      Sooo graceful! I’ve never stuck with someone as long as I’ve stuck with you! You just keep me coming back for more. It’s more than working out for me now, it’s a lifestyle. I’m 38 with 2 little girls and I’m more confident about my body than I’ve been in my entire life.

      She used to be a professional athlete, I think a rhythmic gymnast or something like that, so that is probably what makes the difference between her and other yoga teachers. She has awesome body control and strength!

      I am pretty sure these are prerecorded. If you look at her current photos, she clearly has a visible tummy whereas here she’s pretty flat and you don’t move around like this when you’re pregnant 🤣 I’m still waiting on her to throw in some prenatal yoga 🤦🏼‍♀️
