I’ve been doing this exercise for a week and I already feel more flexible. I have a desk job and this helped decrease my back pain. I do hope for slimmer thighs, but I know this will take months. Don’t look for shortcuts! Exercise a bit every day and eat everything in moderation. Legs go!

Kanniapan D no I don’t follow any diet it’s just I don’t like rice so I don’t eat rice but I eat alot of snacks which is a bad habit lol . As my main sometimes I eat corn flakes sometimes oats sometimes chicken sometimes vegetables and sometimes ramen it depends on my mood . And I’m super lazy the way I make my food tastes worse and whenever I feel super lazy I just eat boiled eggs . I only eat 2times a day because I wake up at 12pm.

I have been doing this workout for 36 days so far and I've been losing 1/4in on my thighs every week and 1in on my butt every two weeks. So it does work. I do also workout more than just this and my diet is pretty healthy. I defiantely enjoy this and wish anyone else luck!! You got this😁

Tried this just now, but I can tell that at least for me stretching works better than anything to lose weight, to stay fit and overall feel more comfortably and energetic. At the age 15 my weith was 67kg and height 160cm... I tried very hard workouts and diets, but just moderate eating style and stretching really helped... Stretching on a daily basis, not overating (weight problems might easily be a psychological issue), feeding your body with more natural food = no junk - doing magic) Was 55kg for a long time and then without noticing became 49kg)

I've doing legs exercise for 4 months already but i still have big bulky legs. I will try this one, since i saw girls comments that this is effective. Day 1: ☑️ i love the stretch, it reminds me of April Han legs workout. And the last one exercise, it doesn't hurt cause I'm doing it everyday. Idk if it's effective for me. But i think the stretching will make legs smaller! I hope! Just so everyone knows: these exercises are super amazing and so simple, yet impactful. Very yoga like. Your basically cleaning up your lymphatic system which is where all our visceral fat is stored. These workouts and others DO work but it’s not a one size fits all. Keep in mind that you must be conscious of your lifestyle and nutrition. Can’t expect to do this and eat tubs of KFC/ice cream and still lose weight. Stay committed and you’ll see amazing results! 🙏🏼
Visceral fat is fat stored around organs. The lymphatic system is the system where lymph is stored which consists of white blood cells. While the lymphatic system is used to transport fats from your intestines, it is not where the fat is stored.
It feels so motivating to see that guy (possibly a beginner) do it. I always feel very sad that I don't have the perfect form or can't do it properly like the trainer, while doing the exercise. But, the thing is it takes a lot of time to get used to them and do them right. I realised that even if we don't have the perfect form, we do get results, which improves our form. Keep fighting everyone!

痩せすぎとかはどうでもいいんですがこの体操、体に歪み出たり足指変形しそうなのでやりたくはないです。証拠に女性の人O脚気味なのをカバーしようと内に膝いれててその反動が歪みとして出てると思います。O脚治すなら膝とか股関節は外旋させ足は土踏まず側つまり親指側に重心にもってくれば治るので。

痩せすぎとかはどうでもいいんですがこの体操、体に歪み出たり足指変形しそうなのでやりたくはないです。証拠に女性の人O脚気味なのをカバーしようと内に膝いれててその反動が歪みとして出てると思います。O脚治すなら膝とか股関節は外旋させ足は土踏まず側つまり親指に重心にもってくれば治るので。

Day 1✅: the first excercise really hurts but overall it's good.
Day 2✅: it's going well, I did sweat a little.
Day 3✅: I did this with extra stretching after.
Day 4✅: I repeat the first exercise and I did some stretching after.
Day 5✅: Just like I did on day 3.
Day 6✅: plus stretching again for the calves.
Day 7✅: it's getting easier and faster.

Besides this exercise, on day 4, I start doing 1000 jump rope and April Han lying inner thigh workout ( because I get boring doing same exercise 😂), and I'm not doing any diet.

@@arinashrin9866 That was a very honest answer. So I'm going to do the same thing. Overall weight is 78 kgs, so if I lose 15 kgs in 5 months that means I must lose around 3 kgs a month. so I must lose .75kgs a week. This I can do.

I’ve been doing this exercise for a week and I already feel more flexible. I have a desk job and this helped decrease my back pain. I do hope for slimmer thighs, but I know this will take months. Don’t look for shortcuts! Exercise a bit every day and eat everything in moderation. Legs go!

Kanniapan D no I don’t follow any diet it’s just I don’t like rice so I don’t eat rice but I eat alot of snacks which is a bad habit lol . As my main sometimes I eat corn flakes sometimes oats sometimes chicken sometimes vegetables and sometimes ramen it depends on my mood . And I’m super lazy the way I make my food tastes worse and whenever I feel super lazy I just eat boiled eggs . I only eat 2times a day because I wake up at 12pm.

I have been doing this exercise for more than two months now. And I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Whole doing the extra round, the massage I can feel the difference between now and how it used to be. Keep doing guys, u would surely feel the difference

ただ、痩せ方が身体に害為すような方法(食ったものを吐く、食事を極度に抜く、炭水化物や脂肪を極端に避けるなど)でなければ、多分、なんだっていいのである。
I have been doing this workout for 36 days so far and I've been losing 1/4in on my thighs every week and 1in on my butt every two weeks. So it does work. I do also workout more than just this and my diet is pretty healthy. I defiantely enjoy this and wish anyone else luck!! You got this😁

Day 1: done. That was much harder than expected. Legs were shaking but could do the whole workout.
Day 2: done. My legs are still hurting because of yesterday.

Tried this just now,
but I can tell that at least for me stretching works better than anything to lose weight, to stay fit and overall feel more comfortably and energetic.
At the age 15 my weith was 67kg and height 160cm... I tried very hard workouts and diets, but just moderate eating style and stretching really helped... Stretching on a daily basis, not overating (weight problems might easily be a psychological issue), feeding your body with more natural food = no junk - doing magic)
Was 55kg for a long time and then without noticing became 49kg)

I love these workouts! But the breathing is *_SO_* important.. I tried the "inhale during muscle use, exhale on rest" concept and it really makes your muscles work harder! Great job
I've doing legs exercise for 4 months already but i still have big bulky legs. I will try this one, since i saw girls comments that this is effective.

体が固すぎて怪我しやすいと保健医に言われたことがあって、3ヶ月くらい柔軟体操やってたんだけど全然効果なかったの。試しにと思ってこの動画をお風呂上がりに続けてみたらね、今1週間経ったんだけどね、凝り固まった筋肉が粉々にされてるのかめちゃくちゃふくらはぎ痛くてね、体も柔らかくなってきたのよ。私には向いてるストレッチだったみたい。うp主さんありがとう!

Just so everyone knows: these exercises are super amazing and so simple, yet impactful. Very yoga like. Your basically cleaning up your lymphatic system which is where all our visceral fat is stored. These workouts and others DO work but it’s not a one size fits all. Keep in mind that you must be conscious of your lifestyle and nutrition. Can’t expect to do this and eat tubs of KFC/ice cream and still lose weight. Stay committed and you’ll see amazing results! 🙏🏼

Visceral fat is fat stored around organs. The lymphatic system is the system where lymph is stored which consists of white blood cells. While the lymphatic system is used to transport fats from your intestines, it is not where the fat is stored.

It feels so motivating to see that guy (possibly a beginner) do it. I always feel very sad that I don't have the perfect form or can't do it properly like the trainer, while doing the exercise. But, the thing is it takes a lot of time to get used to them and do them right. I realised that even if we don't have the perfect form, we do get results, which improves our form. Keep fighting everyone!

私も足が細くなりたい!と思ってこの筋トレを6カ月続けてますが、引き締まりはしたものの、こんなに細くはならなかったです。
食事制限なしで、毎日筋トレをして、
158cm、45.8kg→43.0
となったので、筋トレ自体は痩身効果はあったんですが、ふくらはぎや太ももの横と前側がまだもっこりしてます。
すんなりとした美脚になるためには、食事制限も併用して体脂肪そのものをある程度落としていかないとダメなんだなと思いました。
でも、この脚やせ筋トレはストレッチも兼ねていてバランスがとれているので、お気に入りだから続けていこうと思います。
細い人見て、『細すぎて…』みたいなコメントする人絶対いるけど、華奢で細くて手足長いなんて、なれるもんならなりたいよ、細すぎでもなんでもいい。こうなりたい。。が大半が理想とする美意識よなぁ、、

-17 y/o, 1.58 aprox, 51kg aprox. My goal in the 1st week 53/52 cm of thigh.
11/05: thigh= 55cm :))
•Day1: it doesn't hurt that much, i think i can do it twice a day
•Day2: today i did it twice, before having breakfast and before going to bed. My legs hurt just a little but it's okay:)) i'll add to this my usual routine, i think u should try it ♡
•Day3:Yesterday I was a little disappointed because I felt that my thighs were fatter, but I think they have to grow a little before losing weight, since today I feel slimmer. I'm happy♡♡♡
•Day4: i feel like this is really working!!!! I feel my legs lighter and firmer. I haven't measured my thighs yet, I will on Monday !!
SORRY I FORGOT TO UPDATE
Anyway today was my last day, i messured my thigh and....IT WORKED im really shooked, when i started this my thights were 55cm, and after only one week they're 53'8cm. Even if that wasn't my goal i'm so happy with this and i'll keep going. I remind that maybe it worked bc i did this with my daily routine, so good luck everyone💜

@@hugoonoccllactahuaman6737 bueno a mí sí me bajo, pero un poco es que depende de las porciones de comida que comas no digo que comas tan poquito pero q comas regular está bien y debes evitar comer muy tarde eso es muy importante , sobre los ejercicios vi resultados a las semanas pero eso sí si baja el abdomen ☺️
