    This 26 minute workout uses bodyweight exercises all from a standing position to burn calories and blast fat with cardio, while also strengthening and toning your entire core. Sculpt your abs and get your heart pumping. No equipment required. Safe for prenatal, postnatal and diastasis recti. Options for all fitness levels.

    One of my lockdown faves - great pace and intensity options plus I LOVE that you can do this in a smaller space without messing about with mats and dumbbells every time. Always sweating tons afterwards!!! More standing ones would be great too as I find them easier to flow through the routine without getting up and down every 2 mins 👌🏼❤️

    Hi Amy. This is Day16 of movement restriction order in Malaysia and I find this video so helpful. I have been following you few years back and your videos always help me get my exercise in track. However since MCO I haven’t have the mood to exercise until this video.. it’s simple yet can be demanding when you up the intensity. So thanks.. I found the joy in exercising again.. Before this video, my go to exercise is cardio tabata and the box and burn ones.. but somehow this unusual situation just makes me feel.. lethargic.. so thanks again for this video, hope you and your family are well.

    OMG! you hoped my heart was pumping but GIRL! It jumped out and jumped back in! Your channel is a success for a mama of 5 like me... with 15 months post partum.I stay on one video for 2 weeks and then on to another.. this is my 3rd and I'm sweating like crazy and my diastasis is not getting worse... actually it's closing in... Thank you so much for all you do.. GOD BLESS YOU!!!

    Loved this workout Amy! I'm a fan of kickboxing cause it's so much core work! I kept moving up and back on the punch moves and got a great sweat going1 This 66 year old grandma loves to workout! You are the best!

    Awesome workout! I struggled with the twisting jump and arms coordination but boy did it give me a good laugh trying to get it right. I eventually did and it was super fun! Thanks for another great challenging and fun workout! :)

    I was so gratified to see you use a towel. I am a dripping mess by the end of the workout. Other workout videos the instructor finishes looking as if she just stepped out of a salon, feels fake. Great workout. Many thanks
