    Thank you for all of your short and targeted sessions. I made a promise to myself to do yoga every day a couple of years ago. I like being able to think about what I need, especially days when time is tight. I can help an area where I feel strain and keep my promise.

    Thank you. Your 10 min sessions are extremely helpful.
    I do find some poses with knees bent in (ie. Reclined pigeon ect.)
    Are very helpful for back and hips but create pain in the back of knees.
    Do you have any poses to help my knees.

    Any lower back stretches on TH-cam that can be done in bed for sciatica? Doing exercises on floor is challenging for me. TIA

    Thanks for your videos! Do you have one on lower back flexibility? I have difficulty with poses like sitting up with your legs in a v shape and trying to stretch towards the right or left leg

You might enjoy trying a challenge to build a bit of momentum, for example there's a free 5-day challenge for hips that focuses on building strength and openness in that area, and it'll work on the lower back too.
