Thank you so much - I've been losing sleep over pain between my shoulder blades - too much time infront of a computer!! Can you make a sequence for the flabby, spreading upper thighs that also develop as a result of sitting infront of the computer too much...?

I don't have a practice that's specific to the rotator cuff, but you might want to try some chest openers to bring more space into the front of the shoulder as well.
