It's 10 pm where I am, so I will try this tomorrow morning, but I love these all standing, 30 min. workouts. I switch them out the first of every month to surprise my mind and body. I'm 65, and I lost 5 lbs by doing these workouts.

And I only wanted to lose 5 to 7 lbs. I've been working out in some form for 45 years! I had been able to maintain my weight until I hit menopause. Then I gained this 5 lbs. that I couldn't lose until I consistently did these workouts 3x a week. I also walk my dog twice a day, and do yoga 2x a week. But building muscle is crucial, and these workouts provide both the cardio and strength workout that I need.

Just completed this awesome workout, thank you Anna!! 32 weeks pregnant and wanted to get in a good sweat while my toddler was napping. I loved that I didn't have to modify much at all with no jumping/no explicit abs/all standing. Took it a bit slower at times and had to drop a weight a few times too but kept going!! I've found the phrase "just keep moving" to be key in the third trimester.

people don’t underestimate this workout. while doing it i was sweating like shit (lol maybe it’s also a me-problem ahahah) and although it’s "low impact" but at the same time HIIT (which is kinda confusing but anyways) it is very intense but i loved it!!! it’s the next day and my entire butt and legs are sore asf i can’t even sit down 😂 so yea my lower body is feeling like shit but i loved it and i would recommend it to everyone! 💛

Ok this is after I did your workout. It was really great other than I could not stand the music (sorry). Loved the Cool Down music and wish that had been the music throughout, but LOVED the routine. The last three minutes were really intense and I had to switch to medium dumbbells rather than th3 heavier ones. Thanks so much Anna for the All Standing fabulous workout! ❤❤❤
