    1 tbsp. peanut butter (15 g)
    2 tbsp. baking cocoa (10 g)
    1 tbsp. sweetener
    Macros:
    295 calories
    9g fat
    32g carbs
    29g protein

    Just have the greek yogurt by itself. Lots of protein and you will get ripped.

    I love this way better then protein power! That shit is expensive and when you don't have a job and 14 it's kinda hard to get money haha! And I think this tastes better and is probably a lot better for your body!

      yet your body can only take in 30 grams of protein at a time and if you add protein power to your shakes it adds much more protein than 30. So all that extra protein takin in is just going to mess with the growth.

    Yes. Stick to that and tuna, cottage cheese, eggs, chicken, etc. If you eat nothing but that, you will get ripped.

    Thanks a lot man! I have Psoriasis and had started taking Methotrexate to help it about 2 months ago, but because of this my doctor said I cannot take any supplements, including a protein powder, so being able to still get a protein shake is very nice :D you've helped me a lot.

    great shake... but I changed it up so it tastes MUCH better.
    1 Cup (Low Fat) Greek Yogurt
    3/4 Cup Water
    1/4 Cup (Chocolate) Almond Milk
    1/2 Cup (Frozen) Strawberries
    1 Banana
    1 Tbls (Unsweetened) Baking Cocoa
    1 Tbls (Organic) Peanut Butter
    1 Tbls (Real) Honey
    6 Ice Cubes

    Searching through videos like this to find a recipe that works for me, sorting by view count. Pleasantly surprised to find the one with the most views is actually one of the best ones. Thanks for not dumping a gallon of egg whites into your shake.
    I have to change it a little bit and swap the peanut butter for chia seeds because I'm allergic to nuts. Thanks for the vid.

    Hey as per my knowledge
    Greek yoghurt 130g will contribute 13g of protein n 15g of peanut butter will contri for 5g n strawberries barely 1g then how can this shake contain 29g protein??

      The typical milk as 8g of protein while the typical peanut butter has 7g and plus the yogurt it's 20 so in all it's like 35+. At least for me
      Not sure what products your area sells

      Raw white egg isn't assimilated as well as it can be when it's cooked, and for many people its kind of hard for the stomach to digest, imo its pointless but do what works for you

      my protein shake consists of:
      -2 cups of oat meal
      -1 banana
      -8 egg whites
      -1 tea spoon of natural peanut butter
      -water

    It is important to have alternatives to food choices though. I personally prefer greek yogurt to whey, because the profile allows me to have way more volume. So, being making that into a shake is a treat. Great trick.

    just made this shake with (6 ice cubes, 1 cup milk, 1 cup yogurt, 1 cup strawberries, 1tbs peanut butter, 1tbs chocolate powder, 1tbs sugar, 1scoop flavorless whey powder, and it taste amazing and works beautify.

    Great idea! I just had Weight loss surgery 2 months ago, so I live off of protein. Good to know when I run out of my Unjury.I also bump my protein up with 1/4 ricotta cheese in my shake 7 extra grams of protein. Thanks Michael

    It is amazing !! But I didn't use frozen strawberry I use frozen banana ,it taste super great ! I use honey for the sweetness too .
    Added some almond or oats in this protein shake will be a great idea too ,but must make them into powder form . You gonna try this guys !

    I've started using homemade protein shakes for first time this week. I've made them by using 5 egg whites, 20g cacao powder, 200ml of almond milk and 1 tbsp of stevia to add flavour and if I want to make it as a mass gainer, I normally add frozen berries or banana, some oats and natural nut butter. :)

    I used -2 tablespoons of peanut butter
    -Milk Till it reaches 2/3 cup
    -Sugar two little tablespoons
    -Whole banana
    -Two big spoons of greek yogurt.
    It's really tasty and alot of protein.

    I like to make shakes like this with quark, ever heard of this? It is very common in Northern and Middle Europe. It is something between yogurt and cream cheese, and the non-fat version has about 15g protein per 100g! It really saves your life if you don't have protein powder.
