    Two weeks se maine try kiya or mujhe apne body pe fark v dikh rha h , one year se mai home workout krti thi or aap ke is vedio se mujhe alag alag workouts krne ko mil rha h. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Day 1 :it was good but the last two exercise was very difficult for me but i will not give up.
    Day 2 :my hips were hurting becoz of yesterday workout but i didn't give up and i complete my day 2 workout still last 2 exercise were difficult for me.
    Day:3 workout completed.
    Day :4 workout completed.
    Day :5 workout completed.

    I had knee pain and wants to skin down my thighs. I do squats and lunges before knee injury but Dr. Asked me to not do these. Plz suggest some exercises so I slim down my thighs hips and saddle bags.
