Let me tell you my average bpm was 124 with a max of 142. I am female, 49 yo, 157 cm height and 73 kilos (yes overweight)... It was intense, not easy but glad I managed... ❤ Thank you sweetie... ❤🙏

No jumping + all standing is the combo for me! It's much for accessible for someone who has trouble getting up and down from the ground and for someone who doesn't want to shake the whole house. Love it!

Oh man I absolutely LOVED this workout! Can't believe I actually worked out for 50 sec with pausing for only 10 sec!! I kinda thought my max was 40 seconds! ❤😂🎉 What an amazing gift I made myself, working out today with you!
I love these sorts of workouts, I did my workout with a kettle bell and it worked the same, the only thing I struggled with was bicep curls and etc but otherwise an amazing sweaty workout! X

The suitcase exercise is a new one to me, but I already love it 😂 Edit: Did it a few times now and *phew* the last three exercises are really tough 😅 I really have to keep my breathing in check so my BPM doesn’t go up to like 190. Otherwise it’s exactly as fun as it looked ☺️
