The movement in my back/hips/pelvis/ ankles/feet, etc… has improved exponentially since I found your TH-cam channel and began daily yoga a short 45 days ago. I am healing myself. My Orthopedist is 100% supportive of these conservative modalities, and my goal of self healing. Like most mid-age people with a list of ortho issues. I refuse to accept medical norms and have taken complete control over my own health. And it’s working, and you’re helping. I feel healthy, vibrant, full of joy and remain in a state of continual appreciation. I again thank you. 🙏🏻

I was unable to do day 8 on day 8 due to a recurring back and hip pain that took me out of action so I did it today on day 9. It was just perfect for what both my body and myself needed and it did help me to get back up and running again. Today and every coming days I'm given, I'll be forever grateful to you for willingly and freely sharing with your community what you do. Blessings to you my friend and thank you for day 8, it truly blessed me🙏💕🙏

A-MA-ZING!!!! I feel like we got so much done while lying down! You always come up with the most unique and helpful sequences of poses. My shoulders and back are having a hard time right now, so to find a supine practice that is still strengthening and interesting is such a gift. Thank you! ❤

I have been starting my days with this practice for about a month now and I absolutely love how it makes me feel! Then I let my body tell me what other yoga sessions it needs! I love your channel and… I just listened to your excellent podcast, so nice to know more about you. I am grateful for having found your yoga channel🙏
I am grateful for this practice. Once again your practices are helping my spinal stenosis. Amazing how lying poses really help me pin point where my pain is in my legs. These poses help stretch and release my pain. I am also grateful for my husband and my life.
This is great pre yoga yoga! I practice first thing in the morning and I'm typically stiff and sometimes it can be hard to move through the poses. But doing this first really loosened me up and got me ready to do my yoga poses. Thank you so much!
Just to add to my comment from before I do this every morning before anything else I've done it three mornings in a row and I no longer have stiffness in my body after the first session. Not in the morning or any other time of the day. It's so amazing!
