Dapat max of 6 weeks lang ang intense dieting then slowly work your way up (+50 cal/week) until she reaches her maintenance calories (use a macro calculator). Or if hindi pa siya kuntento sa physique niya, -500cal lang dapat below maintenance calories. Dont go intensely below that number. It pays to do your research din. Legit, because your metabolism slows down, the weight can rebound fast. Huwag niyong sanayin ng sobrang kaunti kasi kapag kumain na ulit kayo ng normal, babalik at babalik yung timbang niyo. Don't seek immediate gratification of your weight loss goals. Paghirapan niyo kasi mas worth it yun.

J Espiel I eat a lot of rice with healthy side dishes and I maintain my 95 to 100 lbs. I don’t eat junk foods though or any heavy fried food. I only drink water and tea and I don’t snack. I don’t think rice will make you fat.

What made me determined na magbawas timbang ,was when my blood na yong poo ko. I was 94.5 kgs that time. Kung kayat nag search sa you tube papaano magpapayat. Because I was very impatient at ayaw ko matagal result, hinanap ko yong diet na madali result. At yon nakita ko military diet. It was my starting diet plan. It works for me 3 days without exercise , 3 kilo nabawas..after military diet nag count na ako nang calories .. and now I'm 67.5 kgs. Still not on my target weight , but I know I'm getting there.

Ako ang tip ko lang bilang dating 67kg down to 53kg in 3months is avoid the food na madali mag bacteria sa loob ng tummy.Bacteria and Food ng bacteria(sweets)is d real culprit in gaining wait i swear..Something with sugar makes your gut bad bacteria happy...Make it a habbit to take probiotic capsule also instead of any unknown diet pills...
Believe it or not,in my experience its true..PROBIOTIC WITH HIGH STRAIN IS THE KEY.
Reminder:
Dont take any form of probiotics with hot water..hot water may kill the good bacteria of the probiotics.

J Espiel I eat a lot of rice with healthy side dishes and I maintain my 95 to 100 lbs. I don’t eat junk foods though or any heavy fried food. I only drink water and tea and I don’t snack. I don’t think rice will make you fat.
@@prescillaolangcay6055 i ate a lot of rice then, was able to consume 5-6 cups per meal ended up weighing 96kg. When I started eliminating rice from my diet , I lost almost 20kg in the process.... Now my weight stayed 60 kg or less...Eating a lot of rice was my major weight contributor.

I hate the Title! It wasn't REAL QUICK seriously. It takes Action, Discipline, Willpower to do it. It doesn't just happen! It takes time! It takes either motivation or desperation to lose weight! It takes overcoming self-doubt and discouragement from people around you! Again, it wasn't real quick at all!

Pasensya at determination ang secret sa pagpapayat. Pagwala ito , Hindi ka successful, Know your reason bat kailangan mo magbawas timbang. What made me determined na magbawas timbang ,was when my blood na yong poo ko. I was 94.5 kgs that time. Kung kayat nag search sa you tube papaano magpapayat. Because I was very impatient at ayaw ko matagal result, hinanap ko yong diet na madali result. At yon nakita ko military diet. It was my starting diet plan. It works for me 3 days without exercise , 3 kilo nabawas..after military diet nag count na ako nang calories .. and now I'm 67.5 kgs. Still not on my target weight , but I know I'm getting there.
