Started: 23 of June 2023 I've done these exercises daily for the past 2-3 weeks (once a day but sometimes 2 times per day) I'd say they work pretty well and I won't stop doing them. They're easy compared to other exercises which give the same result. My waist has definetelly become smaller and my hips widened and became more round and prominent. Besides that, my stomach is almost flat and its easier now to lose weight. I was already skinny so the results didn’t show up for the first week or so but after 2 weeks and a half I really started to see the difference. Thank you!! UPDATE 2 WEEKS LATER After a month of doing this (I did this almost everyday I think except one or none) and my waist is very visibly small and I've lost a lot of fat around it and on my belly. My legs have become thinner. I chose to do this 2 times per day at the same time, but at the start like the first week I did them once a day then twice then 3 times and now twice again. I think I'm going to stop now or at least do another exercise special for abs and do it at the same time with this one! UPDATE ANOTHER 2 WEEKS LATER (6-7 weeks since I started doing these) I dont think Ill ever stop doing these daily, I do them once a day now and right after I do the kazuha abs workout. Right now I'd say the results are the most prominent, my waist has never been smaller. Its totally worth it and became so easy to do. I love myself more now UPDATE 24 oct (4 MONTHS SINCE I STARTED) Doing this exercise daily for 4 months now and I dont intend to ever stop, I started to do more exercises per day because these became too easy but oh my god I cant live without them UPDATE 5 MAY I've been going to gym for a month now!!! so i think i can say thats a good evolution!!! Can't even describe the happiness and results it gives me (I do aerobic clases like 2 per day 3 or more times per week) if you want updates on that I can give you some but idk cause its not related to the video. This actually works. If u got no burn, then ur doing it wrong. TIPS 1. first to get the rhythm of ur breathing, put your hand on you ribs and do big inhales and exhales. Make sure u feel your ribs expand in ur hand when inhaling, then closing when exhaling. Do that for a couple of times 2. When working out, don't over do it and do it so fast. The more you take your time, the more burn ur gonna feel, when u do it to fast ur not paying attention to your targeted places. 3. ALWAYS focus on your breathing as well. If your not breathing and flaring you ribs, then you wont get that burn and results you want. the best way to engage your core is to engage it of course and to keep BREATHING in and out.

@@anisa-ch9lu BUT HEYYY if you are gonna do it, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont starve yourself. This unhealthy habit causes a period/menstrual cycle to pause for 1-12months so be careful!! 💖 That also helps a faster metabolism.. bloating is normal, its better than losing your period!!
TIME: 11:41pm Height: 170cm Weight: 48.2kg Waist (smallest point): 24 inches Hips (widest point): 32 inches Before anyone comes at me im trying to get more toned and look like my weight as i feel as though i look larger so that is why i am doing this workout :)) Day 1: ✅ finished and eadily done so, finished the workout and was like 'what its done already' and was happy with myself so i did it again and felt the burn both times but its a sign its working Day 2: ✅ my abs surprisingly didn't hurt this morning or throughout the day workout was easy enough once again and actually enjoyed doing it (ew never thought I'd say that) but had a lot of motivation today this is your sign to keep going !!!! Day 3: ✅ one of the easiest yet didn't realize how much I struggled yesterday without realizing 🫣 one good thing about this workout is it burns while you do it but after that, morning after ect you feel no pain at all and you start to see physical results quickly which I love! Starting weight: 78.7 kg Height: 166cm/ 5'5 in Age: 16 Goal: with diet: at least 68 kg Day 1✅️:slightly hard, the side leg lifts were a bit difficult for me, and I felt a nice burn. It's easy apart from the side leg so far. I'll update yall tomorrow Day 2✅️: Definitely easier, felt my abs and waist BURN the good type of course, I'll update you on my meals too since I'm trying to improve my diet too :) Tips: Drink 3 litres of water every day and try to cut unhealthy sugars, ex, soda snacks, milk chocolate, etc.. opt for healthy ones like fruits and dates! I was on a diet but stopped as we have financial But I'm as motivated as ever now! doing this twice everday for a week! w: 85 pounds h: 5 foot goal- make my waist slimmer and stomach flatter, body type atm is upside down triangle mixed with rectangle, so broad shoulders and no curve. *RESULTS* day 1: did (Felt the burn especially during the more core and leg parts) no change day 2: Was SO MUCH more difficult, but the burn felt really nice. Im a guy and find a lot of gym bro’s content far too harsh and unappealing… decided to give pilates a try and :)) finding it not only much more fun but way healthier for me too. I feel better while doing these exercises instead of the other ones just feeling like a chore. Thank you, seriously.
Height: 158cm/5ft2 Weight: 65kg/143.3 Waist: 79cm/31 inches Im still on my weight loss journey, so far I already lost 15kg/33lbs. My belly is still big tho, that’s why I want to try to reduce it. Trying to do it as long as possible, will try to update it and see if I got any results! (I have a b shaped belly) Day1 - was yesterday and I found it pretty easy actually Day 2 - had sore abs from yesterday so it was a bit more difficult, but still very manageable Day 3 - good morning! I just did it in the early morning because I felt like it. I like it because it’s easy, but I also feel a burn. Not in every exercise tho, maybe I do something wrong. I also do a second tummy reduction training, it’s only 3 mins and it’s before bed. I will do that one in the evening. Honestly, my belly does feel a bit smaller, but maybe it’s just placebo. Day 4 - I didn’t feel like doing it but I pushed through anyway. It doesn’t hurt anymore. Always try your best! Day 5 - done Day 6 - done, I forgot to do before bed workout the last two days Day 7 - done Day 8 - didn’t do it because I was too exhausted because of my first day at work Day 9 - I did it! I was again too exhausted because of my job but I was listening to self improvement podcast at work, so I just had to do it, or else I will never change. Also I got my iPad finally so it’s better to watch it on a bigger screen! I also should finally check my waist but I ate a lot today, so I better not before I will be disappointed because of the results. I will try tomorrow! Day 10 - did it! Day 11 - done! Tips for my girlies 💓 Tip 1 : eating ! Eating healthy is really important! Don't starve yourself but eat 3 meals everyday (1 can have some sugar but try to not eat much sugar) and eat some small snacks if you're rlly hungry like : Apples , eggs without oil , with butter Tip 2 : skincare ! Don't do a 7 step skincare routine , 4 is the minimum ! , always start with water and domt pop youre pimples , also don't sleep with make up on !

For anyone who wants to it does work I've been doing it for a few months and it makes you body feel new without making you sweaty and put of breath. One thing I learned is to be continues with this and don't move on to another workout once you get results from this one. You get more results sticking to the same workout.
@@ichijixi im not a workout specialist as everyone know everybody is different.. but if your trying to loose weight then yes i would do alot of cardio along with this workout to tone my body. but if your already somewhat fir with a little weight you can do this without to much cardio since this already gets your heart going a little and burns fat within abt 1-2 weeks. make sure to breath when doing so, so that your muscles can get the oxygen it needs. and drink water. Hope you get the results you want.

So far I am roughly 2 months and almost four weeks weeks into this workout. To be more specific, I pair this with the 10 min full body workout for a full 20-minutes session. I do two sessions a day. To anyone who feels like giving up or that results won’t happen, get rid of that mindset! I saw results in the first two weeks, and from what I’ve learned, consistency is the key to everything. Here are the notes word-for-word from the journal I wrote in for progress. (MONTH ONE) Week one: Waist definitely got a bit smaller, and my hips are more rounded. Overall my torso seems a bit more defined and my stomach got flat Week two: Waist got slightly more smaller, legs longer/slimmer, and height slightly taller. I also lost a lot of back fat. Week three: Torso slimmed down, my waist is smaller and I have more accentuated curves Week four: Waist smaller, hips slightly more rounded (MONTH 2) Week five: Torso slimmed down a bit more, waist smaller. (Started to slack a little bit here lol) Week six: (Break) Week seven: Every other day, small changes So far I’m in the beginning of week eight, so I’ll try to update when I remember. I lost 5-6 lbs since working out. I eat a healthy diet of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I usually tend to eat chicken salads for lunch and am more lenient with breakfast and dinner ^^ I’d be happy to answer any questions as well! Remember to keep going and to never quit! Did this in June 5, 2024 Day 1: It was difficult and I did most of it wrong but I just redid it until I got it correct. It burns a lot but I can already see results as I saw my stomach get smaller a bit same with my waist. day 1: ✅ burned slightly, did some exercises wrong day 2: ✅ one of the exercises were so hard to do, slightly burned day 3: ✅ no changes yet, i still cant do the side leg exercise & my mom walked in to me exercising byee.. day 4: ✅ slightly burned but not in my stomach.. my goal is to eat more healthier and maybe ill start seeing more changes. day 5: ✅ im starting to get the hang of the exercises and i finally know how to do the side leg exercise !! no changes yet tho (my arms burned the most) day 6: ✖️didn’t feel like extercising today but tmr ill do this abt 3 times ! but omg when i woke up i saw a change, i realized from the side my i could tell my waist got 100% smaller but in the front, my waist looks wide one week recap: day 7: ✅ week one done! i noticed my waist from the side got more smaller although while doing this exercise, i only felt the burn in my legs & arms even when i believe im doing the exercise right. i will be doing another week of this ! day 8: ✅ nothing new day 9: ✅ i have break so i hope i start seeing a big difference after break! day 10: ✅ i’m doing another exercise from her day 11: ✅ i woke up and i saw a difference 😱 i realized my waist got more smaller and kinda curvy day 12: ✖️ rest day day 13: ✅ felt good (also tysm for 10 likes!) two week recap: day 14: ✅ i been noticing abs marks and i could definitely tell there was a difference! i dont see a big difference because i binge eat a lot 😭 day 15: ✅ i realized i stopped getting very bloated ! day 16: ✖️ busy day 17: ✅ i decided to stop doing this exercise because over the time, it got easier for me and i want more competition! although this exercise was very affective but since im already slim, i started seeing results after 2 weeks. a tip is to do it twice a day (in the morning and night) and also to stop binge eating!

Day 2: I did an extra cardio workout so this made me feel on fire! Day 3: fine, workouts got a tiny bit easier Day 4: the way I see a little results is nice. It got a lot easier Day 5: my core is definitely somewhat stronger, feels way more faster now and easier Day 6: family day so I didn’t do Day 7: definitely easier my family says they see some changes in my body Day 8: I totally forgot to write yesterday but it’s definitely easier Day 9: easy, I’ve been getting compliments from my family saying I look slimmer
Saaaame I started June 22 and planning to do this until August 21. I also brisk walk for 30 minutes and on a healthy calorie deficit that has minimal sugar and fats. For reference I am 5’1 and 125 lbs exact. Good luck to you on this 🫶🏽
Hi shirlyn I just want to say that ypu make this excercise so simple yet helpfull because I've been doing this routine (with some more) for a week now and I came to feel better on my own skin. Also it's so nice that you always end up saying "love yourself the way you are" because we (as a fatty girl who struggles with excercise) often hear "keep going and you will look better"
I’m not even kidding, whenever I do this workout, I lose weight!!! even if it’s just once. So I’m going to be doing this for winter break. I am now 57 kg want 50-53 kg Day 1: It was a little difficult, I felt pain in the afternoon after training (57.5 кг) Day 2: it hurt but I did it! I felt pain in my legs all day. Day 3: Day 4:and besides that, I stopped eating fast food Day 5: Day 6:everything is as usual Day 7: I now weigh 52 kg kick so I don't forget to write the result every day!!
doing this for 2 weeks! 👯♀️Day 1: DEFINITELY felt the burn. i wasnt able to do the leg circles of the side leg kicks😭 if u cant do the side leg kicks i recommend keeping ur leg on the ground❤ 👯♀️Day 2: still burns, but I feel great about myself afterwards. I don't have much leg muscle and I struggle with the exercises such as leg circles. Keep going!! 👯♀️Day 3: I feel stronger and more lightweight, my mood has also improved and I'm feeling really proud of myself🙌 Burns a little less, and I'm getting more leg control🔥 👯♀️Day 4: I've been so busy because of school but I'm trying to keep up😭 Anyways, doing this makes me feel like I have progress, and my arm strength is getting better. Doing this at 5:30AM everyday! Wish me luck for the dream body!! FYI I "exercise" for 35mins every morning, with 5min stretch, 10min glutes, 10min waist (this video), 10min face yoga, and an additional jog on weekends! Day 1: ✅ I had to take some rest breaks admittedly, some exercises were easy but some were so difficult Day 2: ✅ I completed the whole routine correctly! But I'm not exactly feeling a burn most of the time, I think I need to follow the breathing instructions better Day 3: ✅ Slept through my alarm and didn't have time to do this in the morning, but managed to do it just now in the evening! Realised I was doing some exercises inaccurately and now i can feel that burn lol! Day 4: ❌ Didn't do it! Because I had a busy day, I feel bad for not being able to, promise will get to it tomorrow! Day 5: ✅ Back on track! And feeling much better than yesterday, getting better at these exercises! Day 6: ✅ Done first thing in the morning! Almost reached a week! someone PLEASE like my comment so i can be consistent !! day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅ day 3: ✅ day 4: ✅ day 5: ✅ day 6: ✅ day 7: ✅ not a terrible workout if you want to become healthy and active! but it doesnt give the best workouts. definitely not for short term results, but i strongly recommend chloe ting ab workout for quicker results. i do love shirlyn kim, but definitely only for beginners! workout is only around 20%of the effect of wl, so do a cal deficit if you really want results.
@@zziinnaa hey!! i continued this for about a week, its not a bad pilates, but i recommend chloe ting ab 2 week challenge instead with a calorie deficit. it wasnt terrible, but it wasnt the best! but i still love some of shirlyn kims workouts:)

LETS DO THIS TOGETHER!!! Start date: 7/10/24 Start weight: 72.5kg Day 1: ✅✅✅ OML my stomach is on fire! Ate chocolate before this so choc is burned off. This is my first time doing Pilates and I enjoy it. Did it twice to get faster and better results!! It is the night time, and I'm doing it one more time before bed. The leg circles go like this for me, I do the 3/4 of the circle (the top) and when closing the circle, my knees bend. And I can't control it. Probably bc I'm practicing breaststroke in swimming. Advice/tips? Day 2: ✅✅✅ I have cramps from this workout, and I've noticed way less bloating than yesterday. I'm planning to do this after breakfast twice and before bed (1hr b4 bed) Day 3: ✅✅✅✅ Kind of easier, I did delay the workout since after breakfast I had an exam but oof! My mum said she noticed me being slimmer!!! Day 4: ✅✅✅✅ I was having a shower, and I saw baby abs!! Day 5: ✅❌❌❌ (I HAD SWIMMING) I wore a "tight shirt" from the start of the year and now it fit well!! (weight now: 72.1) Day 6: ✅✅✅❌ I saw video of me on Day 4 with a small waist and flat belly but now i gained back the belly but way smaller than usual so.. I decided this whole week I WILL DO IT! I already have a somewhat “small” waist but there’s no muscle/tone so it’s still “soft/pudgey” so I’ll be hopefully getting a more toned/literally smaller stomach/waist by the time school starts (10 more days) Day 1: ✔️ definitely felt the burn and took an extra break toward the beginning. It definitely did not feel like 10/9 minutes and felt more like 5 so that’s good. I may combine this with another excercise Day 2: ✔️almost forgot to do it tonight. It was a bit easier than yesterday. I’m excited to see how it is tmrw. Day 3 (makeup): ✔️ Even though it’s been 2-3 days since I last did it , it was still a bit easier than before so I’m glad I’m retaining muscle. Day 4 (makeup): ✔️ Doing it twice in one day was not as bad as I thought. I’m also getting along better in my form and going them :) Day 5: ✔️ I was finally able to get through all of them with no additional one sec break/staying on pace. It burns my not enough for me to have to stop for a sec 💗 Day 6: ✔️ only thing that really kills me anymore are those leg circle things. Yesterday was my birthday so I ate a lot of junk food hopefully it doesn’t mess with my results. Day 7 (makeup): ✔️ This one felt so good?!? I’m so glad I stuck with doing this even if it was really hard at first cause seeing real time progress in abdominal strength gives me so much joy Day 8 (final day before school): so obviously I missed some days and tried (but failed) to make them up. But to start off let me say how surprised I was when it “ended” I felt like I was only half way through and I was like “wait isn’t there more?” which is such a good thing. I’ll update you guys on the final “changes” but rn the main thing I noticed is how much “curvier” my waist is. There is definitely a defined “dip”/Sinch in my waist (even though it’s definitely not an hourglass figure). I plan to continued doing this most days for another week at least to look for more results. Day 9: Day 10/
Doing this for 12/14 days Day 1:I did this workout in the past so I felt like it wasn’t so bad but I sure did hate those leg circles, during rests don’t bother taking a break because boy were those breaks short, felt good and so worth it. Doing this for 1-2 months! Day 1-It burned but felt really good Day 2- The time during went faster, I felt the burn which was really refreshing Day 3- I love this exercise even though it takes all my energy Day 4- I was sick but that isn’t an excuse to not do this workout. Day 5-I went to the doctor today and turns out I’m losing weight! This is a great workout I recommend it! Day 6- I can tell my body is getting an hour glass shape slowly! I just have to be patient! Day 7- I’m seeing slight changes in my body! Week 1 finished! Day 8- it was a little harder today I’m guessing because I barely get any sleep Day 9- This is taking time! Slowly but surely! I used to be a very skinny child, but growing up my body gradually grew fatter. I’ve been insecure for the past years so I’m trying to make a change:) Initial weight: about 135 lbs Day 1: I’m pretty sure I did it wrong since I don’t have a mat, but I definitely felt a tight sensation in my abdomen. (Very excited) Day 2: that was hard for me and I definitely felt the burn in my body, almost like a cramp Day 3: i still struggle a bit, but I’m being consistent :) I HAVE A MAT NOW Day 4: didn’t do it/busy Day 5: I felt aching in my inner thighs, which made me happy because that means it’s working :) Day 6: didn’t do it/busy Day 7: it’s not getting any easier , but I definitely did it right completely this time, could feel my abdomen burn (still no visible change) Day 8: side lifts and leg circles are the most difficult for me Day 9 & 10: it’s discouraging that I haven’t done it so many times, but I’ve been so busy Day 11: I can do them more easily than Day 1, the burn was there Day 12: I felt aching in my waist from yesterday’s workout, it made me happy Day 13: The aching was stronger today! It hurt even without moving, evidence of the exercise! Side lifts were oddly difficult today. I can see the sides of my waist start to shape inward omg!! Day 14: My waist is definitely getting slimmer, my rolls are so much more smaller now, it’s like shaping into an hourglass :))
Юхуу ребята реально работает! Я начала делать эти упражнения в начале сентября и что могу сказать. По началу я могла сделать буквально половину этой тренировки, у меня тряслись конечности из-за нагрузки, сбивалась дыхание. Но сейчас уже к началу октября я могу спокойно выполнять эти упражнения каждый день. У меня довольно сильно похудели ноги, живот стал более плоским и будто бы даже немного улучшилась осанка. Я явно стала сильнее выносливее и спустя наверно неделю таких тренировок мне они даже стали доставлять удовольствие. Вот когда нечем заняться в голове сразу всплывает: поделаю я тренировку. Так что всем удачи вы добьетесь того что вы хотите)) хорошего вам времени суток♥️
Gonna do this for a week and see how it goes for real, im really excited about this. Day 1:Not too bad. Muscles are sore and a bit out of breath, but nothing too bad. I decided to do the video two times, lol Day 2: Day two is done! Felt more of a burn today, but it feels good. My muscles are a little sore but nothing too bad. ❤🎉 Day 3: Day Three is done! The exercises are starting to get easier to do, and I'm noticing changes! Love it!❤ Day 4: Unfortunately, i took this day off, so no changes! Day 5: Done! I'm noticing sloght changes, my clothes feel looser and my belly is shrinking little by little! It's working, yall!❤️ Day 6: Done! My back and muscles are aching, but that means it's working, noticing changes, and will continue! ❤ Day 7: Finished ✅️ I did it twice again! I am definitely noticing my lower belly is shrinking. It's taking time, but it works! This workout is amazing, and I'll keep yall updated!! ❤️ Day 8:Unfortunately, I don't feel well today, so I didn't do them! However, I will say, I have noticed my waist is curvier, and my belly fat is shrinking little by little. @@soumm..yes! I did it 2x everyday. When I missed a day i’d do it 4x! I also tried eating healthy. I also did de-bloating stretches in the morning which helped a lot:)

Day 1: ✅ I actually enjoyed it a lot! For me it wasn’t too hard but I could still feel the burn! Day 2: ✅Just like yesterday, it was pretty easy. I was a little sore after! Also a tip that you should know is to not drink too much water before working out! Trust me on this Day 3:❌was busy and couldn’t do it😭 Day 4:✅Felt the burn! I also did it with Lily Sabri’s waist workout! Day 5:✅Did it with no problems Day 6:✅Also did it with no problems, I did it with Lily Sabri’s workout, and I went on a 3 mile bike ride with my family! (Was very sore after all of it 😅) Day 7:✅I wasn’t gonna do it but I ended up doing it at 10 PM😅EDIT: I do not recommend doing intense workouts (not talking abt this workout) at night bc I couldn’t really sleep after 😅 Day 8: ✅ Completed yet again! No difficulties and I also did my other workouts as well Day 9: ✅ Sorry guys I was gonna continue to do this for another week but I was just so busy! I have seen improvement and changes with my waist! At the start it was 25/26 inches, now it’s 24/25! I’m pretty satisfied with the results and I plan to do the workout whenever I have time!

( Please like my comment so it reminds me to edit. I have the memory of a goldfish. ) 😭 Started:- 28 november, 2024 Height:- 5'4 / 162 cm Weight:- my scale shows weight diff by 1-2 kilograms. Right now mine is ranging from 51-53 kilograms. Day 1:- done ✔️ very easy, it went by very quickly and did felt a little bit burn in my arms. Day 2:- done ✔️ felt a satisfying burn afterwards. It was easier to do than yesterday! Day 3:- done ✔️ did it late at night since i couldnt in the morning. Felt easier than yesterday and felt a satisfying afterburn afterwards! Day 4:- done ✔️ did it late at night since I couldn't in the morning. Actually felt my stomach burn during the leg circles. Very satisfying!! Day 5:- done ✔️ felt a satisfying burn during the core exercises! Went by veryyy quickly and did it late at night since I couldn't in the morning. Day 6:- done ✔️ did it late at night since I couldn't in the morning. This time it got my heartbeat pretty fast!! And the afterburn was very satisfying !!! Day 7:- skipped it. I've been doing this for the last two weeks and have already lost 2.5kg of weight ( almost 5.5 pounds ig ) so I really recommend this one, but remember guys, I don't do this one video alone, I also follow the "10 minutes fully body pilates workout" of Shirlyn Kim herself, along with one more video by another creator named "Lilly Sabri" with the title "Lose fat in 7 days ( belly, waist and abs ) | 5 minutes home workout", so in total, 3 videos along with proper egg diet and a total intake of only 650-675 calories per day and burning 1850-1900 calories per day ( 1600 needed by body to work and 250-300 burned in exercising ). Trust me guys, I was a huge foodie but to be in the normal weight range for my age, I am doing all this, it was hard for a few days but now I'm very happy with what I'm doing, I'm feeling fit and active daily along with the natural skin glow. Highly recommended routine! Fighting!!! 💓 Here after keeping my routine for 2 months, result is really showing and i have lost 8-9 kgs already!!

I am doing this work out for like a month now and its actually helping and its not that hard everybody can do that
Started: 23 of June 2023
I've done these exercises daily for the past 2-3 weeks (once a day but sometimes 2 times per day)
I'd say they work pretty well and I won't stop doing them. They're easy compared to other exercises which give the same result.
My waist has definetelly become smaller and my hips widened and became more round and prominent. Besides that, my stomach is almost flat and its easier now to lose weight.
I was already skinny so the results didn’t show up for the first week or so but after 2 weeks and a half I really started to see the difference.

UPDATE 2 WEEKS LATER
After a month of doing this (I did this almost everyday I think except one or none) and my waist is very visibly small and I've lost a lot of fat around it and on my belly. My legs have become thinner. I chose to do this 2 times per day at the same time, but at the start like the first week I did them once a day then twice then 3 times and now twice again.
I think I'm going to stop now or at least do another exercise special for abs and do it at the same time with this one!
UPDATE ANOTHER 2 WEEKS LATER (6-7 weeks since I started doing these)
I dont think Ill ever stop doing these daily, I do them once a day now and right after I do the kazuha abs workout. Right now I'd say the results are the most prominent, my waist has never been smaller. Its totally worth it and became so easy to do. I love myself more now

I've been going to gym for a month now!!! so i think i can say thats a good evolution!!! Can't even describe the happiness and results it gives me (I do aerobic clases like 2 per day 3 or more times per week) if you want updates on that I can give you some but idk cause its not related to the video. This actually works. If u got no burn, then ur doing it wrong. TIPS
1. first to get the rhythm of ur breathing, put your hand on you ribs and do big inhales and exhales. Make sure u feel your ribs expand in ur hand when inhaling, then closing when exhaling. Do that for a couple of times
2. When working out, don't over do it and do it so fast. The more you take your time, the more burn ur gonna feel, when u do it to fast ur not paying attention to your targeted places.
3. ALWAYS focus on your breathing as well. If your not breathing and flaring you ribs, then you wont get that burn and results you want. the best way to engage your core is to engage it of course and to keep BREATHING in and out.
This really helped and now I feel more of a burn! Thank you 🥰🥰🥰

Day 3: ✅ one of the easiest yet didn't realize how much I struggled yesterday without realizing 🫣 one good thing about this workout is it burns while you do it but after that, morning after ect you feel no pain at all and you start to see physical results quickly which I love!

Day 1✅️:slightly hard, the side leg lifts were a bit difficult for me, and I felt a nice burn. It's easy apart from the side leg so far. I'll update yall tomorrow
Day 2✅️: Definitely easier, felt my abs and waist BURN the good type of course, I'll update you on my meals too since I'm trying to improve my diet too :)
Tips: Drink 3 litres of water every day and try to cut unhealthy sugars, ex, soda snacks, milk chocolate, etc.. opt for healthy ones like fruits and dates!

DAY 4 LET'S GO✅️: SO much easier. I actually enjoyed doing it a lot. But i had to do it late as I was studying and at study sessions all day. I definitely see a small difference since I started! Though small but very visible. I'm honestly so happy I'm still doing this and not slacking off.
Ps. I usually do it first thing in the morning. It's very nice to get a stretch, and it gives me a good burst of energy! I also began calorie counting, so that's awsome^^

Day1 - was yesterday and I found it pretty easy actually
Day 2 - had sore abs from yesterday so it was a bit more difficult, but still very manageable
Day 3 - good morning! I just did it in the early morning because I felt like it. I like it because it’s easy, but I also feel a burn. Not in every exercise tho, maybe I do something wrong. I also do a second tummy reduction training, it’s only 3 mins and it’s before bed. I will do that one in the evening. Honestly, my belly does feel a bit smaller, but maybe it’s just placebo.
Day 4 - I didn’t feel like doing it but I pushed through anyway. It doesn’t hurt anymore. Always try your best!

Day 8 - didn’t do it because I was too exhausted because of my first day at work

Tips for my girlies 💓
Tip 1 : eating !
Eating healthy is really important! Don't starve yourself but eat 3 meals everyday (1 can have some sugar but try to not eat much sugar) and eat some small snacks if you're rlly hungry like : Apples , eggs without oil , with butter
Tip 2 : skincare !
Don't do a 7 step skincare routine , 4 is the minimum ! , always start with water and domt pop youre pimples , also don't sleep with make up on !
3 is the minimum.
Cleanser, moisturizer, SPF

For anyone who wants to it does work I've been doing it for a few months and it makes you body feel new without making you sweaty and put of breath. One thing I learned is to be continues with this and don't move on to another workout once you get results from this one. You get more results sticking to the same workout.

@@ichijixi im not a workout specialist as everyone know everybody is different.. but if your trying to loose weight then yes i would do alot of cardio along with this workout to tone my body. but if your already somewhat fir with a little weight you can do this without to much cardio since this already gets your heart going a little and burns fat within abt 1-2 weeks. make sure to breath when doing so, so that your muscles can get the oxygen it needs. and drink water. Hope you get the results you want.

I actually did these exercises every day this summer. The result was that after two weeks I had a slimmer waist and the beginnings of abs. I had stopped because of my summer job and my studies, but now I am very motivated to resume these exercises. Thank you so much for these videos ! This does work! in 4 days my waist went from 33 inches to 29 inches!I also did this with the 15 min workout full body pilates too! and also did no diet, except for consuming too much sugar and foods that contained any fat,ate slow and never skipped meals ! tysm miss Shirly kim!I appreciate it

I did this one my first time then I noticed I got SO DAM CONFUSED bc I was gonna do the hourglass pilates and cardio 15 mins but after this one I did it then I did the hourglass pilates and today I confused all of them and did hourglass pilates and the hourglass pilates and cardio but TOTALLY FORGOT ABT THIS ONE 😭

So far I am roughly 2 months and almost four weeks weeks into this workout. To be more specific, I pair this with the 10 min full body workout for a full 20-minutes session. I do two sessions a day.
To anyone who feels like giving up or that results won’t happen, get rid of that mindset!
I saw results in the first two weeks, and from what I’ve learned, consistency is the key to everything. Here are the notes word-for-word from the journal I wrote in for progress.
(MONTH ONE)
Week one: Waist definitely got a bit smaller, and my hips are more rounded. Overall my torso seems a bit more defined and my stomach got flat
Week two: Waist got slightly more smaller, legs longer/slimmer, and height slightly taller. I also lost a lot of back fat.
Week three: Torso slimmed down, my waist is smaller and I have more accentuated curves
Week four: Waist smaller, hips slightly more rounded
(MONTH 2)
Week five: Torso slimmed down a bit more, waist smaller. (Started to slack a little bit here lol)
Week six: (Break)
Week seven: Every other day, small changes
So far I’m in the beginning of week eight, so I’ll try to update when I remember. I lost 5-6 lbs since working out. I eat a healthy diet of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I usually tend to eat chicken salads for lunch and am more lenient with breakfast and dinner ^^

Lo primero de todo , perdón por no seguir escribiendo es q lo tuve q dejar de hacer . Estos ejercicios si te ayudan con tu abdomen pero es muy poquito , en lo único q hizo efecto así q tú digas WoW era cuando acabas de comer y estás más hinchada , en eso si funciona

Day 1: It was difficult and I did most of it wrong but I just redid it until I got it correct. It burns a lot but I can already see results as I saw my stomach get smaller a bit same with my waist.

Day 1: some workouts were difficult to do because of my bad core strength but I feel nice!!
Day 2: I did an extra cardio workout so this made me feel on fire!
Day 3: fine, workouts got a tiny bit easier
Day 4: the way I see a little results is nice. It got a lot easier
Day 5: my core is definitely somewhat stronger, feels way more faster now and easier
Day 6: family day so I didn’t do
Day 7: definitely easier my family says they see some changes in my body
Day 8: I totally forgot to write yesterday but it’s definitely easier
Day 9: easy, I’ve been getting compliments from my family saying I look slimmer
Saaaame I started June 22 and planning to do this until August 21. I also brisk walk for 30 minutes and on a healthy calorie deficit that has minimal sugar and fats. For reference I am 5’1 and 125 lbs exact. Good luck to you on this 🫶🏽

Hi shirlyn I just want to say that ypu make this excercise so simple yet helpfull because I've been doing this routine (with some more) for a week now and I came to feel better on my own skin. Also it's so nice that you always end up saying "love yourself the way you are" because we (as a fatty girl who struggles with excercise) often hear "keep going and you will look better"
I’m not even kidding, whenever I do this workout, I lose weight!!! even if it’s just once. So I’m going to be doing this for winter break. I’ll update from the start to end !!!! remind me when it’s January 3rd if I don’t have it up by then.

👯♀️Day 1: DEFINITELY felt the burn. i wasnt able to do the leg circles of the side leg kicks😭 if u cant do the side leg kicks i recommend keeping ur leg on the ground❤

FYI I "exercise" for 35mins every morning, with 5min stretch, 10min glutes, 10min waist (this video), 10min face yoga, and an additional jog on weekends!
Day 1: ✅ I had to take some rest breaks admittedly, some exercises were easy but some were so difficult
Day 2: ✅ I completed the whole routine correctly! But I'm not exactly feeling a burn most of the time, I think I need to follow the breathing instructions better
Day 3: ✅ Slept through my alarm and didn't have time to do this in the morning, but managed to do it just now in the evening! Realised I was doing some exercises inaccurately and now i can feel that burn lol!
Day 4: ❌ Didn't do it! Because I had a busy day, I feel bad for not being able to, promise will get to it tomorrow!
Day 5: ✅ Back on track! And feeling much better than yesterday, getting better at these exercises!

not a terrible workout if you want to become healthy and active! but it doesnt give the best workouts. definitely not for short term results, but i strongly recommend chloe ting ab workout for quicker results. i do love shirlyn kim, but definitely only for beginners! workout is only around 20%of the effect of wl, so do a cal deficit if you really want results.

@@zziinnaa hey!! i continued this for about a week, its not a bad pilates, but i recommend chloe ting ab 2 week challenge instead with a calorie deficit. it wasnt terrible, but it wasnt the best! but i still love some of shirlyn kims workouts:)

Day 1: ✅✅✅ OML my stomach is on fire! Ate chocolate before this so choc is burned off. This is my first time doing Pilates and I enjoy it. Did it twice to get faster and better results!! It is the night time, and I'm doing it one more time before bed. The leg circles go like this for me, I do the 3/4 of the circle (the top) and when closing the circle, my knees bend. And I can't control it. Probably bc I'm practicing breaststroke in swimming. Advice/tips?
Day 2: ✅✅✅ I have cramps from this workout, and I've noticed way less bloating than yesterday. I'm planning to do this after breakfast twice and before bed (1hr b4 bed)
Day 3: ✅✅✅✅ Kind of easier, I did delay the workout since after breakfast I had an exam but oof! My mum said she noticed me being slimmer!!!

I already have a somewhat “small” waist but there’s no muscle/tone so it’s still “soft/pudgey” so I’ll be hopefully getting a more toned/literally smaller stomach/waist by the time school starts (10 more days)
Day 1: ✔️ definitely felt the burn and took an extra break toward the beginning. It definitely did not feel like 10/9 minutes and felt more like 5 so that’s good. I may combine this with another excercise
Day 2: ✔️almost forgot to do it tonight. It was a bit easier than yesterday. I’m excited to see how it is tmrw.
Day 3 (makeup): ✔️ Even though it’s been 2-3 days since I last did it , it was still a bit easier than before so I’m glad I’m retaining muscle.
Day 4 (makeup): ✔️ Doing it twice in one day was not as bad as I thought. I’m also getting along better in my form and going them :)
Day 5: ✔️ I was finally able to get through all of them with no additional one sec break/staying on pace. It burns my not enough for me to have to stop for a sec 💗
Day 6: ✔️ only thing that really kills me anymore are those leg circle things. Yesterday was my birthday so I ate a lot of junk food hopefully it doesn’t mess with my results.
Day 7 (makeup): ✔️ This one felt so good?!? I’m so glad I stuck with doing this even if it was really hard at first cause seeing real time progress in abdominal strength gives me so much joy
Day 8 (final day before school): so obviously I missed some days and tried (but failed) to make them up. But to start off let me say how surprised I was when it “ended” I felt like I was only half way through and I was like “wait isn’t there more?” which is such a good thing.
I’ll update you guys on the final “changes” but rn the main thing I noticed is how much “curvier” my waist is. There is definitely a defined “dip”/Sinch in my waist (even though it’s definitely not an hourglass figure). I plan to continued doing this most days for another week at least to look for more results.

Day 1:I did this workout in the past so I felt like it wasn’t so bad but I sure did hate those leg circles, during rests don’t bother taking a break because boy were those breaks short, felt good and so worth it.

Day 1-It burned but felt really good
Day 2- The time during went faster, I felt the burn which was really refreshing
Day 3- I love this exercise even though it takes all my energy
Day 4- I was sick but that isn’t an excuse to not do this workout.
Day 5-I went to the doctor today and turns out I’m losing weight! This is a great workout I recommend it!
Day 6- I can tell my body is getting an hour glass shape slowly! I just have to be patient!

I used to be a very skinny child, but growing up my body gradually grew fatter. I’ve been insecure for the past years so I’m trying to make a change:)
Initial weight: about 135 lbs
Day 1: I’m pretty sure I did it wrong since I don’t have a mat, but I definitely felt a tight sensation in my abdomen. (Very excited)
Day 2: that was hard for me and I definitely felt the burn in my body, almost like a cramp
Day 3: i still struggle a bit, but I’m being consistent :)
I HAVE A MAT NOW
Day 4: didn’t do it/busy
Day 5: I felt aching in my inner thighs, which made me happy because that means it’s working :)
Day 6: didn’t do it/busy
Day 7: it’s not getting any easier , but I definitely did it right completely this time, could feel my abdomen burn (still no visible change)
Day 8: side lifts and leg circles are the most difficult for me
Day 9 & 10: it’s discouraging that I haven’t done it so many times, but I’ve been so busy
Day 11: I can do them more easily than Day 1, the burn was there

Юхуу ребята реально работает! Я начала делать эти упражнения в начале сентября и что могу сказать. По началу я могла сделать буквально половину этой тренировки, у меня тряслись конечности из-за нагрузки, сбивалась дыхание. Но сейчас уже к началу октября я могу спокойно выполнять эти упражнения каждый день. У меня довольно сильно похудели ноги, живот стал более плоским и будто бы даже немного улучшилась осанка. Я явно стала сильнее выносливее и спустя наверно неделю таких тренировок мне они даже стали доставлять удовольствие. Вот когда нечем заняться в голове сразу всплывает: поделаю я тренировку. Так что всем удачи вы добьетесь того что вы хотите))

Day 9: 9th Day it done! As I said, it gets easier to do. I still have much belly fat I want to lose, but it's definitely shrinking. These pilates are amazing, and they do work. It's a slow process, but it works!

@@soumm..yes! I did it 2x everyday. When I missed a day i’d do it 4x! I also tried eating healthy. I also did de-bloating stretches in the morning which helped a lot:)

Day 1: ✅ I actually enjoyed it a lot! For me it wasn’t too hard but I could still feel the burn!
Day 2: ✅Just like yesterday, it was pretty easy. I was a little sore after! Also a tip that you should know is to not drink too much water before working out! Trust me on this

Hey guys! I started this workout about a week ago, and i stopped doing it after 2 days. I started it today again, and im going to be posting updates day by day!! ( Please like my comment so it reminds me to edit. I have the memory of a goldfish. ) 😭
Started:- 28 november, 2024
Height:- 5'4 / 162 cm
Weight:- my scale shows weight diff by 1-2 kilograms. Right now mine is ranging from 51-53 kilograms.
Day 1:- done ✔️ very easy, it went by very quickly and did felt a little bit burn in my arms.
Day 2:- done ✔️ felt a satisfying burn afterwards. It was easier to do than yesterday!
Day 3:- done ✔️ did it late at night since i couldnt in the morning. Felt easier than yesterday and felt a satisfying afterburn afterwards!
Day 4:- done ✔️ did it late at night since I couldn't in the morning. Actually felt my stomach burn during the leg circles. Very satisfying!!
Day 5:- done ✔️ felt a satisfying burn during the core exercises! Went by veryyy quickly and did it late at night since I couldn't in the morning.
Day 6:- done ✔️ did it late at night since I couldn't in the morning. This time it got my heartbeat pretty fast!! And the afterburn was very satisfying !!!

This really really REALLY works Istg!! I've been doing this for the last two weeks and have already lost 2.5kg of weight ( almost 5.5 pounds ig ) so I really recommend this one, but remember guys, I don't do this one video alone, I also follow the "10 minutes fully body pilates workout" of Shirlyn Kim herself, along with one more video by another creator named "Lilly Sabri" with the title "Lose fat in 7 days ( belly, waist and abs ) | 5 minutes home workout", so in total, 3 videos along with proper egg diet and a total intake of only 650-675 calories per day and burning 1850-1900 calories per day ( 1600 needed by body to work and 250-300 burned in exercising ).
Trust me guys, I was a huge foodie but to be in the normal weight range for my age, I am doing all this, it was hard for a few days but now I'm very happy with what I'm doing, I'm feeling fit and active daily along with the natural skin glow. Highly recommended routine! Fighting!!! 💓
Here after keeping my routine for 2 months, result is really showing and i have lost 8-9 kgs already!!

Скажу сразу,что делаю не только эти упражнения,но так же занимаюсь ещё по двум видео.
И дополнять комментарий Я буду только когда сделаю все три комплекса упражнений.
В питании себя не ограничиваю,только стараюсь не есть много вредной еды и конфет.
День 1.✅ Я чуть не откинулась,вот честно.Думала моё сердце не выдержит.
День 2.✅Сегодня у меня был очень насыщенный день,думала что не успею сделать.Но в итоге взяла себя в руки и всё сделала.Было тяжело,но тоналка выдержала все три комплекса упражнений.Тоналке ставлю 10/10.
День 3.✅Сегодня мне все ещё было тяжело,но все равно НАМНОГО легче,чем в первый день.
День 4.✅Всё сделала.
День 5.✅Сделала.Самой не верится,что целых пять дней,а не один.
День 6.✅

День 9.❌Не успеваю, к сожалению.Домой вернусь очень поздно,но завтра тогда сделаю два подхода.Утром и вечером.
Вообщем,я болела пару дней,честно было не до тренировок,тяжело было даже встать с кровати.
Я пропустила много дней,поэтому решила,что начну считать заново.

Фигура стало более подтянутой,прям сразу идеала не будет,но я вижу изменения визуально и ещё талия стала меньше 68 см.Я честно говоря сама удивилась

День1-было тяжело
День2-легче но в некоторых моментах тяжело
День3-нормально
День4-легко
День5-не делала так как сегодня весь день была на репетиции
День6-было легко, кроме этого я занимаюсь танцами
День7-было очень легко
День8-нормально(уже видно в зеркале то что живот уменьшился)
День9-решила взять выходной добавлю ещё 2 дня
День10 -нормальненько
День12 нормально, вес значится а 400грам
День13я не пропускала а просто забыла писать
День14нормик
День15норм
День16норм
День17изи
Итог:-2кг
Забайкалье что бы я не забыла

this workout is genuinely the only one that really helps shrink my waist out of all the ones ive tried, i did it a few months ago for two weeks and lost an inch off my waist so i decided to do it again a few more times and ive lost 3 inches in total while not dieting which may not sound like a lot but ive struggled with finding a workout that helps shrink my waist forever and trust me when i say if you do it consistently you will see results and not regret this

I just wanna look more flat and get smaller waist. Im gonna eat more healthier but not gonna do some diets.
I will drink more water and eat less fast foods and chocolates (i love chocolate).
So my waist is 26 inch (68 cm) before workout!
