Brother, I want to say big thank you to you.. I've watched n number of video on intermittent fasting and heard from few people that we should not eat after 7-7:30 PM. Dinner should be done till that time but nothing brought change in my eating habit and time. Your one video changed it. Now I finish my dinner till 7:15 and drink milk before 9.
