    I cannot thank you enough for the low impact versions. I have problems with just about every joint from the hips down and the li exercises in your video really helped me feel better. There's a lot of people who don't even consider joint issues or beginners when making videos so I appreciate it. For once I could do a whole video without being in pain!

    Amy, thank you SO much for helping this SAH-schooling mama get a sweat-drenching, empowering work-out in. I have been doing this Tabata routine for almost a year now. It is my favorite! I always feel great after this work-out. My little one wakes up refreshed from a nap, and I feel good about making a healthy choice. So grateful for the work you do!

    I did this workout for the first time last year and it was so hard I barley finished it. I wanted some extra cardio today so I decided to challenge myself with a longer bonus workout and this was great. I can see and feel my progress since last year. This workout didn't kill me this time. This is a great cardio workout for when I just can't do anymore planks! Lol

    I'm really enjoying this, not because I can do all of it, but because your encouragement to those who can not do all of it but to also encourage to push through if you can and it's ok. I'm just trying to keep moving, according to my ability. The quality of the video is very nice too.

    I know this video is 2 years old but I just did and the 20 seconds works so well for me! I don't get so exhausted that I can't carry on but I definitely feel my heart and pulse all over especially in my ears! I was also as bright as a tomato and sweating at the end! Also I love the fact THERES NO BURPEES! They kill me and always put me off HIIT because I have weak wrists but this was perfect! Thank you :)

    Love this workout! I did a Tabata class at my gym and loved it, but it's offered at such inconvenient times. Love that I can do this at home, and I don't need anything special to do it! Great job with this one. I also appreciate your energy.

    Amy I LOVE this work out! I do it at least 3 times a week and I never find myself thinking .... "gosh this is dragging" or are we nearly done yet?" love the super fast pace and the moves are easy but challenging enough that I am sweating and panting by the end. Thanks so much!

    Hi Amy, I've been looking for a good tabata workout and this is just what I have been looking for. In answer to your question Violet, I wore my sports watch and the whole workout burned 355 calories for me! Whoohoo! This workout seems so short and it makes me a sweaty mess - wonderful!

    Thank you for this workout! I LOVED it! I'll be doing this one again, most def! My whole body felt it, and it was a great way to start my day. I'm on a weight loss journey and cardio is life right now. I was able to power through the whole thing with only some of the moderations.

    This was the perfect workout for me today, thanks! My hip was a little sore from all my running, so I mixed it up with these moves. I did low-impact for a change. Still a sweaty mess after a half hour! Subscribed and liking!

    Years ago I used to do this workout at least once a week and it was tough! Now after 3 years of following the Bodyfit By Amy monthly workout calendars I decided to see if this would still be hard for me. It was a breeze! I would love an updated version of this with some new moves 💪.

    I simply love this workout. Even if you do low or high impact you seriously sweat like crazy. Well in my case I sweated like crazy. Haha. I have recently plateaued and been trying to find new workout vids to help me get out this stage and I must say I think I found it. I can't wait to try your other workout videos. :D.     I totally agree w/ Ally below, & appreciate your reply. As I warned my Spark People teams, only try this if you want to challenge yourself and are ready to SWEAT! I'm a senior w/ joint issues & stuck with the low impact versions, and admit I faltered at 20 minutes, not sure I could finish. But I figured that's 2 more rounds with a minute in between, so I backed off a little bit, but finished all the rounds, guzzling water and mopping sweat during those 10 second rest periods. I may not do this one frequently, but I'm hoping to see my endurance increase as I return to periodically. Thank you, Amy!

    What a fantastic workout! I am avoiding the gym because of the insanity that the new year crowds bring so I wanted to do a good workout at home and this delivered! Great cueing, great instructor. Wish the music could be better but hey otherwise INCREDIBLE.

    I burn the same amount if not more calories doing this workout as I do walking for an hour at the gym! Love it!
