Kat when i was in college i started doing healthy living diet during 20s in my age. My dad is planning our meal always. Doing budget things is almost challenging
Thanks sa ideas. Gusto ko yung breakfast at lunch ideas. Doon sa dinner na pancit canton ang ginagawa ko ay hinanaluan ko ng carrots and/or cabbage na pinakulo. Mas masarap para sa akin hehe kesa plain pancit canton lang. Same rin kahit mami ang gagawin ko. Itatry ko rin ang tofu na may bell pepper one time. :)
Regarding sa pancit canton and any instant noodles, what I do is ditch 1/4 of the noodles to reduce calories, don't use that packaged oil but instead substitute with Sesame oil mas healthier, may bottle naman na tag 89Php or minsan baka may makita kayo na naka sachet lang magagamit din yun ng ilang beses... but as she said don't eat those often pag wala lng choice talaga at gutom na gutom ka.. add mixed veggies and protein para maging healthier pa ang instant noodles and add a whole egg for a complete lunch meal.. not advisable sa dinner or snack.. and if you got your instant noodles already be sure not to eat any salty foods for the rest of the day to reduce bloating... sa sodium content pa lang ng mga instant noodles is good for 1 day na

Hello senorita. 🙂 Can you get avocados in Philipines ? One of my favorite meals is smoked salmon, poached eggs, chopped tomatoes, cream cheese, on seeded boule bread. Top that with dill or coriander or maybe basil. You can also grind some cracked peppercorns and pink salt over it. Which makes it extra delicious! 😋🤤
Grbe parang dko kaya ganito kaunti. Pero depende siguro tlaga sa diet. As for my experience i was 60 kg before but now i weigh 47 kg 😊 . Matinding dedication talaga bago ko naabot ung ideal weight na gusto ko, as for me inaraw araw ko talaga ang exercise and sinamahan na din ng diet. For one day half rice lang ako at ang dinner ko egg at apple lang tas sa gabi ako ng wowork out. So far naging effective sya sa akin. Kapag pumayat ka na literal na pinagpawisan mo talaga masarap sa feeling 😊
Ate kath request lang po. Gawa po kayo ng mukbang videos niyo. Karamihan po kasi ng mukbangers maraming kinakain pero di tumataba ngay. Hope gumawa ka ng mukbang videos 💙👍
@@giaomila3956 its okay lang to deficit depends on her basta hindi po bababa sa 1200kcal because that's too unrealistic. I do 1400 and 1500 pero busog na ako throughout the day because I focused more on high protein foods
@@giaomila3956 yes totoo yan. If sinasabayan ng workout and masyadong mababa ang deficit pwedeng mawala ang monthly period kasi kulang ang nakukuha sa katawan natin. Yes I agree with you kung nagwoworkout tapos mababa ang deficit
