REDUCE SADDLEBAGS in 2 WEEKS | 12 Min Outer Thigh Workout, Beginner Friendly and Lying Down

    A beginner friendly saddlebag and outer thigh workout, which is very effective and you can do lying down. Also, this workout will improve hip dips. Saddlebag is caused by the accumulation of fats AND inward rotation of the hip joints (hip anteversion). Thus, only doing fat burn exercises is not enough to slim the outer thigh, hip anteversion must also be corrected. Today's workout will hence be focusing on these two areas to help us completely change the struggle of having bulky outer thighs. It can also help to straighten legs and make us appear taller visually!

    I’ve been following April’s thigh exercises for over a year now and have seen amazing results. My thighs reduced from 58 to 50 cm and hip went from 98 to 88 cm. the key is persistence so let’s stick at it!

    I've been frustrated with these stubborn upper side thighs fat that won't go away !! This workout hit just the right spot ☺️ !     Heyy April I'm dropping this comment at 2:28 am I have been doing this workout for about 10 days now nd just went to the washroom nd realized that my saddlebags are disappearing 😭 cant be more happyyyyyyy thankssss alot I'm going to continue this until I get tonned thighs nd yesss I'm also following your inner thigh workout along with lily sabri's thigh workout but I don't see much difference in my inner thigh but I will keep doing it until I reach my goal 🥹💗

    I watch these thinking that I'll start from tomorrow onwards but on the next day I just make up my mind saying my thighs are still perfect ..LOL

    Excuse me...this exercise not only to reduce our saddlebag but also our inner thight and help hip antervision...right? So after do this exercise... I can do not do other inner thigh exercise right?

    Trust me when you will continue this workout for like almost one month you will realise it's is the best workout you have done for your body till now ...i did that on my weight loss journey to become more fit not slim for others and i can't thank her enought

    Hello! So I've been doing this for about a week and half. I have definitely noticed that I could fit into pants that previously I felt very tight around me yall 😭 And because of that, it motivated me to push through and continue for about a month. I think I'll come back here by then and tell yall how I feel and how I look visually.     I've struggled so much with consistency working out, so I started this as a beginner. I've never known the real reason fats accumulate in the saddlebag area, but this video made it so easy to understand.

    I’ve looked for and tried over ten different clips fm different TH-camrs , this is the ONLY one that works on reducing saddle bags!!! U know really well on training those specific muscles which helps to reduce fat around the stubborn area!!!! Amazing!!! Thank you April :)
