    I did this yoga routine for sciatica and I cannot express how relieved I felt in the first session itself. I have doing it 3-4 times a week and it helps me a lot. Thank you very much Joelle.❤

    A very helpful beginner yoga. I've been practicing this along with Joelle's other sciatica video (20 minutes) and her lazy glutes video, doing one of them morning and evening for about a month. My sciatica pain is now much less through out the day. I notice a difference now that my glutes are toned up a bit. They support my sacrum movements now.

    Have been suffering badly from sciatica the last 2 weeks. Tried many videos but this one is absolutely the best! More or less immediate pain relief. Same for tennis elbow yoga - helped better than anything else. So happy Joell is on youtube! 💖

    I’ve utilized this video for sometime now and it had helped my well being immensely!
    Lately, I’ve been complacent about my health and body because of my work, study and life balance. As a result, all my aches and mains have made me irritable and somewhat low.
    Today, I did this set of stretches for the first time. The instant relief from my sciatica and lower back made me tear with relief.

    I love your channel, one of my favourite things was the voice over. It’s more relaxing. I got my sister watching you too. We both agree you are the only yoga person that we can stick with.     I found the release as I did the moves and then had more discomfort. I am having sciatica issues UGH. I will continue to stretch and release strengthen my core. Hoping it improves and goes away :-) Thanks so much

When in pain I can´t do lateral moves or anything to strengthen the area. I tried that in the last weeks and that has exacerbated my pain and tightness to an extreme. I can´t even sit anymore. Would you recommend doing those exercises in pain-free times, or is it just me? I don´t have anything fractured as I am aware. I was diagnosed with 2 prolapses, trochanteric bursitis (better), and sciatica. Although I´m sure it´s the IT band/piriformis as well. Thank you so much for your videos. :-)

I can't responsibly comment on specific cases without knowing you, your body, or your habits, but what I always recommend is not to go TOWARDS pain or force anything that doesn't feel right.     I was doing yoga for sciatica for a while now but recently I was still getting an ache in my one leg still. I started your video for the pear thing and the pain is gone. I saw this video you had and I've been doing just these and it is great! Thank you

    Noticed this one was different from your other videos where your voice comes from off-camera whereas this one you actually spoke during video. For some reason the resolution of this video was lower compared to your other ones so wondering if you changed cameras?       I actually have quite a few videos where I'm speaking live now (I didn't have a good microphone before), for example the 7-day beginner's challenge from the beginning of this year, or the 5-day hip challenge from a few months back. Different people seem to like one or the other so I'll probably continue to do a mix going forward! 😉

    Joelle! This was an amazing practice! I've been experiencing pain, above the right buttcheek) which i believe would be Sciatica and/or Piriformis. I've noticed this recently with my new serving job. Standing and walking around for 8 hours sometimes with no break to sit down for 15 minutes. These stretches really hit the exact spot that I felt needed stretched! One thing i noticed though, in Pigeon, my left side felt tighter than my right. I find that interesting because it was my right side that was hurting.
    I've been doing the yoga for my wrists, I'm going to add this practice as well and going into the Lazy Glutes after I finish this comment.

      These are all great observations Amber, well done!
