’s tricky at first but once you stick to it, it gets easier. If shared this workout to my friends and now they are trying it. I feel so much stronger😊Thank you!!
Who else came here because... -your insecure of your thys -you want to be slim for school starting -your thys are like this ( ) but when you sit they are like this ( ) -everyday in lockdown you have been laying on your bed eating -the rest of your body is slim but your thys are big -all your friends have slim thys but yours are big -it’s hard for you to find Jeans that fit your thys Just know your not alone and that I am also in my room with the door closed doing the exercises because I don’t want my family to know that I am doing exercises to loose weight in my thys because they will make fun of me -so if you need to talk to someone write it in the comment and we can all help each other
Once you're used to these exercises, I recommend doubling it up to two minutes per position. Got some results showing after two months and doing it every other day.
I have tried bright side's videos and have lost 3kgs in 2 weeks and have built strong legs in 1 month . I am thankful to this channel for providing the correct guidance

I’m going to be doing this exercise every day and updating each week to show my progress. (I am also doing another 3 minute Bright Side exercise with this) Before: Waist- 39” Thigh- 26” Calf- 15” (I have no idea if this will works on my calf’s but I will still measure!) Week 1: Waist: 38.5” Thigh: 25” Calf: 15” The first 3 days were hard but it got a lot easier. I noticed my legs looking slightly slimmer and I can feel the burning in my stomach. I think this is starting to work! Week 2 Waist:39” Thighs:24.5” Calf: 15” Haven’t noticed much change this week and I think I need to start doing the exercises twice to get the results in a month Week 3 Waist: 38.5” Thigh: 24” Calf: 14.75” This week I started doing exercises 1,3, and 5 two times to get better results. I still haven’t noticed much change and I think this will need at least 5 weeks. Update: I wanted to take 2 weeks off from this to do a different workout and I just didn’t feel like this one was working ver well. Don’t worry, I’ll be back next week to continue this workout. 😊 Update: I have decided to stop doing this workout because I found a different one. But I would totally recommend this. I lost 2” of my thighs in just 3 weeks and if I did it for all 4 weeks I would probably lose even more. This is overall a great simple workout!!!
Day one: it really hurts but I’m still gonna do it Day two: still hurts but it got more easier Day three: I felt it was more doable, no changes but I felt tighter Day four: forgot to do it Day five: it is easier now and I feel tight but no changes. I did it in the night too to make up for yesterday. Day six: I felt tighter and i also felt that my legs were changing but it was a small change Day seven: I found it easy and I haven’t noticed any changes but I did fell stronger and tighter Day eight: I felt skinnier but I have decided to drink water more often to get more results Day nine: I’ve noticed that my thighs seem slim and the exercises are much easier and drinking water really help Day ten: no changes but I feel tighter today Day eleven: it is easy and simple and I can’t find any changes Day twelve : I feel slim and tight and I think it’s. Working but very slowly Day thirteen: I can notice. Small gap between my thighs so it must be working and also it is best to drink water in the morning and do this exercise in the early morning because it would have most effect at that time Day fourteen: I notice my legs have a gap between them so it is working but it is small Day fifteen: I feel more flexible and tight and I drink a lot of water too to get better results, I feel a little change so it is working. Day sixteen: I feel tight and a tiny bit more skinnier but I feel like this is going to take more than a month Day seventeen: small changes are visible to me but I’m still gonna have to do this for longer Day eighteen: it doesn’t have that much of an effect on me Day nineteen: I am not sure that I’m losing that much weight from how I look but when I checked my weight it was 0.5kg less! But I look the same so what I mean is that you could be losing weight while looking the exact same Day twenty: I look the same but i fell somehow much stronger Day twenty one : I look the same but I lost around a kilo , I try to drink water a lot to fasten the results. Day twenty three: i doubt that I’m gonna have skinnier legs because they the exact same but I did lose weight so I’m gonna keep on going after the month

For those who are wondering if this works.. The answer is yes, I have lost 1.7 stone in the last 2 weeks! I didn't diet, but I ate only around once or twice a day. I do these exercises every morning. My 3rd day doing it and it seems to work! Let's hope I'll be slim by the end of next month.

Okay. Doing this for 7 days. Day 1: Ow! My legs hurt. I'm tierd, sweaty and dizzy. That's good I guess. Day 2: okay, my legs hurted a tiny bit from yesterday, I'm so unfit, but it was slightly easier, I don't feel dizzy, just tired :) Day 3: hey hey hey, I didn't feel much pain, exercise 4 was the hardest day 1 and 2 but it got remarkably easier! Simply love love love doing Bright Side exercises. I never liked to exercise at all and this particular channel has captured my interest for good. Little more than a month I’m doing them and have lost close to 6 pounds. I only do them 3-4times a week for about 25-30 mins. Cut down meal size and added about 8-9 glasses of water a day. As far as I’m concerned Rather loose it slowly, than some one promising to loose 7 pounds in a week. Not in this life at least😅.... so yes good job and huge thanks to you Bright Side for putting together fun to do workout for easily bored people like me!!!👌👍😊
I did this on 2016 since very long ago without this video. It took me one year to have slim thighs not one month. And if ever you stop this exercise your thighs legs will become just like it was before that is big

Day 1: went through all 5 and did it full out I will come back everyday 👍 Day 2: i don’t see a change yet but I did do these full out! I feel the soreness from yesterdays exercise. Coming back tm! I’m going to be doing this exercise every day and updating each week to show my progress. (I am also doing another 3 minute Bright Side exercise with this)
Before:
Waist- 39”
Thigh- 26”
Calf- 15” (I have no idea if this will works on my calf’s but I will still measure!)
Week 1:
Waist: 38.5”
Thigh: 25”
Calf: 15”
The first 3 days were hard but it got a lot easier. I noticed my legs looking slightly slimmer and I can feel the burning in my stomach. I think this is starting to work!
Week 2
Waist:39”
Thighs:24.5”
Calf: 15”
Haven’t noticed much change this week and I think I need to start doing the exercises twice to get the results in a month
Week 3
Waist: 38.5”
Thigh: 24”
Calf: 14.75”
This week I started doing exercises 1,3, and 5 two times to get better results. I still haven’t noticed much change and I think this will need at least 5 weeks.
Update:
I wanted to take 2 weeks off from this to do a different workout and I just didn’t feel like this one was working ver well. Don’t worry, I’ll be back next week to continue this workout. 😊
Update:
I have decided to stop doing this workout because I found a different one. But I would totally recommend this. I lost 2” of my thighs in just 3 weeks and if I did it for all 4 weeks I would probably lose even more. This is overall a great simple workout!!!

Day one: it really hurts but I’m still gonna do it
Day two: still hurts but it got more easier
Day three: I felt it was more doable, no changes but I felt tighter
Day four: forgot to do it
Day five: it is easier now and I feel tight but no changes. I did it in the night too to make up for yesterday.
Day six: I felt tighter and i also felt that my legs were changing but it was a small change
Day seven: I found it easy and I haven’t noticed any changes but I did fell stronger and tighter
Day eight: I felt skinnier but I have decided to drink water more often to get more results
Day nine: I’ve noticed that my thighs seem slim and the exercises are much easier and drinking water really help
Day ten: no changes but I feel tighter today
Day eleven: it is easy and simple and I can’t find any changes
Day twelve : I feel slim and tight and I think it’s. Working but very slowly
Day thirteen: I can notice. Small gap between my thighs so it must be working and also it is best to drink water in the morning and do this exercise in the early morning because it would have most effect at that time
Day fourteen: I notice my legs have a gap between them so it is working but it is small
Day fifteen: I feel more flexible and tight and I drink a lot of water too to get better results, I feel a little change so it is working.
Day sixteen: I feel tight and a tiny bit more skinnier but I feel like this is going to take more than a month
Day seventeen: small changes are visible to me but I’m still gonna have to do this for longer
Day eighteen: it doesn’t have that much of an effect on me
Day nineteen: I am not sure that I’m losing that much weight from how I look but when I checked my weight it was 0.5kg less! But I look the same so what I mean is that you could be losing weight while looking the exact same
Day twenty: I look the same but i fell somehow much stronger
Day twenty one : I look the same but I lost around a kilo , I try to drink water a lot to fasten the results.
Day twenty three: i doubt that I’m gonna have skinnier legs because they the exact same but I did lose weight so I’m gonna keep on going after the month

soooo... its been 3 weeks
A month-
For those who are wondering if this works.. The answer is yes, I have lost 1.7 stone in the last 2 weeks! Thanks so much BRIGHT SIDE for helping me loose weight, the one that I found the hardest was the leg lift and hold but after doing it once a day for 2 weeks it's not so hard any more, I even do 3 of them in bed every night! Thanks so much!☺

Day 1: Ow! My legs hurt. I'm tierd, sweaty and dizzy. That's good I guess.
Day 2: okay, my legs hurted a tiny bit from yesterday, I'm so unfit, but it was slightly easier, I don't feel dizzy, just tired :)
Day 3: hey hey hey, I didn't feel much pain, exercise 4 was the hardest day 1 and 2 but it got remarkably easier! Its 1am, I'll see you tomorrow night.

Hi did you do it for more than 5mins? it sais the exercise is 5mins but I don't think it'll work if I just exercise five mins.
Simply love love love doing Bright Side exercises. I never liked to exercise at all and this particular channel has captured my interest for good. Little more than a month I’m doing them and have lost close to 6 pounds. I only do them 3-4times a week for about 25-30 mins. Cut down meal size and added about 8-9 glasses of water a day. As far as I’m concerned Rather loose it slowly, than some one promising to loose 7 pounds in a week. Not in this life at least😅.... so yes good job and huge thanks to you Bright Side for putting together fun to do workout for easily bored people like me!!!👌👍😊
