      Probably because your body gets depleted. Eat a meal (carbs and protein For example - Protein shake with fruits + oats/ Yogurt with fruits + oats OR any other combination of carbs and protein.)
      Also, make sure to have a numbu paani to get the sodium and potassium Nimbu paani with salt and lemon.
