I have two questions. When I try to sit up straight it is incredibly painful and very difficult to keep my spine straight during a pose. My back is more comfortable slouched. Do you have any recommendations on how to address that? Also my hips and hamstrings have become VERY tight over the past couple months to the point that movement is difficult. Stretching even a little bit is ridiculously hard; downward dog has me screaming. I've done the 15 min morning yoga videos for 2 weeks with no improvement, will it get better as I keep doing it?

I started crying during the last deep stretch pose, not sure where that came from but it obviously needed to come out. I do one of your videos every day and I'm so grateful Kassandra, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
They say that the psoas is a ”muscle of the soul” which causes to accumulate anxiety and sorrow and it releases when relaxed. I’ve once also cried during a Kassandra’s yin practice and I think it was because of the psoas giving up.
As I opened my TH-cam app, I thought "I need a 45 minute full body stretch slow flow" and bam, this video appeared. 😮 It was so enjoyable and my cat was purring alongside me the whole time! Thank you Kassandra!
I've lifted weights my whole life and never worked on my body's flexibility or my breathing. I watch all your videos and am still a novice in the yoga practice.
