Heyyy I'm a HIIT fan and I've been jumping and doing intense workouts, but I injured my left foot a month ago due to an accident. After it started to recover, I tried getting back on track again, and I found this video! It's definitely worth trying! There are a few movements that my left foot still struggles with, but the rest of the video has been a great help✨ It makes me feel like I'm still strong and I can overcome this eventually☺ Thank youuu!
