    I’ve been doing a few of April’s workouts continuously for the past five months. While I haven’t lost much weight (maybe around 1-2 kg), I’ve noticed an improvement in my body shape. Now, I can finally fit into those rayon lounge pants that have been lying in my wardrobe since 2022! 😂

    Gonna do this for a week hehe:
    Day 1: done
    Day 2: done
    Day 3:skiped
    Day 4:done
    Day 5:skiped
    Day 6:done
    Day 7:done
    I did this quick workout for a week now and to be honest I don't see any result but I did it to keep myself moving and not sitting all day long. BUT KNOW I feel much fitter than before!
    In conclusion it's great for period days and good for people who want to workout again. ^^

      it doesn’t matter if u skipped a day or two or idk how many (well i did skip some days too so ... 😆) it’s ok
      Let’s start with not staying more than 3 days without working out even if it’s for a 15 min maximum
      Let’s just do it !!!! We got this !!!!!!! 💪

    I love how April says in her vids that it's okay for menstrual cycles or not because I find it hard to find vids that say whether it's okay or not to do it on menstrual cycles. I'm still new to my period and I did do a flat stomach/abs workout and my cramps killed me, so it's nice that she talks about it :)

    started this yesterday and woke up with a thigh gap 😭 holy this workout is literally a saver even if you aren’t on your period ! i love this and will keep you guys updated. i am 75 kg and i hope to be 50-45 kg

      @@مزون-ل6ص i only used this as my warmup before my workout routine so i'm not sure. But i did lost 7kg in one month after doing pamela reif, growingwithannas, emi wong and chloe ting workouts. I just combined them all. Sorry if my english is not okay.

    I just finished the workout. Its simple but my heart got a good pump and i enjoyed it.. Those arm circles though. Didn't know i need them in my life. Lol. Definitely gonna do this everyday while I'm on my period.

    I love your videos! because it really works. I often do your workout ''Slim Arms in 30 DAYs!'' and it's the best for slimming arms, i've got great results! now this video is one of my favourities. i'll definitely do this exercises but not squats - i have bad joints. Thank you, April!

    my results!
    the videos used: 5-min lower abs, this one and 8-min standing abs
    the routine: the 5-min abs everyday (including on my period days) and one of the two, changing the last every four days, for one month, without rest days.
    the results: my waist went from 100cm to 86cm! I am very impressed. No more measurements because I forgot to take more in the beginning. My arms are a lot slimmer and stronger, so are my legs and abdomen. I went from 70kg to 66-64kg (I am still bloated from my period). And off all things, the more that most amazed me is: my buttocks are so beautiful now! It is very rounded and lifted, all my pants and shorts look much better.
    the impressions: of course, this is a sweaty workout. At first, I could barely do the exercises fully, and needed a five minute break at the end. As the month progressed, so did my body; I started doing, each week, five more seconds of the advanced exercises, and I feel it was this that gave me fast and noticeable results. Since I get easily heated during my period (which in this month, for God's mercy, was not very intense), I took a minute break when I reached the middle of the video. Do not attempt this if your period is very intense, since it can make it worse.
    the conclusion: it is a very effective workout. If you do not see results, know your body is a lot more active, resistant and have much more stamina. Do not stop exercising when you reach your goal; physical activity must be to keep your body healthy and strong firstly.
