Mooladhara decides our roots, our physical health and impacts how grounded we feel. Practising asanas like Malasana, Upavishtakonasana & Veerbhadrasana strengthen this Chakra 🔴
Swadishthana is the storehouse of past impressions and also determines our relationship with ourselves. To overcome feelings of lack and fear, practice asanas like Baddhakonasana and Anjaneyasana 🟠
Manipura determines your self confidence and your ability to take action. Poses like Navasana, all twists and core work will help strengthen this Chakra ⚫️
Anahata determines your ability to give and receive love. It also decides your talents. To feel more connected with others, practice Salambh Bhujangasana, Urdhva Mukha Svananasana and Ustrasana 🩷
Vishuddhi when active helps you voice your opinions and thoughts and gives clarity of communication. To express yourself freely practice Setu Bandhasana, Sarvangasana, Halasana 🔘
Agya is your command centre and determines your intelligence and wisdom. To activate this chakra practice Dharana on your Bhrumadhya ⚪️
Sahasrara is your higher consciousness and determines your ability to think beyond I, me and mine. To feel an expansion of yourself practice Shirshasana and Meditation 🌈
Chakras can gradually open at different levels and nothing extraordinary needs to happen for you to activate them. Eat good food, practice asana, pranayama and meditation and serve well in the world. The Chakras will keep opening at their own pace. 🧘🏾

I am a 20 year old Indian girl, I remember my father always made us (my brother and me) to do yoga everyday, I always felt so at peace after doing these from childhood. I lost my path to spirituality in my teenage years grew distant from my family and roots as I tried to fit in with the fast paced world around me. I am slowly finding myself again through yoga and meditation. It was very peaceful. God bless you sir and ma’am for making these available for everyone at free ❤❤
Edit: I have been doing it for 1 month. I am calmer than before and less anxious but anxiety and panic sometimes still comes. I want to do it for 1 year and report back. Keep practising beautiful people of the internet ❤❤

Me too. Since my childhood days I have always been fascinated by yoga and used to do it everyday with my parents. But in the teenage, I also lost my path to spirituality. Now I am rediscovering myself at the of 19.

Same here, came to the west with the intension to sharpen up more than i was. I discovered my mind got fogged with what i have built up myself, held back, not as inspired and motivatated as I was in the begining. Now through an internship the idé of Yoga was brought to me, exactly what i need, i think someone heard me calling for inner peace and clarity, balancing of the chackras.
I also would like to extend my gratitude for this practice.

My dad is 83 and is in great shape. He credits yoga for keeping himself injury free. He did not know first thing about yoga until I introduced him 15 years ago. He finally got my mom into yoga to help heal after cancer. She found chair yoga to be her speed.
I did it for the first time and till I reached the 7th Chakra I was in an another divine world❤

If people meditated more there would be more peace. Should they be bitter about what's going on? I keep the light within me so I won't become bitter/hateful one. What they do is profound.

Am suffering from many health issues like headache, loose motion, vomiting, stomachache...fever ...body pain ..... anxiety,stress and dipression like things and today i started my journey with this video of balancing 7 chakaras......so please help me to remind my journey till 21 days .......

I am African lady aged 42 and just started my yoga and knew about chakras and asanas from your channel only 3 days ago. I have realised that I am now coping with little pain and hoping to soon be back to my flexibility. I am so imbalanced that I can't stand on one foot or do exercises on one leg. Hoping your teachings will take me there.

@@Sanskruti-2222 I am no expert. But I personally believe what matters is consistency. Whatever you do try doing it regularly. Things will definitely fall into place. All the best
Doing Yoga and then Dhyana is better than doing meditation only, by the way Dhayanyoga is part of Yoga and If you do Yoga before Dhayana then your body will be realxed and your mind too which will make easy for you to practice Dhayanyoga.

It unknowingly made me aware of my relationship with myself. And after doing the whole yoga sequence, I feel much calmer and peaceful. Thanks a lot for this rejuvenating practice. :)
Same thing happened to me.. during the butterfly pose..! Within just 2-3 seconds I suddenly burst into tears! I couldn't figure out what's happening to me at first! Now I'm a bit relieved to know that I'm not the only one and this is kinda normal 😅 Thanks..

I did yoga and asanas 50 min i feel happy i am laughing automatically and my back spine is very straight now else it is in very bad posture ❤wish i ccould follow this in my daily routine
