Thanks for this standing workout. I have radiculopathy on both hands and can't tolerate too much weight bearing on them, hence I don't like mat exercise. This routine is a great full body workout.

what an amazing workout. two exercises almost made me quit. the sumo squats with calf raises and jumping squat ball slams. omg the quads were burning.
