    Hope you guys enjoy this quick and effective core workout. This is something we personally add at the end of our daily practice!
    So...who's joining us for the 10 day challenge?! The challenge requires you to commit only 20 mins per day and I promise you the results will be worth it!

    I just have to say I work out my abs every day and this little workout realllly takes it out of me. The strength you must have to be able to do the second half of that workout without stopping, making it look easy and smiling! You really are something.

    I’m absolutely amazed by the flexibility this amazing women has. Everyone I know excuses my athletic body and flexibility to being “young” and yes it does come into play but if you continue to workout on yourself, stretch and move you body everyday .. you too can be just like boho beautiful at any age. There’s 70 year olds who can do splits and handstands. Take care of your body and you will forever be able to have a great range of motion and your body will feel good!

      You're not only young, but naive as well. This woman in the video was professional gymnast-contortionist since she was 5!!! She developed her stretch THERE, not through yoga exercises. No chance a 30 y. o. woman from scratch will get that flexibility through yoga exercises. Think depression before you write something 😉

    I incorporated this video in my daily workout. I just recently started working out again after a year! Lol.
    Day 1 - couldn’t make it after the hip dip + knee tap
    Day 2 - could kinda make it to the hip dip + knee tap
    Day 3 - made it to the hip dips on both sides 🎉
    Day - made it through the whole workout!! I feel phenomenal

      I have been following you for over four years now and have found Boho endlessy beneficial. Your classes are so calming and nourishing. However I have found myself with a prolapse after my third child. Would it be possible to have a class that focuses on healing and strengthening prolapse. There are other workshops but I really don't want to move away from Boho beautiful 🙏💕

    After the 14-day yoga journey in January, I started incorporating more of your intense practices into my daily yoga with you and I have to say that results are HERE! I was never into core practices, didn't like this burning feeling, couldn't last longer than 5 min and so on ...but NOW I'm looking forward to them, they don't scare me anymore and I became stronger not only in my body, but also in my mind: I'm capable to control my thoughts and be aware of when I get distracted and should come back to my true, peaceful self.
    Thank you for bringing so many wonderful people to this chanell and helping us to return to ourselves!
    P.S: Love the cinematography! I am amazed by these close-shots and how you film nature and then put it all together with this incredible music!

    I used to do your core workouts every day right after I finished my yoga class and it makes me super strong in my handstands, forearmstands and actually all balancing poses but than I stopped doing these workouts and my core got weaker every day. SO here I am finished this AMAZING workout and forgot how hard and challenging these short workouts are. But I love and enjoy them and the results are super quick I can see the differences in like three days haha. Thank you Juliana and Mark. You are the best. Namaste

    Currently on a journey of mental and physical strength, I think I'm going to attempt this challenge to try and conquer this workout. May take longer than 10 days, who knows. But once I get through this workout without stopping, I'll know when I have achieved this goal. I'll try and update :)
    UPDATES:
    Day 1 + 2: Getting to know the workout. The first time was killer but I got to the end (not without many rests though aha). The first half of the exercises is doable for me, but once it gets to the planks my arms feel like they're about to snap off. Welp it's a learning process. I'm gonna take a day off tomorrow to get rid of some of this soreness though :)
    Day 3: REST (but did an arm workout instead)
    DAY 4: Arms still hurt from the workout I did yesterday, so I rested again
    DAY 5: The first half of the workout was a lot easier than before, I managed to hold a side plank for a bit before I collapsed on myself (still an improvement though!). The plank section was more bearable but it still kills me, and I feel it in my arms more than anything
    DAY 6: Best I've ever done at this workout. Couldn't do the side planks but I basically did everything else. Took some breaks but I really pulled through on the workouts I was struggling with (the hip dips + knee taps)
    DAY 7: Active Rest Day
    DAY 8: This workout just keeps getting better for me. I managed to do an alternative side plank on my knees that still worked my obliques and I managed to do all of the needed reps for each exercise although I took a few breaks. Such a fulfilling workout! Give it a week and I'll probably be able to do it without stopping :)

    i did this workout and took so many breaks because of how challenging it is for me! But i won't give up and ill do it everyday to track how my core strength improves as times goes on.

    Great abb workouts. Please in the future add some sort of timer with each sep. Thong 30 secs on 1 min of twist.
    Whatever it's easier to keep track of

    Definitely a hard workout. Even as challenging as it was it did go by very quickly. I love boho beautiful bc of the variety of sessions offered... Length of time. Focused. All over. Beginner to intermediate. Cardio to stretch. And calming meditation. You can always find something to suit your needs.💯🤍💌
