A very helpful beginner yoga. I've been practicing this along with Joelle's other sciatica video (20 minutes) and her lazy glutes video, doing one of them morning and evening for about a month. My sciatica pain is now much less through out the day. I notice a difference now that my glutes are toned up a bit. They support my sacrum movements now.
I did this yoga routine for sciatica and I cannot express how relieved I felt in the first session itself. I have doing it 3-4 times a week and it helps me a lot. Thank you very much Joelle.❤

I found the release as I did the moves and then had more discomfort. I am having sciatica issues UGH. I will continue to stretch and release strengthen my core. Hoping it improves and goes away :-) Thanks so much

Joelle! This was an amazing practice! I've been experiencing pain, above the right buttcheek) which i believe would be Sciatica and/or Piriformis. I've noticed this recently with my new serving job. Standing and walking around for 8 hours sometimes with no break to sit down for 15 minutes. These stretches really hit the exact spot that I felt needed stretched! One thing i noticed though, in Pigeon, my left side felt tighter than my right. I find that interesting because it was my right side that was hurting. I've been doing the yoga for my wrists, I'm going to add this practice as well and going into the Lazy Glutes after I finish this comment. Namaste Joelle
These are all great observations Amber, well done!
