    Thank you so much - I've been losing sleep over pain between my shoulder blades - too much time infront of a computer!! Can you make a sequence for the flabby, spreading upper thighs that also develop as a result of sitting infront of the computer too much...?

      I don't have a practice that's specific to the rotator cuff, but you might want to try some chest openers to bring more space into the front of the shoulder as well. Perhaps give this one a try and see if it feels good for you : th-cam.com/video/8QArvfAO-GM/w-d-xo.html And when in doubt, check with your doctor! I hope that helps :)
