@@Bobba54girlhello, Im not her but, for seeing results you should be consistent and never stop doing it, it can take weeks or even months, in my case it took me a month when I did some facial yoga because I combine that with some exercise too, so it helped even more, I hope this helped to you and never give up💗

I am doing this excercise since last 3 days and will do till 2 weeks Day 1- felt a little burnt in lower part of my face Day 2- it felt burnt today too Day 3- did it, my jawline started to get visible Day 4- I was feeling the tightness in my face skin, its the sign!!!🎉 Day 5- I did this before sleeping because of my busy schedule and now my parents are also saying that my face is becaming short and glowing, i can clearly see my jawlines day 6- I am really happy by seeing the changes everyday, my jawline is getting more sharp🤩🤩 Day 7-❌ Day 8-❌ Day 9-❌ I was not able to do this exercise for 3 days because i was having high fever and i will again start it from today Day 10- Feeling a kind of burnt in the lower part of my chin and as i didn't did this exercise for 3 days my progess declined😢😢💔💔 Reminder:- Stay Hydrated!!! Commenting here so I can update my progress and let you know about the results! I recommend using some non-fragrance body oil and/or oil if you want to. day 1: so there's no results yet obviously but the slight pain around the jaw hurts day 2: so i am slowly but barely seeing results, the pain in my jaw is still there but it's getting there! day 3: there is a bit of swelling, at least for me but i did notice a slight change in the cheeks. day 4: We're getting somewhere, the swelling went down a little (I probably did something wrong) but everything is good. day 5: Despite being tired, I still did it. My face muscles became a little looser this time (didn't realize I had a lot of tension built in). day 6: There was a lot of tension in the Sterno muscle when I massaged it, hopefully that will clear up soon. day 7: WE HIT A WEEK! We're making good progress here! my cheeks are slimming down, there's a noticeable difference in the face when I look in the mirror. day 8: we're getting there! as i said before, there's a noticeable difference there in the face when i look at myself. the fat underneath my chin almost went away completely. day 9: brand new day! somehow i noticed a change with my nose, when i feel it, it feels small as heck but then again it does when you touch it. however i noticed that it is a bit more slender towards the area where my nostrils are. day 10: no update here, i went on a school trip and didn't have time to do it by the time i had gotten back. day 11: once again, no update. my period is kind of kicking my behind and I haven't been feeling well to put effort in. day 12: so i did it! i applied a bit more pressure than i had before previous times so hopefully there will be a major change or two in the next couple of days. day 13: there wasn't a major change but that's fine. i had puffy cheeks but they aren't as puffy as they were at the very beginning. day 14: going back to the nose area on day 9, it's not fat anymore i guess you could say. it slimmed down a lot and is only soft. my nose sort of gotten smaller in a way that made me realize my nose always looked swollen when that wasn't the case. day 15: chin fat from day 8 is still there but it is a lot less noticeable. it's not so dysphoric looking for me when i look in the mirror. day 16: i have bad posture and a lot of tension in the neck when reading or looking down in general. tending the muscles there were hard but i made good progress. day 17: somehow this cleared the acne on my forehead (not i don't wear makeup) and relieved a lot of tension. this helps with migraines for me and has worked well. day 18: puffy cheeks are gone and jaw is more visible. i was literally glowing when i looked in the mirror today. day 19: there were small changes but nothing major like the previous days. on a side note it did make my eyebrows pop. day 20: when using lotion for this exercise throughout the journey, it made this easier. i naturally had a fat face and couldn't really get into places with a dry face or dry hands. my face is smooth as a baby's butt and have never seen such a positive change on me. day 21: there were major results! i've done a side by side comparison from day one all the way to day twenty one. all i can say was this exercise has been very helpful and its changes were drastic. edit: please leave a like or comment so I can come back to this and won't forget edit 2: 8/17/24 - Thank you guys for the reminder. this by far has to be one of my fav workouts . whenever i finish i feel more confident in myself and when i look in the mirror i feel much better . i hope that everyone who does this workout will feel more confident and proud of themselves . dont give up :)

@@leasiabrown8697 Actually yes I lost a lot of face fat, but I won't say that this was the only exercise video I followed. I did some other workouts that helps full body fat burn. This exercise is relaxing that's one of the main reasons why I follow this. Good luck to you dear ♡ I hope you'll get your desired results soon ♡

Just decided to do this everyday because I am so insecure about myself Day 1: ✅ hurted a little bit, no difference yet though. Day 2: ✅ no problems at all, it was so easy to do it today. Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ definitely starting to see difference in my jawline, but not when it comes to double chin and chin fat, it's still there. So it has now been a month, from the start i already had a very great jawline, a little bit slim face, but double chin. After this month of doing this, i've got an amazing jawline, a very slim face, a more thin and long neck, really slim face, just everything my face needs. I've also been doing 2-3 other exercises, and i will still keep doing them. To this day i'm so happy to have these results, my face is so beautiful, and i can definitely recommend doing this as a side exercise while doing a little an other exercise that might do a little bit more change. But either way, this exercise video definitely helped!
For people who are looking for a video for slimmer face I tried this for a week without any exercise and it really helped so I think this video is the one . TRY TO DO IT TWICE A DAY . I do it anywhere between 1-3 times a day. I am only on day 6 and have noticed major improvements in the definition of my cheekbones and my jawline. thank you Mizi!!!
@@Arwyn_xoxo Most days I do it twice, morning and night. If I only do it once one day, I'll do it 3 times the next day. To help you can do other workouts or go for a walk or run, because losing weight in the whole body is the only way to lose fat. You cannot target weight loss. You can target muscle gain, though, which is what this is doing. Another factor that can help is a calorie deficit. Hope you go well! (The other info I gave you is just incase your trying to lose weight everywhere, like myself)

I only ever get to start following different exercise videos but never really see any results. But super excited for the first time, I have a BMI of 26.4 and I have been following this exercise for 10 days now, and after years of being overweight, I now can see a jawline on my face. 😀

I have a BIG round face with no definition and A LOT of double chin, that I've ALWAYS had. But, my face has inflated even more since last few months and I really crave to have a defined face now. No diet changes, just this workout everyday and let's hope for the best! (23 FEB 2023) DAY 1 ✅ Seemed easy, fast and relaxing. Did twice, after breakfast and before dinner. DAY 2 ✅ My neck and jaw are very sore. But, I still did this workout before having breakfast. DAY 3 ✅ The soreness has went away. I do feel like my cheeks have gone down a bit and my jaw is slightly tighter. Did twice after dinner. DAY 4 ✅ Did twice before dinner. DAY 5 ❌ Was too tired to do it. I started doing these exercises 2 days ago, and I think I already feel confident to share my progress 25/10: did it once ✅ 26/10: did it twice ✅ 27/10: my jawline is a bit thinner and the side of my eyes are a bit hard. did it twice ✅ 28/10: feeling confident, I hope to see results tomorrow! did it twice ✅ 29/10: did it once ✅ 30/10: I see results! My face is slightly thinner and my nose and jawline is looking kinda different. did it once ✅ (I update it when I go to bed or when I wake up because Im doing it in the morning and before sleeping)

(aug 29) day 1- i did the exercise twice, ++ i did it at 3am cause i was bored and suddenly thinks the need to exercise ☠️ day 1 (still, but in the morning)- did it twice. i ate more protein today. loving the feeling after the exercise! makes me feel relaxed. edit: i did the exercise twice again in the evening. and i noticed that my jaw has visible shape than before i started the exercise! i was monitoring my face by taking selfies after the exercise btw. day 2- after waking up, did the exercise twice. idk, i can't identify the change but nonetheless we're gonna continue doing this! did 2 sets in the evening along with a neck exercise. i get used to the exercise now! i’m starting to love doing this as my everyday routine 🤩 day 3- 2 sets done! ✅ will do so in the evening. 1 set in the evening, it was alr 1am and i’m so sleepy day 4- 2 sets done in the evening! i’ve noticed any changes now, see u tomorrow! (aug5) just in case i forgot what date i did the exercise, haha! day 5- done, 2 sets in the afternoon. got very sweaty bcs of brownout. 1 set in the evening, yey! been doing this for almost 1 week alr. day 6- done, 2 sets. feeeeels great sorry for not updating but here it is: day 7 to 9- of course i still did it everyday as my routine. but i just got lazy for updating. for day9 i could really see a big difference, like legit! my double chin isn’t showing! it’s literally gone! i’m very happy with the results, thank you sm for this exercise. i usually do 2 sets/day. and my face got small too, jawlines showing up. i feel confident now that i don’t have a double chin anymore. like this to make me remember to update tomorrow 😔✨🫵🏻 day 10 - 2 sets done! idk but i feel like the exercise costs me a long period of time ( did u get it? ) 😭 anyway, i loved the results. if i feel satisfied of the shape of my face, maybe i’d do the exercise for 1 set/day only ;))). day 11 to 14 - i am so lazy to update hahahah. but anyways i still do it everyday tho, and yep my face was keeping its shape everyday. still do 2 sets of the exercise. day 15 to 17 - still doing 2 sets but i did 3 sets at d15. i still had a double chin but it isn't that visible in front, side view only. but i can see that it shrinks, our classes will start in a few days! but i will still do this exercise as my everyday routine (ㆁωㆁ) day 18 - 2 sets done!! ------ wow, can’t believe i discovered this workout 11mos agooo. anw, i will do this workout again 'til jul 22. wish me luck :3 day 1 - (jul 13) 2 sets done day 2 - 2 sets done day 3 - missed day 4 - 2 sets doneee

@@Bobba54girlhello, Im not her but, for seeing results you should be consistent and never stop doing it, it can take weeks or even months, in my case it took me a month when I did some facial yoga because I combine that with some exercise too, so it helped even more, I hope this helped to you and never give up💗

Commenting here so I can update my progress and let you know about the results! I recommend using some non-fragrance body oil and/or oil if you want to.
day 1: so there's no results yet obviously but the slight pain around the jaw hurts
day 2: so i am slowly but barely seeing results, the pain in my jaw is still there but it's getting there!
day 3: there is a bit of swelling, at least for me but i did notice a slight change in the cheeks.
day 4: We're getting somewhere, the swelling went down a little (I probably did something wrong) but everything is good.
day 5: Despite being tired, I still did it. My face muscles became a little looser this time (didn't realize I had a lot of tension built in).
day 6: There was a lot of tension in the Sterno muscle when I massaged it, hopefully that will clear up soon.
day 7: WE HIT A WEEK! We're making good progress here! my cheeks are slimming down, there's a noticeable difference in the face when I look in the mirror.
day 8: we're getting there! as i said before, there's a noticeable difference there in the face when i look at myself. the fat underneath my chin almost went away completely.
day 9: brand new day! somehow i noticed a change with my nose, when i feel it, it feels small as heck but then again it does when you touch it. however i noticed that it is a bit more slender towards the area where my nostrils are.
day 10: no update here, i went on a school trip and didn't have time to do it by the time i had gotten back.
day 11: once again, no update. my period is kind of kicking my behind and I haven't been feeling well to put effort in.
day 12: so i did it! i applied a bit more pressure than i had before previous times so hopefully there will be a major change or two in the next couple of days.
day 13: there wasn't a major change but that's fine. i had puffy cheeks but they aren't as puffy as they were at the very beginning.
day 14: going back to the nose area on day 9, it's not fat anymore i guess you could say. it slimmed down a lot and is only soft. my nose sort of gotten smaller in a way that made me realize my nose always looked swollen when that wasn't the case.
day 15: chin fat from day 8 is still there but it is a lot less noticeable. it's not so dysphoric looking for me when i look in the mirror.
day 16: i have bad posture and a lot of tension in the neck when reading or looking down in general. tending the muscles there were hard but i made good progress.
day 17: somehow this cleared the acne on my forehead (not i don't wear makeup) and relieved a lot of tension. this helps with migraines for me and has worked well.
day 18: puffy cheeks are gone and jaw is more visible. i was literally glowing when i looked in the mirror today.
day 19: there were small changes but nothing major like the previous days. on a side note it did make my eyebrows pop.
day 20: when using lotion for this exercise throughout the journey, it made this easier. i naturally had a fat face and couldn't really get into places with a dry face or dry hands. my face is smooth as a baby's butt and have never seen such a positive change on me.
day 21: there were major results! i've done a side by side comparison from day one all the way to day twenty one. all i can say was this exercise has been very helpful and its changes were drastic.

UPDATE AFTER 1 MONTH OF DOING THIS, I didn't put like the day 18: ✅/ ❌, because I didn''t feel like it. But now I'm updating once and for all. So it has now been a month, from the start i already had a very great jawline, a little bit slim face, but double chin. After this month of doing this, i've got an amazing jawline, a very slim face, a more thin and long neck, really slim face, just everything my face needs. I've also been doing 2-3 other exercises, and i will still keep doing them. To this day i'm so happy to have these results, my face is so beautiful, and i can definitely recommend doing this as a side exercise while doing a little an other exercise that might do a little bit more change. But either way, this exercise video definitely helped!

@@Arwyn_xoxo Most days I do it twice, morning and night. If I only do it once one day, I'll do it 3 times the next day. To help you can do other workouts or go for a walk or run, because losing weight in the whole body is the only way to lose fat. You cannot target weight loss. You can target muscle gain, though, which is what this is doing. Another factor that can help is a calorie deficit. Hope you go well! (The other info I gave you is just incase your trying to lose weight everywhere, like myself)

I only ever get to start following different exercise videos but never really see any results. But super excited for the first time, I have a BMI of 26.4 and I have been following this exercise for 10 days now, and after years of being overweight, I now can see a jawline on my face. 😀

DAY 2 ✅ My neck and jaw are very sore. But, I still did this workout before having breakfast.
DAY 3 ✅ The soreness has went away. I do feel like my cheeks have gone down a bit and my jaw is slightly tighter. Did twice after dinner.

day 1- i did the exercise twice, ++ i did it at 3am cause i was bored and suddenly thinks the need to exercise ☠️
day 1 (still, but in the morning)- did it twice. i ate more protein today. loving the feeling after the exercise! makes me feel relaxed.
edit: i did the exercise twice again in the evening. and i noticed that my jaw has visible shape than before i started the exercise! i was monitoring my face by taking selfies after the exercise btw.
day 2- after waking up, did the exercise twice. idk, i can't identify the change but nonetheless we're gonna continue doing this!
did 2 sets in the evening along with a neck exercise. i get used to the exercise now! i’m starting to love doing this as my everyday routine 🤩

day 7 to 9- of course i still did it everyday as my routine. but i just got lazy for updating. for day9 i could really see a big difference, like legit! my double chin isn’t showing! it’s literally gone! i’m very happy with the results, thank you sm for this exercise. i usually do 2 sets/day. and my face got small too, jawlines showing up. i feel confident now that i don’t have a double chin anymore. like this to make me remember to update tomorrow 😔✨🫵🏻
day 10 - 2 sets done! idk but i feel like the exercise costs me a long period of time ( did u get it? ) 😭 anyway, i loved the results. if i feel satisfied of the shape of my face, maybe i’d do the exercise for 1 set/day only ;))).
day 11 to 14 - i am so lazy to update hahahah. but anyways i still do it everyday tho, and yep my face was keeping its shape everyday. still do 2 sets of the exercise.
day 15 to 17 - still doing 2 sets but i did 3 sets at d15. i still had a double chin but it isn't that visible in front, side view only. but i can see that it shrinks, our classes will start in a few days! but i will still do this exercise as my everyday routine (ㆁωㆁ)

Day 2: 🤩 My face felt so relaxed and refreshed last night that I did it again immediately in the morning. I don't expect immediate results. I repeat it regularly and expect results in 3-4 weeks.
Day 3: 😘 Some of my facial muscles were a little more strained today, but I think that's normal because I woke up with a headache today. Still, the relaxation in my facial muscles feels wonderful.
Day 4: I really seeing results and like it🎉
day 5:💖 I recorded a video yesterday. I produce content. Anyway, I was very surprised to see the difference on my face. My jaw is tighter and my face is more lifted. But let's face it, if you don't do these workouts every day, it will return to its old form. This is a video you should keep going on forever

I have tried this exercise for seven days and saw amazing results. My double chin started disappearing and buccal cavity fat is also getting smaller
