I want to.loose wait according to my height.. some 4 kgs.. but whenever I start something to loose it I lost my face freshness.. please recommend some easy exercise I get so tired trying this sorry😢
I can understand. You can try some easier workouts on my channel. There are some workouts in the beginner playlist, or any other exercise that is easier. I know this one can be a little difficult. Exercise only till the point you are comfortable and not tired. You will have to build exercise endurance over time.
