      Kassandra, I came to your channel because I woke up and wanted to re-engage with an entire yoga class (rather than just 10-15-20 min stretches) and got his. I always feel centered with your classes, and I have two cats too, so I started laughing and telling mine to behave while yours were playing and meowing in the background! It was very nice to connect with you; thanks for your presence in your videos. You are there in the YOGA

    Thank you, Kassandra for this wonderful yoga flow. I am 73 and thanked myself for listening to my body and doing almost everything you guided us through. I also want to tell you that many years ago you told us how important it is to do 'restorative' yoga and yin. I do it 2-3 times weekly and love it. Find it very beneficial for healing mind, body and Spirit. I have even had my 93 year old Mom doing some of your 'beginner' slow flow classes. She is my inspiration and amazing. Many, many thanks for your time, knowledge and dedication to this TH-cam channel. Namaste dear lady.

      I am 74 and was thrilled to be able to complete this class - some modifications were necessary but I feel great. It is so nice to know others around my age are also enjoying these wonderful classes. God has certainly blessed us.

    "Honor Your Body." WOW. Those three words freed me from over 4 years of guilt! I earned my 200 RYT then Covid hit. Even though I did some online yoga at the time, and incorporated as many mudras, pranayamas and small movements with my Zoom English classes (my students were thrilled not to be reading!), I have fallen. Hard. I've been practicing with you since January, and your balance of difficulty and hatha/yin styles are amazing! Whenever I couldn't physically do a pose (62 years young now), I would hang out in downward facing dog or cat/cow and feel guilty. But, "honor your body"? THAT was powerful! THANK YOU!! "See" you Thursday!

    Kassandra, up until a few months ago, when my roommate introduced me to your channel, I had never been a yogi. In fact, even though I had no reason to be, I think I was an anti-yogi. However, after joining my roommate to do one of your practices, I was hooked. Throughout the remainder of the time we lived together, my roommate and I would practice yoga together alongside your videos everyday. We no longer live together, but I have carried on the tradition of practicing with you on the daily, and so has she. Your classes have improved my quality of life, made me a more mindful person, and helped me to love myself more fully. Thank you, Kassandra, for your willingness to provide a free source of yoga on the internet... nowadays, I am proud to call myself a yogi, and I recommend your channel to anyone interested in becoming a yogi too. Ps. the presence of your kitty in this video was incredibly heartwarming.. Thanks again, and keep shining on :)

    Hi Kassandra. I am normally a silent follower who loves doing your absolutely wonderful practices. Today , I just had to leave this comment because I was able to finally do the two legged downward dog, hold on to my feet and also hold the pose! It was something I was super clumsy at whenever I have done it but today , I was overcome with so much amazement at how my body and mind was finally able to achieve it. Abundance of gratitude to you for all the wisdom you depart through your lovely yoga practices and how you always remind us to let go of judgement and be patient with ourselves, because of which I was able to achieve that small little milestone today!     I was planning to do cardio and strength this morning, saw this flow, and decided to do it instead because I was feeling tight. So glad I did. Invigorating, challenging in the best way, and a good way to start the week. And it helped me stay relaxed (ish) when I hit a 90-minute traffic jam on my way to work.

    I don't do many full one hour classes. This one was fun! I REALLY appreciated the form support on this because I do need those days where I can practice unique moves with guidance. I definitely need to practice the tiger down dog variation, this is totally new to me. I'm getting more flexible everyday. Thanks so much.

    I can’t remember the last time that I dedicated 1 hour to myself on my yoga mat. Today I felt the anxiety rising and was feeling so restless when I thought I’d hop onto the mat for 10 or 20 min. This classes sounded good and an hour intrigued me, I wanted to see if I could do it still! Well I did it and I feel so much better! What a fabulous class with some fun balancing (mostly me tumbling over and laughing) and a nice calm ending. As always I love your classes and style, thank you Kassandra.

    I'm so glad I made the time to do the full hour. There were challenges, but they exposed my asymmetric areas. Yoga has taught me to accept my imperfections. The challenges were offset by the humor of the kittens. Such playful souls.

    Thank you, Kassandra, for this amazing class! It helped me so much. I've been suffering with lower back pain for a long time, and I didn't know why. Now I finally understand that I have a sway back. Would you please do more classes on this subject?

    Kassandra!!That was an amazing class! Thank you so much!! You're the best on the internet! I love love love your kitties! I just lost 4 animals in the last two years. Two cats/two dogs. 16 yo. I had two Maine Coon cats! They were amazing! I loved watching yours! soooo cute!!!!!

    Your cueing is awesome. You mention little adjustments at the exact right time that I find I need to make in certain poses (ie, 26:37 )Thank you for another amazing practice. 🙏🏼💓

    This was so lovely, relaxing and yet reached deeply into my muscles and body. I practice with you every Thursday. I was a dancer in my teens, 20’s and 30’s, and you guide me in getting back in tune and care with my body- thank you! I love your cat!!

    Not my first time doing this one, but felt like a longer class this morning and this was great. MORE NEW LONGER FLOWS PLEASE. ❤️ loved the twists
    A good mix of energising strength with fluidity and awesome stretchiness for upper body especially with so many twists and binds I found this helped stretch out my upper and lower back, hips and shoulders. Great class.

    one of your best yet. I love your cues. They are helpful. More hour long intermediate flows are great. Thank you for doing these. The best part of this class was the slow warm up, challenging peak poses, and mindful cool down with pranayama.

    This is the 4th of your hour flows I've done and I've really appreciated all of them. I've been weight lifting for coming up on two years now and have built a substantial amount of muscle. In that time period though I allowed myself to neglect my flexibility and range of motion. I've started to incorporate your flows into my off days in an effort to take back some of my flexibility and range of motion.
