    That was so amazing 🤩.. the pace was great .. lots of different moves .. not boring... didn’t seemed like an hour.. may be put a timer for the time till finish.. definitely more variety & no no repeats.. thank you so much Anna 💕

    Hello. This was so good. Such a nice mix up from all the usual burpees and mountain climbers! Loved the commando up down planks with my feet on a weights bench and the side planks. Great workout. Thanks.

    Great workout Anna! All gyms are closed in Pennsylvania so it’s good to have your channel. Do you recommend doing a HIIT everyday? Trying to mix in some strength training with pull-ups, push-ups, resistance bands and whatever else I have at the house.

    Echt toll... hatte einen gemütlichen Vormittag und dachte, dass ich noch schnell bei dir am Kanal vorbei schaue und da war dieses neue tolle Workout.. also... rein in die Sportsachen und happy Heavy sweat 😜😅💪🏼 Vor allem die Übungen am Sessel waren sehr herausfordernd, danke dafür 🙌🏼🤝

      I totally get it!! I have an ankle impingement that hurts a few days after if I do too much...Then in late sept/early oct I broke my pinky toe and for some reason it hurt no matter what I did bc it had to bend al the time with all movements

      i can relate so much! i had a really bad slipped disc almost a year ago and i still struggle with most jumping exercises :/ these 'no jumping' workouts are saving me! :D PS: i hope your foot is doing fine by now haha

    Workouts are Good in General. But seems you are always focusing in The same muscle groups. Chest, abs, legs. Would love to see some workouts for the back After a long day in the office 😉
