Hi Nicole! I do the Pilates workout playlist (I am one week behind), and today I really, really didn’t feel like doing this workout. Something soul-crushing happened to me, and I have, in general, recurrent depression. But I did this workout anyway, and it really calmed me down. I admit that I cried during some moves in the privacy of my home, but I kind of needed that. The workout and your voice calmed me down so much that instead of self-pitying myself and seeing everything as a “dead end”, I thought of solutions and ways that could make my situation better. So I really wanted to thank you for your work. Your videos don't just make people fit, but they also help them emotionally. I try to be a stronger and more optimistic person, and your workouts are a way for me to achieve that goal. So thanks 💜

I recently discovered pilates. I've had eating disorders in the past so any home workout video triggers me and makes me get superficial even tho I've healed from my EDs. However your pilates classes bring me to listen to my body, really bond with myself and remind me that I'm moving my body to get that endorfin running. Thank you for making these calm classes with such loving vibe. I wish I would've found your channel before, since these videos really are my safe place❤️

Hi Nicole, I've been practicing Pilates with you almost daily for almost two years and loving it! I have a request! I injured my foot recently and will most likely be having surgery with a period of no weight bearing for at least 2 months. I would love to see more Pilates videos, especially Full Body practices that do not require us to be on our feet! And a playlist of them, because even before the injury, I sometimes would rather not be on my feet! Thank you for all you so beautifully and graciously offer to the world!

I received an atlas adjustment in my neck two weeks ago, and then yesterday, a series of hands on chiropractic adjustments to help propagate the new atlas alignment through the body. This is the IDEAL exercise for me as I support my muscles and fascia to grab the new skeletal alignment. THANK YOU ❤
One of the best upper body pilates I've done, most of the workouts I did prioritized velocity over strength so we don't take care about our posture, this really makes you feel your muscles while working😁
I've been having a muscular stiffness within my shoulders and tightness at the back of my neck lately. Yet, I never say no to your workouts. This one came as a remedy to my pain and hope it strengthens my muscles more... thank you for innovative sequence of exercises!
