      Great video.. I couldn’t get past 16 minutes. I was in the military for 8 years as a grunt. My entire body is stiff and right. I’m making a promise to myself to focus on this.. again great video. You got another subscriber

      Can’t do all your moves but definitely need for the flexibility. I’m 72 years old, started yoga practice 2 years ago. Yoga has been my go to online classes during these lockdown times. Thank you

      Holy Moly, what an accomplishment for me, I was able to make it to the end. I was able to do All poses,however, iDid struggle with balancing poses . I'm still having a lot of problems with being able to balance . I hope I get better . I Want to be as able as I was Before I got sick . But , the fact that I Am sick ( and the disease I have is progressive , meaning I get worse , not better) males it , think the words you used in Another example) , is counter intuitive. I am getting sicker while trying to get better . I'm doing what I can . And yoga has been Such a coping technique and has been Very therapeutic in my struggles with my liver disease. More precisely , advanced stage cirrhosis of the liver.
      Well , all that being said , I give myself a pat on the back in not giving up . Thank you , and thank all your sweet precious Furbabies for everything you do .     Must say that of all the YogaTubers, your vids are my favorites Kassandra. Just the right difficulty to always get challenged if you want to, a healthy mix of yin and flow, and just the right amount of talking so there is room for getting that meditative focus and breath in order during the sessions.       So agree to that - the right amount of talking 😁 I really cannot stand those non-stop talking ones even if it's very 'sunshine' very positive talking. but hey to each its own. I love Kassandra.

    Still here in 2024. I return to this class regularly, every time I need to deeply reset in my hips and realign my pelvis. Although some transistions are very different from my usual (ashtanga-ish) practice, this class is overall very deep and powerful. Thank you Kassandra for gifting this free class to us ❤

    I'm 2 months into recovering from a hamstring injury and this sequence was perfect for relengthening my injured side and keeping my non-injured side stretched and healthy. Still a ways to go to get back to where I was, but easy to see and feel my progress. All your vids are great, thank you so much.

    gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous - strong and so empowering yet you guide us with such ease and grace xx I actually got into reverse half moon on one side !!!!! this is a lifetime achievement for me - I usually feel so vulnerable and dizzy, without any sense of myself in space - so today was such a powerful practice for me physically as well as for my personal sense of presence and confidence xx thankyou again Kassandra

    I love your sessions. I did two of them today. So two hours of you and I'm energized and positive. The best part was that this session was challenging but I pushed myself and used the alternatives mentioned. The flow was so smooth, I didn't feel tired at all. Amazing.     I normally attend classes if I do yoga but have been doing more at home videos so have tried out a few. I love yours the most! They're just the right balance of easy and challenging, they flow really nicely and your tone is great. I find I hardly have to look at the screen as your instructions are so simple and clear.     Kassandra's yoga videos are excellent. Her explanations of poses, the soft music, the intensity, as well as the important breathing through the poses, are very helpful. Her instructions are complicit and possible for every type of yogi to accomplish. Very good!

    Long time subscriber and fan of yours Kassandra! This was my first time doing this flow and absolutely loved it. It was exactly what my hips needed to reverse the harmful effects of sitting since transitioning to a desk job. The little ballet move felt great, hope you incorporate more dance tips into your videos, because stepping up the dance game is always a bonus!

    Hi Kassandra! This practice was perfect for me today. This week I have been doing some tough plyo HIIT workouts, which have been awesome, but have left my legs feeling like they need some love! This class delivered on all the stretches I needed to get my lower body feeling relaxed and balanced again. I like the combination of deep stretches along with the vinyasa flow moves. Really nice! Thank you so much for filming these lovely videos in Costa Rica, with such beautiful scenery. It's very peaceful.

    this was sooooo great! just couldn't do the rolling parts bc I don't have much space, but the class was incredible. before the final laying poses I worked a bit on my splits and it worket out great :)

      Girls, for those who start I strongly advise you to buy your first carpet on www.nora.yoga.ca. I bought my first yoga mat 2 years ago and I still have the same today, the quality is amazing and there are lots of other stuff on the site! Otherwise, my favorite postion to yoga is the halasana

    I'm 57 years old and have been practicing for over 10 years. I have osteoarthritis in my knees (just recently) and was so afraid that i would lose everything that yoga did for me. This class has given me hope. I really felt the tightness in my hams start to go away. I'm unable to do the pose that moves left and right in a squat because it hurts, so I will have to improvise on that one. Hopefully one day the pain will go away. Thanks Cassandra

    Thank You Kassandra! I’ve been looking for 1 hour yoga & this was fantastic. I did this one b4 bed time & it was exactly what I needed. It was so soothing to hear the birds :-) anyway, I hope you are able to do other one our practices.
