Я делаю эту тренировку на протяжение 4 дней и результаты не заставляют меня ждать, за эти 4 дня я потеряла 3,5 см в бедрах
И решила записать сюда результаты с 1 дня
ПАРАМЕТРЫ ДО ТРЕНЕРОВОК
ТАЛИЯ- 64 см
ЛЕВОЕ БЕДРО-54 см
ПРАВОЕ БЕДРО-56см
ДЕНЬ1-✅ эта тренировка тогда мне очень понравилась
Я пропотела и чувствовала
легкость
ДЕНЬ 2-✅ на утро этого дня я измерила свои параметры и увидела -1 см в правом бедре, тогда я так обрадовалась и продолжила тренировку
ДЕНЬ 3- ✅ в тот день результатов не было, но я продолжила тренироваться
ДЕНЬ 4 -✅ в тот день у меня ушло -0,5 см с каждой ноги
ДЕНЬ 5 ✅- я немного запуталась сколько ушло, мои параметры стали такие
ПРАВОЕ БЕДРО- 54 см
ЛЕВОЕ БЕДРО- 53 см
Я очень очень рада таким результатом, буду продолжать тренироваться и записывать сюда результаты

this is a great exercise to do daily because its slow but effective and actually burns. I have been doing this workout for a month and this definitely works, there is a visible difference.

いままで何年も脚痩せトレーニングやってきましたが、いちばん効いてます!そんなにツラくないのに(なんなら気持ちいい)脚がひきしまって最高です🥹💫脚がまっすぐになったような気もします!

Ive been following this workout for five days now and I'm not sure if I'm slimming but my legs are more flexible which is great

начало 17 июля,конец 24 июля
1.сделала один подход(сама тренировка легкая,но мышцы,конечно,чувствуются)
2.сегодня измерила и уже -2 см!!сделала 3 подхода(после тренировки измерила и -1см)
3.сделала 2 подхода
4.сделала 2 подхода
5.опять 2 подхода(еще -1см)
6.пропустила(уехала)
7.2 подхода
8.1 подход
итог:-4 см за 6 дней(также я сижу на иг 18/6)
смысле писать дальше уже нет,я довольна результатом.стала делать другие 2 тренировки

Day 3:✅This is my favorite work out I have done for legs. It is so effective and relaxing I'm already seeing differences and it's only been three days.

Doing this for 19 days before school starts!!! I have big thighs so hopefully I can get a thigh gap in a few months but I have 19 days to hopefully make it noticeableish!! (Each ✅ is 1x I did this!)
Day 1: ✅✅ (I wanted to find a exercise for slim legs and this was easy although I was a bit shaken towards the end of the 2nd one!)
Day 2:✅✅ it was the same as yesterday since I did another leg exercise before this but I was still a bit shaky, thanks for all the likes!
Day 3: I couldn’t do it since I was busy but I swam today at the pool!
Day 4: ✅✅ i have noticed a small difference but it’s not very noticeable when I sit since I have big thighs but when I stand I notice they look a bit thinner!
Day 5: ✅✅ it was definitely easier than before but no big difference, I’m going to watch the ninja turtles movie in a bit lol I’ll let you all know how it goes!
Day 6: I didn’t do it since I was at the pool and I was busy 😢
Day 7: ✅✅✅✅ I did it 4x to make it up😭😭 it was way easier than before but I haven’t noticed much difference I also went to the mall today and I bought some clothes! And the glow recipe Barbie set!

делаю эту тренировку уже 4 дня!
ноги стали правда тоньше, жира стало меньше, буду продолжать и дальше, залайкате, чтобы не забыла!
4 день: ноги уже не так сильно болят при упражнениях, стали тоньше
5 день: упражнения стали намного легче, делаю по подходу в день
6 день: как всегда сделала подход, завтра утром напишу насколько уменьшились ноги
7 день: сделала 1 подход, -2 см за 3 дня

ポキポキ音は、筋肉が硬くなって骨と擦れたり、骨盤と大腿骨の歪みでなったりするのですが、このストレッチは歪み矯正&緩める事が出来るので、続けるとマシになってくると思います!
ただ痛みがある場合は、中断してくださいね😖

Waist: 23.5 inches (60 cm)
Height: 5'0" (153 cm)
Left thigh: 18.5 inches (47 cm)
Right thigh: 18 inches (46 cm)
Day 1: ✅ Done!
Day 2: ✅ Done! I went ice skating so everywhere is sore but I pushed through!
Day 3: ✅ Done!
Day 4: ✅ Done!
Day 5: ✅ Done!
Day 6: ✅ Done!
Day 7 and 8: ❌ I skipped for personal reasons. I will be doing 2 sets for day 9 and 10.
Day 9: ✅ Done! I did two sets as said
Day 10: ✅ Done with 2 sets!!
Final measurements:
Left thigh: 17.75 inches (45 cm)
Right thigh: 17 inches (43 cm)
Conclusion: Good results, do recommend. But I also started running a mile a day which helped tone my thighs. Any average person should be able to distinguish a healthy body and a unhealthy one. It's up to you to decide whether your thighs need to be skinnier or not. I can see this workout working better with people that actually need to do this. Would recommend to everyone but especially those with actually thicker thighs. Those on the skinnier side may see results but doing other exercises help as well. And my waist has also gotten thinner (it is now 23 inches or 59 cm) due to running a mile a day. (I also recommend doing that, it helps slim down your body. And of course, do it at your own pace.) I tried to make this as not offensive as possible, but I need to be straightforward if I were to set a limit to the length of my message.

hai every1 i’ve been doing/using this workout since may/june 2023 and it does wonders !! the key is to try to be consistent or a few times a week should suffice.. as of now i dont use the routine as much as i am trying to have more stronger legs (similar to ballerina) but sometimes i use this routine as a substitute at times or if im lazy, i do not like hardcore workouts unless its for abs but this is good for flexibility . ive lost some stubborn fat since then !! i dont have measurements but i can def say that this routine is good for any time of the day to do :)

This exercise is great.The only hard thing for me is the hip lift/bridge
The best, did this for a day, and helped so much. I maintained 17 kgs in 3 weeks!
