    I was a regular yoga practitioner. Last month i detected brain tb. I was hospitalized and was unconscious for 3-4 days i was really in terrible condition. But now i am getting back into my normal life. And yoga will be the best thing that will help me. I might won't able to do your yoga right now. But sooner i will do it with you.

    Namaste beautiful people. I just want to say what a joy it is to be able to watch and practice Yoga with the help of Boho official. I've learned so much and improved. I have flow and I can incorporate the techniques learned here with a few cardio exercises of my own. I have never been so intune with my body.     I have been eagerly waiting for a new video of your Juliana. It's funny. Earlier after seeing other videos that did not motivate me to continue. I stumbled upon your channel and ever since. This is is the only channel whose Yoga flows keep me moving. And I roll out the mat everyday to practice something if not 2 videos everyday.

    I LOVED this one!! Such an amazing power workout. The first exercise with the Bear position really hurt my abs, and the rest of the practice was soo good for my glutes and legs! My butt still hurts :D
