    Hi everyone, thanks for joining me. I've finally gotten around to doing one of my most heavily requested classes ever, an hour long minimal cues yoga class! This intermediate vinyasa flow practice is a lovely way to turn inwards and practice mindfulness as we work on strength, balance and flexibility.
    I won't be talking much in this class which gives you the opportunity to listen to your body and really connect with your practice in a deeper way. I'm not using any props for this practice but you can certainly have some close by.
    There are quite a few fun challenges in this 60 minute intermediate yoga class so remember to just breathe and not take yourself too seriously. We'll end our class with lots of yummy hip openers to stretch deeply and improve flexibility.

    Definitely very aware of my breath - moreso than usual. Increased awareness of my body's ability, strength. And rich reflection throughout, esp closing resting pose.

    Great class Kassandra , i have been doing your yoga classes for quiet a while now . I personally find it better when there is no back ground music during savasana, total peace and quiet is my preference.

    Oh my goodness. I didn’t know that THIS was the practice I’ve been waiting for. So lovely to have you lead me and then give me the time to be with my breath. So meditative. There were a few poses that I am not able to do yet, and it was totally ok. Usually I get mad (at myself, at the instructor) but today I just improvised and gave myself grace. Thank you so very much. 💐

    Thank you for this lovely one-hour minimal cues flow. I enjoy switching between practices which have alignment cues (I do need reminders sometimes) and your minimal cues practices. This flow had the perfect amount of guidance between postures. The standing splits with hands clasped is a challenge for me, but I find it easier to do with my own silent alignment cue reminders.

    I wasn't very aware of minimal cues but loved this practice. I also felt an intense emotional release after the hip openers and cried during and after the savasana but it was cathartic. Thank you Cassandra 😊

    Thank you Kashandra. This is my first weight bearing yoga class since I broke my foot. I was careful at times. This is a perfect class for getting back on the mat and I also love the sequence and your calming voice. The music is very nice too.
