    i’ve been doing Bodyfit by Amy Tabata workout for years, the same one ! and I happen to just look at this. This one challenged me to no end, and I am in good shape. Plus it’s only 30 minutes. Bravo Amy, once again. Thank you!

    I have done this workout several (at least 10-15) times & I love it! I have to mention that your comment at the end makes me smile and laugh out loud every single time. It’s at minute 1:07 at the end when you say, “that last one got me, let’s be honest, they all got me.” I love it! Thanks for being real & for all you do!

    Jeepers. That was killer. I made it until the runners lunge in the 3rd round without feeling ready to throw up though... so next time I’ll see if it takes longer! (I didn’t... I finished it... just felt like it!)
    Thanks for another great one. I can feel the cardio endurance building back up! Love it!

    Yes!!! This is a tough workout but I loved it!!! I mostly did the higher intensity versions of the exercises. Round 1 really got my heart pumping. Round 2 I was really feeling it. Round 3 I found an amazing spark of energy and finished strong! Awesome workout! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❗👍

    This was great, sweaty workout without weights! I've been working out with you for a while, so I know I would have been very winded a few months ago. I was happy to keep up with this longer, cardio one! I actually liked doing the third round when we got there.

    Would love more videos like this that are cardio challenge with no equipment, this length and basically non stop moving ( with the interval rests). I burn about 400 calories on this one!

    Found this one from your IG story yesterday and glad I did! That was an amazing workout. I like the archive workouts as I find they are quite hard compared to the newer ones. Thanks for reminding us of these older videos we may have missed.

    Moved this one to my favorites! It is one of the best ones that had me in my peak heart zone and cardio as well for almost the entire workout! The 'fire' workout from yesterday and now this one, whew....I'm pooped but feel great! I love the basic moves in this workout that don't confuse my mind lol and yet get my heart rate up so well. I hope to see more like it! :) xx

    Ha! Figured out how to make this work for me--a flexible & fairly fit senior with joint issues. I keep to the low impact options, do walk out on fists (can't put body weight on wrists), but reach above my head between moves to keep heart rate up. And after the second round, lowered volume to eliminate the "pep talk" to push harder, and cut my speed to maintain form and finish, freely sweating, but feeling safe. Yes!

    I like the variety and the modifications--and the early warning that if it starts feeling too hard, you should take it down a notch. So it's really annoying to have the final round filled with exhortations to "push it! you're almost done!" that get more and more strident. I have to lower the volume to near mute to make it through the last several moves with sanity and sense of safety intact.

    Third time I've done this and its the first time I made it to the end. Gotta say though that I did mostly the low impact options on the last rep. Now off to do the standings abs workout.

    This workout kicks ass! By third round I’m dying in a good way! So curious how many calories this burns it’s gotta be a lot and not to mention increased burn for rest of day!

    This workout honestly was o.k.i sweated not alot, completed all moves and never gave up. I sweated towards end of round 2 onto round 3. 🖒

    i almost breakout at the end of the last 4 mins workout after the kneel n punch , i felt my vision was getting black and tightness on my chest, i hold on my closet and grasped a few deep breath and ended the session early.
