Ma'am i have tried this exercise it's helps a lot... really it's very effective..but the problem is i also loss my buccal fat....and o don't want to loose what I do??

You can also do squats with weights. Basically to maintain the mass, you'll need to add in some weight or strength training for that muscle. Also increasing food intake will keep your weight stable

Mam what about muscle soreness after workout ......I have started working out and then after 2 days my legs are paining badly.....
Yes muscles soreness is very common when starting exercise. It is nothing to worry about. Gentle walking can help ease the soreness. Usually the soreness will go away within 3 days. Sometimes it can take longer.
Once the body is used to exercise, the soreness will be less or won't happen at all
