i did this workout for about 1-2 weeks and it is super effective! I did other workouts like her slim legs and thigh stretch, thankyou bubu inner thighs and jiny diets fat inner thigh! This helped me with calves a lot! And I will continue to do it!

For me it skimmed down my thighs by about 2 cm so far after doing the workout for about a week :) it definitely helps give slim legs you just have to wait for results!
