Day 5: ✅ I already have a thigh gap now but I am not gonna stop. Day 6: ✅ My legs are 44 cm. IDK but my legs are slimming so fast. Guys remember that you are still beautiful with thick legs Day 7: ✅ I got my complete thigh gap I don't have chicken legs anymore Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ I was not busy at all so did it four times. Remember to eat healthy for it to be effective fast 😊. Day 10: ✅ My thighs are still 44cm but I lost 6kgs. Day 11: ✅ Lost 0.6cm Day 12: ✅ I felt a little too thin and unhealthy so I only did It once. Well it’s been only 1 day, the first exercise was pretty hard because I’m phat on the thighs but I did it, I was sweating on the middle but it was hard but don’t leave cramps or anything today im 47,8kg

Girls please dont feel discouraged if this doesn't work for you in 7 days. She already had fairly thin thighs so if your thighs are bigger than hers its going to take a little longer but you can do it!! I lost like 1cm in my upper thighs so far, and I am currently at 11 days (with one active rest day, two other workouts and a healty diet). I don't know if that's good, but it's quite hard for me to loose weight, especially in my thighs, so I am grateful. What about you?
@@irushtheworld2639 ahh it's so hard for me to lose fat from my thighs too I was on a diet for so long but now I'm back to my normal eating and i gained weight now im trying to be only healthy with other workouts (cardio ab workout etc.) and no junkfood (sorry if i have grammar mistakes im not a native speaker lol)

BangTan Blues But you don’t need slimmed down your legs for wearing what do you want. I was like you for four years, i lost 15 kgs but i didn’t wear any pants or shorts. I realized my body wanna wear all of these but my mind didn't let me. Then i tried to love myself. Im still on this journey, im still wanna slimmed down my tights but i love my body and legs despite all my body dysmorphohia. So please try love yourself, wear that, you can cry when you wearing all you wanted. But in the long term you’ll be more comfortable.

@@saaishakotian3207 Yeah, I've been doing this for more than 2 weeks already and I already see the changes! I've also been taking 4-5 hour walks in town, drinking water 20 minutes before eating breakfast/lunch/dinner also helps a LOT!! And here's another tip, after you finish eating you should wait for 2 hours and then drink water, after 15-20 minutes you can eat whatever you want. It's for the best to eat fruits on lunch. (but that's your choice) Anyway... I hope this will be helpful!

@@peytonryle3809 I did! I started to see a thigh gap around day three. Ive been doing this for about two and a half weeks and when I run my thighs don't brush together as often! it could be also due to my diet as I cut off most of the sugar I usually have.

To anyone who's been planning on doing this but isn't sure if it works: April's workouts are like magic. Not only this one, but all of them work. I've been doing this for a while now along with other April's workouts and saw results within a few days. I was very insecure about my body, and when i realized that my thighs were actually getting thinner, I was really happy because workouts never worked for me. I don't do it twice a day and i don't do diet, i love eating sweets and i eat them almost everyday. A good thing to do that will help you have thinner thighs (or body in general) faster is to drink 1-2 glasses of water the first thing you do when you wake up. Don't give up! You can do it! ✨🖤 Edit: when I started doing it my thighs had 63 cm, now they're at 54 cm!
Water first thing in the morning really does speed up metabolism ! Also, a big glass of water before each meal helps feeling fuller faster and fasten the metabolism ;) Good luck on your weight loss journey :D
ive been doing this for a week and 4 days and i dont see much change, any tips? my thighs just touch at the top and there’s another gap on top of the part that touches
@@lovedahyun611 honestly, idk what to tell you ! I'm pretty sure this exercise is not as magical as it seems but accompanied with other exercises it can do wonders. I recommend cardio and running :) In the video we can see she already has slim legs to start with. And the size differs with wether or not the body retained water (to avoid water retention, drink more water ! Drink water all the time, carry a reusable water bottle everywhere) and alimentation does a lot ! Write what you eat in a day and send it to me if you want ;)
@@lovedahyun611 just keep on doing it! It worked easily for me, but it might not be the same for everyone. Every body is different. Yò's advice is also really good! I also do exercises for the entire body and before I did those exercises i used to dance a lot, so maybe that's what helped me lose thigh fat faster. Anyways, I'm not an expert on the subject, but i hope this helps you! Good luck!

I did this 2 times a Day for 2 weeks .I did the first one in the morning and the second one in the evening. I started at 60 cm and my results is 55.6 cm! i still don’t have a thigh gap but they are toned and slim ✨
I’ve been doing April’s videos for 2 yrs & It’s honestly changed the way I work out. I love her videos so much & love how at the end of this one she says “I’m April” it makes me smile ILY QUEEN ❤
OK let's do this my leg measurements are: Left- 63cm Right- 63cm I am 70kg and 178cm tall just as reference. Now I do dance everyday as well and I have a pretty healthy diet so that might effect it. Day 1✅ Day 2✅ Day 3✅ Day 4✅ Day 5✅ OK on this day I did a lot of exercise before hand so just incase that might make a difference I thought I'd mention it. Day 6✅ Day 7✅ OK so measurements Right leg: 62cm Left leg: 62cm Ok so that's not a very big difference and I couldn't see a difference but I think if I do it for longer it will be more effective but I don't think I will bother carrying on just bc my gymnastics club has opened again and I will be doing more vigorous training again. But I hope this helps other people.

Im doing this workout (for however long) and here are my honest results! I’m 17 year old girl who’s 5’0 and about 110 pounds who’s goal is slimming and toning. Day 1: ✅ not too hard, I felt a burn right before the middle of the workout and I want to work on stability although I feel like I did pretty well. Edit: ok I haven’t updated this bc I didn’t know there were any replies until today. I’ve been doing this on and off for about three months now from 2-5 times a week. I am definitely noticing a bigger gap in between my legs. I feel a bit of a lighter in my thighs whereas before I felt all my weight in my legs when I am bloated. I feel healthy and relaxed after this workout. I will update if i See drastic changes as I continue to do this more regularly for summer :) I should also note that I’ve lost weight just from eating changes, so that contributed to my legs I’m assuming along w this workout

Okay, I decided to start today too! I'm tired of putting everything off until tomorrow. Before: 53 After: 52,5 Okay, in the end, my upper leg changed by about 0.5 centimeters, but the muscles were definitely stronger. I think if I continue to do workout, I will see better results. And I think this result is due to the fact that my legs are really my problem area and fat is deposited there. But the lower part of the leg has lost weight!!! She was 39 and he was 38. I did this twice every day, once in the morning and once in the evening for a week straight and the results are AMAZING. I went from having one spot where my thighs don't touch to having one spot where they do. I also walked 10k steps a day, but that was already part of my day before.

Они изначально не были сложными, но выполняя их каждый день уже перестаешь чувствовать эффект. Напряжение и боль в мышцах были только первые 4 дня. Если говорить о сантиметрах ушедших, то вроде бы не так много как я сама ожидала. Но вот что изменилось, так это качество кожи. Я заметила что ноги стали выглядеть более подтянутыми и визуально выглядят худее.

I'm a guy and have always been skinny but throughout all of school I felt self-conscious about how much my legs fill out when I sit compared to other ppl. Plus I've been doing barely anything active at all this year, so gonna start giving this a try for at least a month, I'm bad at routines but know I have it in me to get to my goal :) Measurements: about 55cm / 21 inches each leg Weight: 67kg / 147lbs (for reference I'm 171cm / 5'6 tall) -Day 1: ✔️ had this on my mind for a few days and finally decided to just do it before bed. honestly kinda tiring lol, I gotta remember to breathe while doing it haha -Day 2: skip -Day 3: skip (remember not to be discouraged if you miss a day or 2 especially when first starting, it's totally okay and gives you time to rest and come back stronger :) -Day 4: ✔️ twice in the afternoon, once at night. It took a bit for me to convince myself but I felt good when I continued today, I skipped step 7 & 9 so I felt like doing the routine twice, then once more before going to bed. -Day 5: ✔️ once in the afternoon, twice before bed. A couple times I had to take a longer breather between exercises, it's best not to overdo it aha -Day 6: skip (I woke up super late and my legs were kinda hurting a little so I rested) -Day 7: skip (I stayed up all night and day so I still wasn't ready yet) -Day 8: ✔️ once in the afternoon. Also 1 week! Ik I've missed a few days but that's alright, any progress is good! Hoping that over time I'll be more consistent, will do what I can :) -Day 9: skip (woke up late again and forgot) -Day 10: ✔️ once in the evening. I was supposed to do it last night but forgot and fell asleep so today I decided to do it some minutes after I woke up -Day 11: ✔️ once before bed. Hoping to get my first 3-day streak tomorrow! -Day 12: ✔️ once at night. I did it! Now to keep it going. Doing it just once a day is way better than 2-3 times, maybe in future i can try it again -Day 13: ✔️ once at night. Almost forgot haha, hope I can make it to 5 days tomorrow! -Day 14: ✔️ once before bed. 5 day streak! I also went for a 20min walk earlier too, I'd love to do it more but I get a bit lazy and overthink it sometimes aha, need encouragement and to remember that when I finally do it I enjoy and feel good -Day 15: skip (was super tired) -Day 16: ✔️ once at night. I'll be honest I'm starting to lose motivation, but I'm proud of only missing 1 day last week, and have noticed some improvement. I felt like doing it again tonight since I was watching yt and thought I might as well just do it as a good way to make use of time -Day 17: skip -Day 18: skip (Taking a break to reset my mind, will be back to it tomorrow or next day. Not ready to give up just yet!) -Day 19: skip -Day 20: ✔️ once before bed. Also one thing I notice is my left leg is like more dominant with its muscles, like I have to try harder to tense my right thigh, and when I do step 1 my left hurts more even when I'm doing my right side. Hopefully I can try to balance it out -Day 21: skip After more than 3 weeks I've decided to stop tracking my daily progress. Routines really just aren't for me, but I'll still continue these exercises when I can. Wish everyone the best, go at your own pace and you'll get there! :)
i’ve been doing this a little bit longer than one week, and i wanna say that the results are already HUGE! i didn’t expect this workout to be that effective, and i’ll totally recommend this :)
girls, please remember that the presence of a thigh gap is largely determined by the width of your pelvic bone! if your pelvis is narrow, there will not be enough space for a thigh gap unless you are unhealthily skinny, and even sometimes in that case you still will not have it, because your leg bones are too close together. and on the other hand, someone with a wide pelvic bone will have a thigh gap even at a higher weight, because they have extra room in between their legs as a result of the leg bones being set farther apart. so, an exercise like this will only accentuate whatever your body is capable of naturally. the girl in this video has a slightly narrow pelvic bone, which is why at even a slightly higher weight she didn’t have it, but she also has slight fat set legs, so she was able to accentuate what she has from the exercises. so even if you have a narrower pelvic bone you can still have it, but it’ll take more work and also be much more difficult to maintain. i myself have a slightly wide pelvic bone and am at a 23 bmi, and have a bit of a gap even though i’m at a slightly high weight for my frame. i can’t control that, it’s just how my body is. so if you can’t get results, it’s not the fault of the exercises or you, it’s just not in your genetic cards. and that’s completely ok! because all body types are beautiful 💗 remember that what matters most is health! so, don’t worry about what you can’t change 💗
Okay so i’ve been doing this workout twice for 2 weeks and it’s been really effective! My tips are to avoid fatty sugary foods and drink loads of water so you don’t feel hungry. If you don’t get results immediately within a week don’t feel discouraged, just do this work out consistently and trust the process ❤ Please do trust me and don’t give up!

If anybody is still skeptical about this... DO IT!!! I’ve been doing this 2-3 times a day for 6 days straight so far-nearly a week-and it has worked wonders! My thighs feel super firm and toned. I don’t feel as much “flabby” fat and jiggle whenever I walk. I try to tighten my legs whenever I do each exercise as well. The fact that the workout produced results this quickly is impressive. It may be because there wasn’t as much fat in the first place, but it still proves that this workout works. Trust the process!! 💖
@@Prismo786 it may seem hard or stressful but as long as you properly manage/schedule your time, doing any exercise for more than 2x is possible, you'd also need a lot of patience and motivation though

@@Draganovaa sometimes weak muscles look like fat so if you have slim legs but they look flabby that's not fat and you don't need a calorie deficit. Learned this the hard way after not eating correctly for months and ending up with a bit of fat loss but no toning so I still didn't look good Like people said I look thinner and it's noticeable but my body isn't toned

I realized my body wanna wear all of these but my mind didn't let me. Then i tried to love myself. Im still on this journey, im still wanna slimmed down my tights but i love my body and legs despite all my body dysmorphohia. So please try love yourself, wear that, you can cry when you wearing all you wanted. But in the long term you’ll be more comfortable.

I've also been taking 4-5 hour walks in town, drinking water 20 minutes before eating breakfast/lunch/dinner also helps a LOT!! And here's another tip, after you finish eating you should wait for 2 hours and then drink water, after 15-20 minutes you can eat whatever you want. It's for the best to eat fruits on lunch. (but that's your choice) Anyway... I hope this will be helpful!

@@peytonryle3809 I did! I started to see a thigh gap around day three. Ive been doing this for about two and a half weeks and when I run my thighs don't brush together as often! it could be also due to my diet as I cut off most of the sugar I usually have.

To anyone who's been planning on doing this but isn't sure if it works:
April's workouts are like magic. Not only this one, but all of them work. I've been doing this for a while now along with other April's workouts and saw results within a few days. I was very insecure about my body, and when i realized that my thighs were actually getting thinner, I was really happy because workouts never worked for me. I don't do it twice a day and i don't do diet, i love eating sweets and i eat them almost everyday. A good thing to do that will help you have thinner thighs (or body in general) faster is to drink 1-2 glasses of water the first thing you do when you wake up.
Don't give up! You can do it! ✨🖤
Edit: when I started doing it my thighs had 63 cm, now they're at 54 cm!
Water first thing in the morning really does speed up metabolism ! Also, a big glass of water before each meal helps feeling fuller faster and fasten the metabolism ;) Good luck on your weight loss journey :D

@@lovedahyun611 honestly, idk what to tell you ! I'm pretty sure this exercise is not as magical as it seems but accompanied with other exercises it can do wonders. I recommend cardio and running :) In the video we can see she already has slim legs to start with. And the size differs with wether or not the body retained water (to avoid water retention, drink more water ! Drink water all the time, carry a reusable water bottle everywhere) and alimentation does a lot ! Write what you eat in a day and send it to me if you want ;)

@@lovedahyun611 just keep on doing it! It worked easily for me, but it might not be the same for everyone. Every body is different. Yò's advice is also really good! I also do exercises for the entire body and before I did those exercises i used to dance a lot, so maybe that's what helped me lose thigh fat faster. Anyways, I'm not an expert on the subject, but i hope this helps you! Good luck!
this workout will work BUT NOT IN 7 DAYS.
That 7 days duration is only for people who already have lean thighs. Some people need more time than that.

Im doing this workout (for however long) and here are my honest results! I’m 17 year old girl who’s 5’0 and about 110 pounds who’s goal is slimming and toning.
Day 1: ✅ not too hard, I felt a burn right before the middle of the workout and I want to work on stability although I feel like I did pretty well.
Edit: ok I haven’t updated this bc I didn’t know there were any replies until today. I’ve been doing this on and off for about three months now from 2-5 times a week. I am definitely noticing a bigger gap in between my legs. I feel a bit of a lighter in my thighs whereas before I felt all my weight in my legs when I am bloated. I feel healthy and relaxed after this workout. I will update if i See drastic changes as I continue to do this more regularly for summer :)
I should also note that I’ve lost weight just from eating changes, so that contributed to my legs I’m assuming along w this workout

Okay, in the end, my upper leg changed by about 0.5 centimeters, but the muscles were definitely stronger. I think if I continue to do workout, I will see better results. And I think this result is due to the fact that my legs are really my problem area and fat is deposited there. But the lower part of the leg has lost weight!!! She was 39 and he was 38. And surprisingly, I lost weight in the waist by 1 centimeter (was 63, became 62). So good luck to everyone who starts and doesn't need to get upset if something doesn't work out. Со временем уже запоминаешь все упражнения и делаешь их на автомате. Они изначально не были сложными, но выполняя их каждый день уже перестаешь чувствовать эффект. Напряжение и боль в мышцах были только первые 4 дня. Если говорить о сантиметрах ушедших, то вроде бы не так много как я сама ожидала. Но вот что изменилось, так это качество кожи. Я заметила что ноги стали выглядеть более подтянутыми и визуально выглядят худее.
Уже 6 дней прошло, есть какие либо изменения?

Couldn't do it the past 2 days I was sick, but I feel less tired now after the exercise.

Tbh I don't eat much carbs and move regularly so It is quite the surprise I will look for another exercise this is maybe not the one for me

I'm a guy and have always been skinny but throughout all of school I felt self-conscious about how much my legs fill out when I sit compared to other ppl. Plus I've been doing barely anything active at all this year, so gonna start giving this a try for at least a month, I'm bad at routines but know I have it in me to get to my goal :)
Measurements: about 55cm / 21 inches each leg
Weight: 67kg / 147lbs (for reference I'm 171cm / 5'6 tall)
-Day 1: ✔️ had this on my mind for a few days and finally decided to just do it before bed. honestly kinda tiring lol, I gotta remember to breathe while doing it haha
-Day 2: skip
-Day 3: skip (remember not to be discouraged if you miss a day or 2 especially when first starting, it's totally okay and gives you time to rest and come back stronger :)
-Day 4: ✔️ twice in the afternoon, once at night. It took a bit for me to convince myself but I felt good when I continued today, I skipped step 7 & 9 so I felt like doing the routine twice, then once more before going to bed.
-Day 5: ✔️ once in the afternoon, twice before bed. A couple times I had to take a longer breather between exercises, it's best not to overdo it aha
-Day 6: skip (I woke up super late and my legs were kinda hurting a little so I rested)
-Day 7: skip (I stayed up all night and day so I still wasn't ready yet)
-Day 8: ✔️ once in the afternoon. Also 1 week! Ik I've missed a few days but that's alright, any progress is good! Hoping that over time I'll be more consistent, will do what I can :)
-Day 9: skip (woke up late again and forgot)
-Day 10: ✔️ once in the evening. I was supposed to do it last night but forgot and fell asleep so today I decided to do it some minutes after I woke up
-Day 11: ✔️ once before bed. Hoping to get my first 3-day streak tomorrow!
-Day 12: ✔️ once at night. I did it! Now to keep it going. Doing it just once a day is way better than 2-3 times, maybe in future i can try it again
-Day 13: ✔️ once at night. Almost forgot haha, hope I can make it to 5 days tomorrow!
-Day 14: ✔️ once before bed. 5 day streak! I also went for a 20min walk earlier too, I'd love to do it more but I get a bit lazy and overthink it sometimes aha, need encouragement and to remember that when I finally do it I enjoy and feel good
-Day 15: skip (was super tired)
-Day 16: ✔️ once at night. I'll be honest I'm starting to lose motivation, but I'm proud of only missing 1 day last week, and have noticed some improvement. I felt like doing it again tonight since I was watching yt and thought I might as well just do it as a good way to make use of time
-Day 17: skip
-Day 18: skip (Taking a break to reset my mind, will be back to it tomorrow or next day. Not ready to give up just yet!)
-Day 19: skip
-Day 20: ✔️ once before bed. Also one thing I notice is my left leg is like more dominant with its muscles, like I have to try harder to tense my right thigh, and when I do step 1 my left hurts more even when I'm doing my right side. Hopefully I can try to balance it out
-Day 21: skip
After more than 3 weeks I've decided to stop tracking my daily progress. Routines really just aren't for me, but I'll still continue these exercises when I can. Wish everyone the best, go at your own pace and you'll get there! :)

girls, please remember that the presence of a thigh gap is largely determined by the width of your pelvic bone! if your pelvis is narrow, there will not be enough space for a thigh gap unless you are unhealthily skinny, and even sometimes in that case you still will not have it, because your leg bones are too close together. and on the other hand, someone with a wide pelvic bone will have a thigh gap even at a higher weight, because they have extra room in between their legs as a result of the leg bones being set farther apart. so, an exercise like this will only accentuate whatever your body is capable of naturally. the girl in this video has a slightly narrow pelvic bone, which is why at even a slightly higher weight she didn’t have it, but she also has slight fat set legs, so she was able to accentuate what she has from the exercises. so even if you have a narrower pelvic bone you can still have it, but it’ll take more work and also be much more difficult to maintain. i myself have a slightly wide pelvic bone and am at a 23 bmi, and have a bit of a gap even though i’m at a slightly high weight for my frame. i can’t control that, it’s just how my body is.
so if you can’t get results, it’s not the fault of the exercises or you, it’s just not in your genetic cards. and that’s completely ok! because all body types are beautiful 💗
remember that what matters most is health! so, don’t worry about what you can’t change 💗

my legs are social distanced but not from the top... but its kinda getting separated from the top and im feeling way happier 🥺
Okay so i’ve been doing this workout twice for 2 weeks and it’s been really effective! My tips are to avoid fatty sugary foods and drink loads of water so you don’t feel hungry.
If you don’t get results immediately within a week don’t feel discouraged, just do this work out consistently and trust the process ❤

-Overall in the first 7 days there isn’t a gap between my thighs whilst standing up but when sitting down ( hugging my knees ) there is a gap which wasn’t there before, I feel like they have reduced, but since there isn’t a gap yet, I will continue for another week or two-

- 2 weeks done and I have to say my thighs have reduced, though whilst standing up there isn’t a gap yet but the same as the other week when sitting down or raising both my feet in the air the gap is visible and it’s even bigger, and I have noticed above my knees the fat on my thighs have reduced whist sitting down i noticed the change, I just have 2 more weeks and hopefully by that time I have reduced my thighs a lot more and I tried on some pants I bought a while back they Deere too tight back then but now they fit perfectly so I feel really motivated and I’m going to continue-

If anybody is still skeptical about this... DO IT!!! I’ve been doing this 2-3 times a day for 6 days straight so far-nearly a week-and it has worked wonders! My thighs feel super firm and toned. I don’t feel as much “flabby” fat and jiggle whenever I walk. I try to tighten my legs whenever I do each exercise as well. The fact that the workout produced results this quickly is impressive. It may be because there wasn’t as much fat in the first place, but it still proves that this workout works. Trust the process!! 💖
So it works for the upper inner thigh fat?

@@Prismo786 it may seem hard or stressful but as long as you properly manage/schedule your time, doing any exercise for more than 2x is possible, you'd also need a lot of patience and motivation though

@@Draganovaa sometimes weak muscles look like fat so if you have slim legs but they look flabby that's not fat and you don't need a calorie deficit. Learned this the hard way after not eating correctly for months and ending up with a bit of fat loss but no toning so I still didn't look good
Like people said I look thinner and it's noticeable but my body isn't toned
I've been doing this for about 5 days and I'm already seeing results! The truth is that I've always had problems with my legs (I don't really know why, because they're very thin but I see them as "fat") and this video helped me a lot to love my legs more, so thank you very much, have a nice day everyone :)
