    The time it takes for weight loss to show is that everyone is different, depending on a person’s body fat percentage, gender, diet, exercise habits, etc..
    It takes at least two weeks and significant weight loss and muscle gains will take approximately eight weeks to see. Healthy weight loss is anywhere from 1 to two pounds per week.

    doing this twice everday for a week!
    w: 85 pounds
    h: 5 foot
    goal- make my waist slimmer and stomach flatter, body type atm is upside down triangle mixed with rectangle, so broad shoulders and no curve.
    *RESULTS*
    day 1: did (Felt the burn especially during the more core and leg parts) no change
    day 2: Was SO MUCH more difficult, but the burn felt really nice. I took a cold shower after due to cramps and it was a success. slight change, especially after chugging water and showering.

    Gonna do this for a week and see how it goes for real, im really excited about this.
    Day 1:Not too bad. Muscles are sore and a bit out of breath, but nothing too bad. I decided to do the video two times, lol
    Day 2: Day two is done! Felt more of a burn today, but it feels good. My muscles are a little sore but nothing too bad. ❤🎉
    Day 3: Day Three is done! The exercises are starting to get easier to do, and I'm noticing changes! Love it!❤
    Day 4: Unfortunately, i took this day off, so no changes!
    Day 5: Done! I'm noticing sloght changes, my clothes feel looser and my belly is shrinking little by little! It's working, yall!❤️
    Day 6: Done! My back and muscles are aching, but that means it's working, noticing changes, and will continue! ❤
    Day 7: Finished ✅️ I did it twice again! I am definitely noticing my lower belly is shrinking. It's taking time, but it works! This workout is amazing, and I'll keep yall updated!! ❤️
    Day 8:Unfortunately, I don't feel well today, so I didn't do them! However, I will say, I have noticed my waist is curvier, and my belly fat is shrinking little by little. I love these exercises and will definitely keep going, so keep looking out for more updates! ❤️😊
    Day 9: 9th Day it done! As I said, it gets easier to do. I still have much belly fat I want to lose, but it's definitely shrinking. These pilates are amazing, and they do work. It's a slow process, but it works!
    Day 10:Done✅️
    Day 11: Day 11 is done! Yay! The leg circles always kill me! As I've said, it really does work. You just need to have patience along with eating healthier too

    Started: 23 of June 2023
    I've done these exercises daily for the past 2-3 weeks (once a day but sometimes 2 times per day)
    I'd say they work pretty well and I won't stop doing them. They're easy compared to other exercises which give the same result.
    My waist has definetelly become smaller and my hips widened and became more round and prominent. Besides that, my stomach is almost flat and its easier now to lose weight.
    I was already skinny so the results didn’t show up for the first week or so but after 2 weeks and a half I really started to see the difference.

    UPDATE 2 WEEKS LATER
    After a month of doing this (I did this almost everyday I think except one or none) and my waist is very visibly small and I've lost a lot of fat around it and on my belly. My legs have become thinner. I chose to do this 2 times per day at the same time, but at the start like the first week I did them once a day then twice then 3 times and now twice again.
    I think I'm going to stop now or at least do another exercise special for abs and do it at the same time with this one!
    UPDATE ANOTHER 2 WEEKS LATER (6-7 weeks since I started doing these)
    I dont think Ill ever stop doing these daily, I do them once a day now and right after I do the kazuha abs workout. Right now I'd say the results are the most prominent, my waist has never been smaller. Its totally worth it and became so easy to do. I love myself more now
    UPDATE 24 oct (4 MONTHS SINCE I STARTED)
    Doing this exercise daily for 4 months now and I dont intend to ever stop, I started to do more exercises per day because these became too easy but oh my god I cant live without them
    UPDATE 5 MAY
    I've been going to gym for a month now!!! so i think i can say thats a good evolution!!! Can't even describe the happiness and results it gives me (I do aerobic clases like 2 per day 3 or more times per week) if you want updates on that I can give you some but idk cause its not related to the video. I think my journey ends here guys!! Maybe ill come back in some months to tell you how is it going if you want!!

    This actually works. If u got no burn, then ur doing it wrong. TIPS
    1. first to get the rhythm of ur breathing, put your hand on you ribs and do big inhales and exhales. Make sure u feel your ribs expand in ur hand when inhaling, then closing when exhaling. Do that for a couple of times
    2. When working out, don't over do it and do it so fast. The more you take your time, the more burn ur gonna feel, when u do it to fast ur not paying attention to your targeted places.
    3. ALWAYS focus on your breathing as well. If your not breathing and flaring you ribs, then you wont get that burn and results you want. the best way to engage your core is to engage it of course and to keep BREATHING in and out.

      @@anisa-ch9lu BUT HEYYY if you are gonna do it, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont starve yourself. This unhealthy habit causes a period/menstrual cycle to pause for 1-12months so be careful!! 💖 That also helps a faster metabolism.. bloating is normal, its better than losing your period!!

    My workout journey!!

    Day 1 : (OMG I FINALLY EXERCISED AFTER MY HOMEWORK) My legs are in pain LMAOO ngl. I’m gonna continue see what happens next. I need to do this!! I WANNA BE SLIMMM
    Day 2 : I did the workoutttt. Tbh nothing has changed yet. But I can’t force my self lol. If I can you guys can too.💪🏻
    Day 3 : I feel that my self looks nicer not much but a bit. I did some of workout easier yeee. I feel confident lollll.
    Day 4 : YK WHAT I ALMOST DO ALL OF THEM EASIER THAN FIRST DAY. but my body doesn’t change yet for now.
    Day 5 : MY WAIST IS MORE CURVED THAN BEFORE NOT MUCH BUT I CAN SEE THE CHANGES OMG
    Day 6 : DIET DIET AND DIETTTTT IT HELPS TOOO. I can so all of the work out easily now hehe.

    Day 1: It was difficult and I did most of it wrong but I just redid it until I got it correct. It burns a lot but I can already see results as I saw my stomach get smaller a bit same with my waist.
    Sorry I forgot to update it but I only did it for 5 days and definitely saw the results after, it's worth the shot

    Unnie I did this workout for a week and lost 4kgs i was 45 now I am 42.2kgs

    Doing this for 2 weeks!
    Waist: 66cm (26 inches)
    ✔️ Day 1: the side leg lifts actually killed me omd
    ✔️ Day 2: felt burns, side leg lift still kills me
    ❌ Day 3: i was too tired to do it, ill do double tmr!
    ❌ Day 4: was sick, didn’t do it
    ✔️Day 5: I did double, the side leg lifts are getting easier!!
    ✔️Day 6: done!
    ✔️Day 7: WOOWHOO 1 WEEK DONE! I can certainly see that my stomach is flatter than it was before, i can’t see any dramatic changes in my waist but it certainly tightened. Excited to see the final results.
    ✔️Day 8: Exercises are getting so much easier now, i also realized that my waist slimmed down by 0.5 inches which is still progress!

    ⚠️UPDATE:⚠️ I have decided to stop this workout and switch to a more challenging workout for faster results, I would 100% recommend this workout to beginners and those who don’t have a lot of time. Thank you for all the reminders

    Your waist pilates are the best!! They're not so easy that you'd feel no burn, and they're not so hard that it makes you give up on the first move. They're just right! Your belly pilates routine is the best out there! Really burns my muscles without wearing me out... i'm so so so grateful for this workout!!! 💗💗💗

    Day 1: Pretty easy!
    Day 2: I really like these workouts bc they don't tire me out too much but they feel like they're working
    Day 3: Done! no noticeable changes yet!
    Day 4: Feeling pretty good about these workouts and might start doing them twice a day
    Day 5: I'm noticing a slight decrease in my waist size!
    Day 6: These are really easy so I might add another waist exercise
    Day 7: I tried on a dress today and was in shock of how my waist looked. I can see some change (not like -20cm but like maybe -4 cm)
    Day 8: My sides BURN
    Day 9: my waist looks slimmer
    Day 10: Done
    UPDATE: so now it's Christmas eve and my waist used to be ~ 30/29 inches, now it's 24.5 inches 🤗

    Tips for my girlies 💓
    Tip 1 : eating !
    Eating healthy is really important! Don't starve yourself but eat 3 meals everyday (1 can have some sugar but try to not eat much sugar) and eat some small snacks if you're rlly hungry like : Apples , eggs without oil , with butter
    Tip 2 : skincare !
    Don't do a 7 step skincare routine , 4 is the minimum ! , always start with water and domt pop youre pimples , also don't sleep with make up on !

    This does work! in 4 days my waist went from 33 inches to 29 inches!I also did this with the 15 min workout full body pilates too! and also did no diet, except for consuming too much sugar and foods that contained any fat,ate slow and never skipped meals ! tysm miss Shirly kim!I appreciate it

      I did this one my first time then I noticed I got SO DAM CONFUSED bc I was gonna do the hourglass pilates and cardio 15 mins but after this one I did it then I did the hourglass pilates and today I confused all of them and did hourglass pilates and the hourglass pilates and cardio but TOTALLY FORGOT ABT THIS ONE 😭

    Скажу сразу,что делаю не только эти упражнения,но так же занимаюсь ещё по двум видео.
    И дополнять комментарий Я буду только когда сделаю все три комплекса упражнений.
    В питании себя не ограничиваю,только стараюсь не есть много вредной еды и конфет.
    День 1.✅ Я чуть не откинулась,вот честно.Думала моё сердце не выдержит.
    День 2.✅Сегодня у меня был очень насыщенный день,думала что не успею сделать.Но в итоге взяла себя в руки и всё сделала.Было тяжело,но тоналка выдержала все три комплекса упражнений.Тоналке ставлю 10/10.
    День 3.✅Сегодня мне все ещё было тяжело,но все равно НАМНОГО легче,чем в первый день.
    День 4.✅Всё сделала.
    День 5.✅Сделала.Самой не верится,что целых пять дней,а не один.

    День 9.❌Не успеваю, к сожалению.Домой вернусь очень поздно,но завтра тогда сделаю два подхода.Утром и вечером.

    day 1: slight burn, but I had already done another exercise before this so...
    day 2: didn't burn until the very end. also the realization that my left side is a lot weaker than my right (which is surprising)
    day 3: little/no burn. left side leg lift was still difficult, but I was actually able to hold myself up.
    day 4: i did do it i just forgot😭😭
    day 5: didn't do it so now i gotta restart

    I actually did these exercises every day this summer. The result was that after two weeks I had a slimmer waist and the beginnings of abs. I had stopped because of my summer job and my studies, but now I am very motivated to resume these exercises. Thank you so much for these videos !     For anyone who wants to it does work I've been doing it for a few months and it makes you body feel new without making you sweaty and put of breath. One thing I learned is to be continues with this and don't move on to another workout once you get results from this one. You get more results sticking to the same workout.

      @@ichijixi im not a workout specialist as everyone know everybody is different.. but if your trying to loose weight then yes i would do alot of cardio along with this workout to tone my body. but if your already somewhat fir with a little weight you can do this without to much cardio since this already gets your heart going a little and burns fat within abt 1-2 weeks. make sure to breath when doing so, so that your muscles can get the oxygen it needs. and drink water. Hope you get the results you want.

    ౨ৎ Current belly: 66cm
    ✅ Day 1 = it was a bit hard but i did it!
    ✅ Day 2 = i couldn’t do this 6:41 I felt like rubbing my thighs🧍🏻‍♀️but the rest were much easier than yesterday
    🚮 Day 3 = I didn’t workout today cuz i was feeling sick and low heartbeat
    ✅ Day 4 = I feel much better now that im back on track but still can’t do this 6:41 again felt like rubbing my thighs
    Disclaimer: I'm doing it early in the morning on an empty stomach also with a “portion control program” & 20 min full-body stretching & thighs workout🙂‍↕️

    day 1: ✅ burned slightly, did some exercises wrong
    day 2: ✅ one of the exercises were so hard to do, slightly burned
    day 3: ✅ no changes yet, i still cant do the side leg exercise & my mom walked in to me exercising byee..
    day 4: ✅ slightly burned but not in my stomach.. my goal is to eat more healthier and maybe ill start seeing more changes.
    day 5: ✅ im starting to get the hang of the exercises and i finally know how to do the side leg exercise !! no changes yet tho (my arms burned the most)
    day 6: ✖️didn’t feel like extercising today but tmr ill do this abt 3 times ! but omg when i woke up i saw a change, i realized from the side my i could tell my waist got 100% smaller but in the front, my waist looks wide
    one week recap:
    day 7: ✅ week one done! i noticed my waist from the side got more smaller although while doing this exercise, i only felt the burn in my legs & arms even when i believe im doing the exercise right. i will be doing another week of this !

    day 9: ✅ i have break so i hope i start seeing a big difference after break!

    day 11: ✅ i woke up and i saw a difference 😱 i realized my waist got more smaller and kinda curvy

    i decided to stop doing this exercise because over the time, it got easier for me and i want more competition! although this exercise was very affective but since im already slim, i started seeing results after 2 weeks. a tip is to do it twice a day (in the morning and night) and also to stop binge eating!

    Doing this twice a day!!
    Day 1: I feel the same as before, but that's because it's only day one lol
    Day 2: I can for sure tell its working! I feel very sore but i already see a tiny little difference.
    Day three: took a break bc I didn't have time :(
    Day 4: seeing some small changes, doesn’t hurt as much.
    Day 5: same as day 4! But I've noticed that the leg lifts and circles hurt so much and feel impossible 😭 (at least the lifts) but the saw thing is actually my favorite and is very easy!
    Day 6: i only did it once today. I dont see much difference today. But i am very sore lol
    Day 7: did it once today as i spent the end of the day with a friend. I felt the same as before. I'm not seeing many results :(

    (I have already done this exercise a few months ago for a few days and I became a little toned.)
    DAY 1 - ✅ Already saw a difference, toned belly. Not really sore, just out of breath
    DAY 2 - ❌ legs too sore from another exercise, couldnt do it 😞🙏🏻
    DAY 3 - ✅ Pretty much the same as day 1
    DAY 4 - ✅ A lot easier to do, but i was kind of in a rush so i dunno if i did them right. The ab workouts killed me though.

    FINISHED EARLY🙌🏼
    Day 1:✅ it was so painful, I was so sore after
    Day 2:✅ got used it half of it, I felt more energized
    Day 3:✅ I made it through, I felt the burn
    Day 4:✅ I see some slight changes on my waist, it looks a bit smaller
    Day 5:✅ my waist is definitely getting smaller, my stomach is too
    Day 6:✅ I decided to do her full body workout video along with this one, I was sweating like a pig but made it
    Day 7: ❌ My body was in so much pain I needed a break

    Doing this at 5:30AM everyday! Wish me luck for the dream body!!
    FYI I "exercise" for 35mins every morning, with 5min stretch, 10min glutes, 10min waist (this video), 10min face yoga, and an additional jog on weekends!
    Day 1: ✅ I had to take some rest breaks admittedly, some exercises were easy but some were so difficult
    Day 2: ✅ I completed the whole routine correctly! But I'm not exactly feeling a burn most of the time, I think I need to follow the breathing instructions better
    Day 3: ✅ Slept through my alarm and didn't have time to do this in the morning, but managed to do it just now in the evening! Realised I was doing some exercises inaccurately and now i can feel that burn lol!
    Day 4: ❌ Didn't do it! Because I had a busy day, I feel bad for not being able to, promise will get to it tomorrow!
    Day 5: ✅ Back on track! And feeling much better than yesterday, getting better at these exercises!
    Day 6: ✅ Done first thing in the morning! Almost reached a week!
    Day 7: ✅ Honestly didn't feel like doing it at all, but i pushed myself and first time i could fully complete the Side Leg Lift! It's about discipline not motivation!
    Day 8: ✅ Done! Woke up at 5AM today so I had more time in the morning :) First thing I did was this!

      if u wanna make this actually work more and wanna do make the process faster, Make sure to sleep atleast 8 hours, do this workout like 2-3 times a day, do this everyday, eat less and healthy, Drink alot of water, walk outside 2-3 times a day, and do this for 2-3 weeks and u will get ur results!

    Day one:✅ it was hard as expected
    Day two:✅ very easy surprisingly
    Day three:✅ harder then day two but easier than day one, I don’t see any difference but I do feel them

    Day 6: ✅ I’m so proud of how far I’ve gotten so far! I can’t give a weight update because I need to get batteries for my scales but will definitely continue updating! ❤❤
    Day 7: ✅ forgot to update due to being a little busy but I did complete it and have decided to add a light leg workout afterward as well 😊❤
    Day 8: ✅ definitely get the sweat today! My weight has gone up again due to my periods being close but I will try to drop it as quick as possible! ✨😆
    Day 9: ✅ so proud of myself for keeping up! I’m going to try and do her K-pop cardio exercise 2-3 times a week to help speed up the weight loss process! ❤
    Day 10: ✅Doing this alongside the K-pop body workout is a game changer! I weighed 57.7kg yesterday! This is the lowest I’ve been in almost 3 1/2 years!!! 🎉🎉
    Day 11: ❌ got my period today so I will be resting! Since today is New Year’s Eve I will make sure to workout tmr as I will be eating a lot! HAPPY NEW YEARS EVE EVERYBODY! ❤🎉
    Day 12: ✅ HAPPY NEW YEARS EVERYONE!!! I’m so glad that I was able to start the year with such a wonderfull workout😊
    Day 13: ❌ had my first interview today so I was busy getting ready. Did do some debloating stretches in the evening after a big meal though. 😊😢
    Day 14: ✅ I was surprisingly tired after todays workout! But I was glad I could push through ❤
    Day 15: ❌ I ended up collapsing after forgetting to have breakfast yesterday so I’m going to rest my body today. 😮😊
    Day 16: ✅ I stopped working out for a while and stopped cardio so my weight has gone back up to 58.3kg😢❤
    Day 17: ✅I am still the same weight as yesterday so I’m going back to doing intense cardio as I want to at least be 56kg for when school starts. ✊❤
    Day 18: ❌I have a very busy day ahead and don’t have time to work out today 😢😊
    I have decided to stop this workout due to my weight creeping to almost 59kg again. This is due to my inconsistency but I also want to focus on weight loss before I start trying to slim my waist and toning my body.     Day 1-✅ I’ve done similar workouts so I felt a burn but not to much
    Day 2-✅ felt so good. Loved the burn
    Day 3-✅ I’m pretty sure I did one exercise wrong but was so fun
    Day 4-✅ pushed myself today. Definitely felt a burn
    Day 5-✅ starting to eat healthier and seeing some smalls changes

    So far I am roughly 2 months and almost four weeks weeks into this workout. To be more specific, I pair this with the 10 min full body workout for a full 20-minutes session. I do two sessions a day.
    To anyone who feels like giving up or that results won’t happen, get rid of that mindset!
    I saw results in the first two weeks, and from what I’ve learned, consistency is the key to everything. Here are the notes word-for-word from the journal I wrote in for progress.
    (MONTH ONE)
    Week one: Waist definitely got a bit smaller, and my hips are more rounded. Overall my torso seems a bit more defined and my stomach got flat
    Week two: Waist got slightly more smaller, legs longer/slimmer, and height slightly taller. I also lost a lot of back fat.
    Week three: Torso slimmed down, my waist is smaller and I have more accentuated curves
    Week four: Waist smaller, hips slightly more rounded
    (MONTH 2)
    Week five: Torso slimmed down a bit more, waist smaller. (Started to slack a little bit here lol)
    Week six: (Break)
    Week seven: Every other day, small changes
    So far I’m in the beginning of week eight, so I’ll try to update when I remember. I lost 5-6 lbs since working out. I eat a healthy diet of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I usually tend to eat chicken salads for lunch and am more lenient with breakfast and dinner ^^
    I’d be happy to answer any questions as well! Remember to keep going and to never quit! The amount of progress and results is made by the effort you put into it.

    I’ve been doing 3 workouts of kims. I’m 11 years old. I know you might be thinking it’s not necessary to workout as a child, as my body will take its shape as I get older but I just want to be healthy. I’m doing my best. Not necessarily to lose weight but to get a slimmer waist as I get older. My mom works out a lot so I want to be healthy like she is!
    Day 1: ✅ awesome. Felt great and afterwards took a shower :)
    Day 2: ✅ today! Just did 3 of hers :) I feel good. My goal is to do about a week.
    Day 3: ❌ I did about half of one video and there was a bug and I hate bugs so i decided to just miss that day 😅
    Day 4: ✅ I did this video and another video that was about 7 minutes and very challenging! Felt great and honestly can really see a little difference! I don’t want to get too obsessed with working out as it is unhealthy to have that mindset as a child so im doing different ones a day :)
    Day 5: ❌ I couldn’t do it because i went to a wedding! I’ll double it tomorrow ❤
    I’ve moved on to an easier workout so I dont lose as much weight :)

    (I do heavy cardio as well)
    Day 1: some workouts were difficult to do because of my bad core strength but I feel nice!!
    Day 2: I did an extra cardio workout so this made me feel on fire!
    Day 3: fine, workouts got a tiny bit easier
    Day 4: the way I see a little results is nice. It got a lot easier
    Day 5: my core is definitely somewhat stronger, feels way more faster now and easier
    Day 6: family day so I didn’t do
    Day 7: definitely easier my family says they see some changes in my body
    Day 8: I totally forgot to write yesterday but it’s definitely easier
    Day 9: easy, I’ve been getting compliments from my family saying I look slimmer

      Saaaame I started June 22 and planning to do this until August 21. I also brisk walk for 30 minutes and on a healthy calorie deficit that has minimal sugar and fats. For reference I am 5’1 and 125 lbs exact. Good luck to you on this 🫶🏽

    Day 1: Ouch I could definitely feel the burn but it is a lot easier than other ones that I’ve done
    Day 2: wasn’t able to do it but I’ll double tomorrow
    Day 3: still burns but I was able to do all of the moves and take less breaks
    Day 4: couldn’t
    Day 5: did double to make up for yesterday and it feels better and I was able to do most of them correctly with no breaks and I am starting to see a little change in my stomach it it looking more toned and my waist and hips are more defined
    Like to remind me!!!

    I started doing this yesterday for 14 days!
    Day 1 - ✅ I found some of the exercises pretty exhausting since I have never done any kind of pilates before but I'm not sore so it's alright!
    Day 2 - ✅ I did them more easily and surprisingly i like the burn!
    Day 3 - ✅except from that i went to volleyball practice in the morning and then walked to school instead of taking the bus, i think i did pretty good.
    Day 4 - ✅ i was a bit sore from all i did yesterday but i feel like it's getting easier every day
    Day 5 - ✅ i went to volleyball practice in the morning and did this at 5 pm after i got some rest, and i think i'm seeing some results :)
    Day 6 - ✅today i'm having more of a rest day but of course i couldn't skip! it keeps getting easier and i don't feel as much pressure anymore!
    Day 7 - ✅ did it in the morning
    Day 8 - ✅ i think i have some problem with my leg so i was a lot more careful doing all the stuff but it was alright
    Day 9 - ❌ sadly i couldn't do it because my foot really hurt but i went to the doctor's turns out it's nothing serious and the pain is almost gone

    So I'm gonna try this , I'm not the best with workouts , I'm very lazy 💀 but I got the motivation to do this my wait is 32 inches rn , I'm not gonna weight myself because that scale is really bad for my mental health

    Day 2 : ☑️ definitely felt the burn , my body was a bit soar from yesterday , I also got the hang of side leg lift pose . Also got the motivation to weight myself today it's 73 kg and my height is 5'4 don't come at me for being over weight

    Day 4 : ☑️ I don't think I did it correctly today I'm kinda in a hurry I have to leave the house in a few minutes
    Day 5 : ☑️ I don't feel the best today but still tried exercising
    Edit : I'm going to keep doing this workout when I get time , school is very hectic but this workout is somehow very energizing for me it also motivated me to try other workouts , you guys should definitely try :)

    Day 1: I didn’t see any results but it was a very good workout
    Day 2: I still don’t see any results but I’m gonna keep doing this workout for longer because this is only day 2.
    Day 3: I’m starting to see some small results! My waist got a little bit smaller and this workout is working! I’m gonna keep trying this!
    Day 4: I think my waist got a bit smaller! I’m gonna keep doing this until day 7 though.

    Guys I’ve been doing this for about 2 weeks now due to some gut health issues and BLOATING IS GONE, im visbly more toned, I can see my stomach shrinking. LITERALLY GAVE ME A ⌛️ this workout will change your life DRAMATICALLY. I feel much more confident and strong in my body.

    Day 1: completed!
    Day 2: completed!
    Day 3: omg I felt the burn alottt but done!
    Day 4: skipped
    Day 5: skipped
    Day 6: completed (the workout was harder)
    Day 7: completed (this time it was easier)
    1 week review:
    My stomach got a lot flatter and it was slightly hourglass yk, see y'all tomorrow (for week 2)
