    I still remember the first time I did lunges following your workout, my legs were shaking and I barely make it. Now I finish it like a pro. Consistency is really the keys. I started like 4 months ago. ❤

    It's 10 pm where I am, so I will try this tomorrow morning, but I love these all standing, 30 min. workouts. I switch them out the first of every month to surprise my mind and body. I'm 65, and I lost 5 lbs by doing these workouts.

      @@whitewalker0089 Probably about two months. Remember, I am 65, so it will take a little longer for me. I also cut out all snacks in between meals and stopped eating any dessert type food. And I only wanted to lose 5 to 7 lbs. I've been working out in some form for 45 years! I had been able to maintain my weight until I hit menopause. Then I gained this 5 lbs. that I couldn't lose until I consistently did these workouts 3x a week. I also walk my dog twice a day, and do yoga 2x a week. But building muscle is crucial, and these workouts provide both the cardio and strength workout that I need.

    Just completed this awesome workout, thank you Anna!! 32 weeks pregnant and wanted to get in a good sweat while my toddler was napping. I loved that I didn't have to modify much at all with no jumping/no explicit abs/all standing. Took it a bit slower at times and had to drop a weight a few times too but kept going!! I've found the phrase "just keep moving" to be key in the third trimester.

    Update: I finished it however I did have to stop a few times and I took at 5 minute break. I have Chrons disease so my legs and arms are really weak so I’m trying to get them working again. Im 13 and i feel like this was a really good start for me even though it was really hard. Im gonna try more of your workouts soon :)

    people don’t underestimate this workout. while doing it i was sweating like shit (lol maybe it’s also a me-problem ahahah) and although it’s "low impact" but at the same time HIIT (which is kinda confusing but anyways) it is very intense but i loved it!!! it’s the next day and my entire butt and legs are sore asf i can’t even sit down 😂 so yea my lower body is feeling like shit but i loved it and i would recommend it to everyone! 💛

    Many of the exercises include squats or shoulder press or a combination of these too
    As someone with knee and shoulder injuries I have a hard time pushing through these movements so many times
    Maybe you could do some variation of shoulder exercises or include other muscle groups like chest and abs a little more

    Ok this is after I did your workout. It was really great other than I could not stand the music (sorry). Loved the Cool Down music and wish that had been the music throughout, but LOVED the routine. The last three minutes were really intense and I had to switch to medium dumbbells rather than th3 heavier ones. Thanks so much Anna for the All Standing fabulous workout! ❤❤❤

    I really enjoyed the workout! I expected some more variation though, felt a more like a leg (and a bit of shoulder) workout than full body to me. Since I hate thrusters anyway I switched those up for ab exercises druing the burner :)

    Hey, I just started working out four days ago and I’m starting to feel great! I am definitely going to use this tomorrow. I have a question, what’s the best way to balance food? I’m trying to eat healthy but I don’t know how to balance. Also what’s the best thing to keep me consistent??? Thank youuu also I love you channel and work !!!!!
