      This is a wonderful stretching practice. You are may favorite yoga instructor. Your guidance is clear and gentle. I also love the music

      Beautiful flow. Gentle and slow like Yin, but just the perfect pace and gentleness where I wasn't too sleepy and could really be present in the moment. I really enjoyed this flexibility flow and would love to see more one hour flexibility flows! Thx Kassandra.

    I loved this, even with a number of positions I don’t like to do. But you gave us just the right amount of time in each one to work through the resistance. I even found a new way to use my block in lizard pose - under my extended back leg at the front hip. Thank you, Kassandra. The hour long ones are especially satisfying.

    I did this class with lots of joy!!! Just tuning in for one hour not only into my own self but also into every angle of my body with all its flexibility and limitations.     Hi Kassandra, I suffered brain injury, stroke and multiple fractures last year in November due a car hitting me. I am myself a yoga instructor. I am gradually getting my mobility back. With taking lots of support and modifications, I was able to finish this class and I feel so happy doing this. Thank you very much for this class! Namaste 🙏 💗

    This was an amazing class. After a two hour car ride to an airport, sitting in two different airport terminals, and seven hours combined on two planes, all those stretches, done at a slow pace, were really fulfilling to my achy body.     A magical practice. An hour ago I was scared and angry of Russian aggression. Now I am a completely different woman. I am grateful for this slow but so intense practice. I am visioning my future now and I am full of energy to realise that) Thank you very much! And now I am hopefully going to find my new safe temporary home in Europe, so wish me luck)

    Well, just finished 2 classes for a total of 1:45 minutes. Was stiff yesterday from a workout at the Y. Stiffness seems to be gone. Thank you Kassandra for the great classes you provide us. I have always enjoyed the flow you have and explainations along the way. All the best to you!!

    I absolutely loved this practice. I took the day off today so an hour yoga was perfect for me this am. I loved the slow pace, stretching and introspection. I also am feeling proud I did the splits on one side. I turn 50 tomorrow and I don't think I've done the splits in 30 years. Woot woot! Thank you for this wonderful beginning to my day. :)

    Thanks for the longer videos. It's nice to have this as a resource and be able to practice a slow flow at home. I often times feel like I'm cheating when I only do your 30 min or 20 min or even 40 min videos. The full hour feels really good and proper.

    This was a great vin/yin sort of hybrid class. I’m a few days out from my cycle, and I really needed those hip stretches. This was perfect. Also this was probably the best full splits I’ve managed to do in a long time.

    I've just done it the second day in a row as a recovery from Covid. It is just right, getting rid of the tightness and stickyness in my body due to the illness and sitting around so much. Thank you Kassandra.

    Incredible practice. I feel completely tuned up. Just what I needed after 6 days of workouts that tightened up my muscles. Kassandra is an excellent instructor. Her voice is clear, and her enunciation is clear. Her background music does not overpower her voice. So, if I can't see the screen during a pose, I know exactly what to do next. Well done:)

    My left rear thigh has had a pain that alternates between dull and sharp for over a week. Tried several different practices to no avail. This morning I tried this one. It was tough, but at the end that pain was GONE. Thank you for sharing this!! Will repeat!!!

    I find this one not only a very good stretch, the movements also relieved the fog in my head. Most times I find it hard to commit to one hour of yoga at home, but not with this class. Thank you Kassandra.

    When this got uploaded I skipped it bc at the time I didn't have any blocks with me... now I finally came back to it, just after being sick for a few days. And this was exactly what I needed! Movement but also calm. I also did this yoga practice outside and halfway through I noticed some gallaway cows watching me 😂 this completely made my day, feeling grateful 😙

    This is a beautiful session! We've been away with family over the Easter break and not found time to exercise or do yoga easily over the last week and this was the perfect way back in to get me feeling amazing again - I think I will try and find space every month to do this as part of monthly goal setting and re-focusing - thanks so much Kassandra!

    This routine stretches every tight part there is and I didn't feel rushed in transitioning to the next pose. Also I have enough time to sink in the pose, to feel it and be in it. And thank you for the constant reminder to relax the shoulders. Thanks Kassandra.. God bless🙏.

    When I feel like I need 75 or 90 minute practice I usually have two or three 30 min ones together. But nothing compares to a well-designed hour long intended class. thank you thank you thank you.

    This was the most perfect practice for me today. I really appreciate the upper back focus you add to a lot of your routines. Lower back is something everyone touches on, but upper back is sadly left out and that's always been my biggest tension spot. I will be bookmarking and revisiting this one for sure!

    This was sensational - I really loved it. Hey Kassandra - re the splits, I tried forever to do the splits and never thought I'd get there, but I did a hot yoga class with a friend who was teaching, think the room was 35 degrees. I loved the class and toward the end we did the splits. I melted into them both sides. Couldn't believe it - I was doing the splits!!!!! Yea - I was about 58 at that time. I'm now 66 and have been able to melt into them ever since.
    Also gotta say thank you for all the classes you gift us Yogi's. I do yours daily and I love them - especially minimal cues, and love 60 min classes, or longer. Thank you sooooooo much. Give it a try - it's pure magic. Sue from Sydney

    Thank you so much for posting the hour long full body yoga practice. Love it, love it. Love the stretch poses. The pace is perfect, not too long. More stretches and lesser lunges. Please have more of these videos.

    Thank you. Some was a bit too intense, but fortunately, you offer a very adaptable practice. I am 70 and have hip arthritis, and had to modify pigeon and gomukasana, but most of this was wonderful!
