Today was a harsh day for me. I have EDS with chronic pain and fatigue, and I was barely able to stand all day because of a very low blood pressure. This practice was exactly what I needed and I can't thank you enough for it. It wouldn't have been possible to do more today anyway so it's very comforting to find a practise I can actually do even in a very bad day like this. Thanks again !! 🙏🏻
