We will get your heart-pumping cardio and feeling good all from a standing position. We'll do everything in 5 minute blocks and 45 second intervals. Options for all fitness levels.     I know this is 3 years old but I loved this workout. I also love how you talk through your workouts and inspire us to keep pushing! too many youtube workouts are silent and I find them much harder to do. I added some 5 and 8lb dumbells and a stepper to this workout for some added burn. I love how easy it is to make these workouts your own.

    Loved this cardio. So challenging but I know that just means I’m getting stronger. I never could have done this when I started 5 months ago because I was so out of shape. Thank you for the constant reminders that we are strong and for your positive encouragement in each workout!!! It truly makes an impact!!!

    Normally I like to do workouts with dumbbells, but then I came across this one.
    Amazing. You can't stop sweating ... Amy, thank you so much. Please keep them producing. Also the time - 30 minutes is ideal.

    Thank you for always encouraging us to listen to our bodies! I've got knee problems and so many other workout videos make me sad when I can't do the moves like I used to.     WooHoo! My walking buddy bailed, so got to this a day early. Had to scale back the intensity some as energy isn't all back after last night's blood donation, plus working much of today with only half a crew. But loved the all standing (have to remember to search for that tag), & will enjoy this one periodically. Thanks, Amy!

    I can't wait to do this workout today. I injured my chest muscle playing volleyball with the family and can't get down on the floor right now. I am so grateful for all your workout options and modifications. I don't know what I would do without them. It's so hard for me to not workout.     Loved it. Love standing work outs, my knees don't like being on the ground (hurts so much) so have to look for your other standing workouts.

    Can't wait to try this! I previewed, and see no joint issues, or needing to pause to get down on the floor and back up. I can keep it low impact but modify to increase intensity. Donated blood this evening, and tomorrow I'm walking with a friend after work, but next night I have a date with this routine!

    Amy this was great! I sprained my peck muscle so most workouts have been hard to do but I was able to modify this and got a great workout! You're the best!

    A wonderful all standing cardio HIIT workout that kept me moving throughout the whole 30 minutes with plenty of hi-low options. I certainly got a good sparkling sweat going and it kept my heartrate up the whole time!

    I like repeats & I like no repeats. Every one of your videos are fun & effective and different. This 30 min workout felt like 15. If I was feeling better, I might have started from the beginning again! But it was a perfect cardio class for a bad back.

    I LOVE your videos, I truly appreciate you doing this and keeping it free for those who are on a tight budget and can't afford to purchase a subscription. I first came across your page a little over 4 years ago, when I was pregnant and looking for good prenatal workout videos but I keep coming back becasue I feel like I actually get a good workout when I use your videos as a guide. I have tried other workout pages on TH-cam and they just do not compare to yours! Thank you, Amy!
