    I'm a therapist and I had 30 minutes before a session. I was feeling unsettled and I decided to do this. I feel so much more grounded and confident. Feeling like I achieved something doing this workout. Thank you Juliana.

    I really like this couple’s channel, and I found this workout challenging and energizing - but like many of their videos, I found it to be too hard on the wrists! For those like me with wrist issues such as carpal tunnel, I encourage modifying the moves by dropping to the forearms. Still a great flow without risk of injury by spending too much time putting pressure on the wrists.

      That’s exactly where I had trouble too! She’s like “the only thing moving should be your hand reaching up” meanwhile my entire body is shaking cause my wrist is about to give out hahaha
